I wish I could give them 0 stars. Whenever I come here they are quick to accuse my black woman of stealing, I have been racially profiled here and have witnessed others. And when the owners are proven wrong they start speaking in their language. We need black owned beauty supplies!

They have a wide variety of products, and everything is reasonably priced. The customer service is great too! They’re always very nice and willing to help if you need to know where something is, or if you have any other questions. I definitely recommend going here.

Now let me start off with saying I went to Jenny’s for years and I only go to Jenny’s because they have variety of items and cool wigs, but the customer service is terrible. I wanted to try on a wig that I’ve been wanting but someone already bought but the Jenny’s employee went in the back to check if it was another wig and it was! I asked if I can try the wig on and she started yelling my in my face. “NO NO” you can’t. THIS ISNT IT also she put the wig behind her back thinking I was gonna steal the wig. THATS SO DISGUSTING AND WEIRD. And then she made this comment about my hair. “You have a lot of hair what do you need a wig for?!” That comment was VERY backhanded. If I want to wear a wig then I WILL. She didn’t want me to try on the wig but still wanted me to buy it. YALL ARE MONEY HUNGRY AND DONT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS. Horrible service. I’m traumatized and VERY upset . Go somewhere where they VALUE YOU.

I took my elderly friend shopping for a wig today. Lucy assisted us and she was fantastic!!! Lucy had so much patience and was very knowledgeable. Please give Lucy a raise!! We just met her today but her help was invaluable.

I'm a licensed stylist and receive my 10% off when I show my cosmetology license at the register. I've never had an issue before. I showed the cashier my card, he agreed that only for hair products or hair related items. He rang up everything and took my payment method. He gave me my receipt and clearly didn't apply my discount. I asked him about it, and he shrugged his shoulders without words. I said, "So I assume that was intentional since you won't even speak, apologize, or anything." He shrugged again, no words. Basically, it was oh well. I had him return the entire purchase, and I politely took my business to Beauty World down the street for the same items priced lower and received my 10% off. I've been shopping at Jenny's for years, and due to one incident where I was disregarded as a customer, I will NEVER patron this location again.

The best beauty supply store in Chicago land area has everything you would need from makeup to hair for weaves, braids, or even wigs. Keep up that good work.

This place is huge. I think whatever product you need, they will have it. Wigs, eyelashes, make up, nail products, hats, leggings, all types of hair products, and so much more. I felt like I was loose in a candy store. The staff was very helpful. Store clean, organized, and well lighted. I would definitely go back. 😁
