I am a current military service member that was permitted to attend physical therapy following a shoulder sugery off base and closer to my home. I was directed to go to Benchmark in Brunswick, GA. Upon my first interaction I met with one of the physical therapists named Natalie. Immediately she made me feel welcomed, and my perception was that this place was one staffed with people who care. Over the course of 15 visits, I worked with a gentleman named Andrew who was a very wonderful guy. I met with a member named Nicole who introduced me to dry needling. My utmost favorite of the therapist was Natalie. Her knowledge was remarkable, and her customer service skills were professional. By far, the #1 award goes to her. Each visit I was instructed, supervised, and monitored to ensure proper performance and advancement. Heck, I even earned a certificate of achievement, haha. I most definitely recommend this business for physical therapy services. It's rare today to find a place that provides great service and makes you feel wanted. Also, the front desk worker, Ofelia did a bang up job. Followed up on appointment dates, scheduling, and any clerical needs. Some people smile when you walk in a business, but Ofelia actually welcomed me. I will formally request this business again in the future for my next shoulder surgery next year. And Benchmark, if you need a model for your next poster to put on the wall, hit me up.

Clean place, Natalie, the Physical Therapy seemed quite knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The inside is bigger than I expected. The receptionist was very customer focused.

I enjoyed my visits at Benchmark. The exercises I was introduced to help build my muscles and regain usage of my right knee was very rewarding. I'd like to thank Natalie, Claire and Erron and the rest of the staff as well for the encouragement and making me feel welcome as I was received therapy. With their help, I have regain use without discomfort to my right knee. And I thank God for them. I will continue to practice what I have learned to maintain my mobility and for that I thank you all.

My doctor referred me to Benchmark PT. I had a major Stroke nine years ago and my muscles became very tight….it cause me a lot of pain. The Staff at Benchmark are Awesome! My experience for the first time was painful but after going to all my therapy it was great the people there was so nice and caring and Andrew who was working on my feet helped me and he was trying so hard to help my feet but the pain was always the same every time I go in and Andrew could only do so much to fix my feet and to make it feel better which I totally appreciate him for doing that. Put it like this our body parts are just like a car that parts just break down or fall apart and we and the physical therapy can do so much to fix it and heal to get back in track again lol. This place is great! From the ladies at the front, Amber and Kristi, who have been very helpful and friendly to the therapist! My husband had a stroke 6 years ago and will continue to need ongoing therapy. Being fairly new to the area I was not very happy with the first round of therapy he received. Found Benchmark and so far it has been great! His therapist, Megan, provides him one on one care which is exactly what he needs and is very knowledgeable on his neurological issues! Very happy I found you! Makes life just a bit easier!

I broke my leg over Christmas my fibula and my tibia. I chose this place because my husband goes here for MS. They have done a wonderful job with him he couldn’t even walk when he started going and now he walks better than he ever has since he had MS. As far as my therapy I have been working on my ankle doing leg presses or squats however you wanna say it. Also I have been riding the bike and learning how to do toe yoga. Megan is an awesome physical therapist I commend her for helping my husband so much and for helping with me as well. All of the girls are friendly even the girls at the desk I love each and everyone of them we have a great time while we are doing physical therapy.
