After reading the reviews I couldn’t wait to try this pizza so I am now able to give my own honest review without apologies. I ordered a large cheese pizza and the only good thing I can say about it is that it smelled good on the way home in my car which I now realize was because of my hunger, thus the one star for its smell. Perhaps the positive reviews are from relatives and or employees because this pizza has absolutely no taste to it. The cheese is bland with no flavor at all, and to be totally transparent, our usual boxed Red Barron pizza taste waaay better than this pizzeria one. I love supporting Black businesses but our people really need to focus on quality because the ingredients used in this pizza doesn’t make it a quality one at all for the cost of $23.05.

I ordered at 8 and was told it would be 20 minutes. Got there at 8:30 and told it would be 10 more minutes. Finally got my pizza at 9:10. Took it home and it was bad. Somehow both burnt and soggy. Tasted bland and far from fresh. Just threw it out rather than risk it making a disappointing night even worse. We have been looking for a good pizza place. Still looking.

The pizza has to much SWEET sauce , the crust was burnt 😮 just glad some like it that way 🤣 will give one it one more try not near close to closing tho

Horrible customer service experience. I had ordered from this place twice. Both times I enjoyed the food and had actually referred friends and family there. This time I called to place an order for pizza, I asked the young lady who answered the phone about the price of a medium pizza w/one topping. She kept saying they start at a general price, I then asked about the specials , after she told me what the specials were, I told her I would just take the medium pizza to which she replied, “I thought so, what do you want on it. “ I immediately hung up.

This is the 1st time I ordered from this place. I ordered pork and turkey tips. It was HORRIBLE and the meat was so DRY. The coleslaw taste like sour cream is in it. I was so disappointed as this is a new restaurant in the area but I will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.

I’m only rating this a two cause the chicken and fries was okay. But their pizza is a 0 star I ain’t never had some nasty burnt pizza in my life it was so disgusting and I’m pregnant I literally threw it right up never again

I normally try and support black owned businesses but this place makes it hard. Says they close at 10 I arrived at 930 and was told they were closing, they reluctantly let me in to order even after I said if it's a problem don't worry about. Then had to listen to the cook insult me over the microphone while making the food and when I said just give my money back they refused to give my money backeven though I hadn't received my food yet. Threw the food away cause I didn't trust what might be done to it.

We’ve ordered from De’Angelo on numerous occasions and the pizza is always outstanding. I love that there’s a local black owned pizza place that offers great customer service and great pizza!

Terrible... Never again.... Turkey Tips had a weird smell and they def. seemed boiled; rotten meat smh it was very disgusting. I dont plan on ever hoing back to even try anything else. **** The young lady at the front/ register was pleasant and friendly at least.

I usually check reviews from places wish I did them and considering they are black owned needs to do better. This was my first and last time here. I had the turkey tips combo. The meat was dry the sauce and fries were ok but that coleslaw OMG was the WORST I EVER TASTED.🤮 Real Talk. I tossed before taking a pic.

I’ve been looking for a good rib place and stumbled upon this place … rib tips were very tender meaty and seasoned well! Nice pieces not just Bonney fatty pieces like I’ve been finding at other spots lately. Had the sauce on side but really could have eaten them without but the sauce was tasty too… more of a vinegar style than a sweet baby ray’s style … I will try them again to make sure I didn’t just get lucky one time lol

I’m usually not a sauce person, but I must say the food was like it was home cooked & the sauce made it even Greater. We come again. I choice You over Sharks , J&j. Or Harold’s . It actually reminds me of what Harold’s Chicken use to be like. Give them a try

Everything is just fabulous. Delicious scrumptious to die for it. Reminds me of old school, fried chicken, turkey ribs are just scrumptious. You must try it too. Appreciate it. Great job Mr. Dee

The turkey tips were not good, the meat tasted boiled instead of like BBQ. I returned my order and asked to sample the pork ribs. The ladies at the front counter were gracious enough to let me sample them. To my surprise, they were very tough and chewy like bubble gum. At this point, I'm slightly flustered so I decided to go with the chicken wings. After waiting 1hr and 10mins plus paying about $26 for my food which included a hiding charge for using my debit card (no visible signage posted) the cook forgot to include my fries with the wing dinner. The chicken was good and the sauce was tasty but I do not plan to return.

The pizza 🍕 tasty and the wing’s seasoning perfectly with the mild sauce it’s even better everything was cooked fresh and great customer service every-time I placed an order and pickup. Stop by and try there food you will not be disappointed.

I had lunch here; pizza and chicken. The chicken was very fresh and taste good. The pizza was good and the slice was very large. When you first walk in restaurant it smells so good ; you can smell the food. What I disliked is the faygo soda they sell. Those are nasty. I’m willing to pay a little extra for some decent sodas. Try Fanta, sprite ect.. other than the generic pop I give the food 10/10. But that generic soda a no go! Also very clean from what I can see
