Off top I don't really write reviews unless I think I'm really putting someone up on game. But for real it's better than the pics and the pics are nice. Me and the wife drove from Detroit and preselected some carry out from a place near by. Checked in 30s mins later and were immediately wowed. We were in the second biggest pool room. The amount of space and quiet was much needed. The blue tooth sound system that is in both the bedroom and pool room is a nice touch. Steam/shower room what?!?! It's not cheap but worth it. Esp for parents...with imagination. Real talk.

Everything was perfect! The woman at the front desk was so nice and informative. Everything was clean. Pool was warm. Hot tub and steam room worked great. Close to lots of restaurants. We had one minor issue with fireplace and they sent someone quickly to fix it. The massage chair was GREAT. I ordered a massage candle and it was lovely. Best birthday so far!

The staff is incredibly accommodating! They go above and beyond for the clients. We enjoyed our stay but the rooms just seem to give such a "motel" vibe. Despite showering every time after using the hot tub and pool, we still have super itchy skin.

This place was the ultimate in romance and luxury! The rooms were modern, elegant and pristine. The pool was warm and the bed was firm and comfy with colorful lighting. We loved everything about it. There was a really bright red Exit sign over the door that didn't turn off, so if you need complete darkness to sleep, bring an eye mask. Front desk was super helpful and attentive. We stayed two nights and would make the drive again from Michigan in a heartbeat.

We couldn't have asked for a better experience. The suite was immaculate, the pool and hot tub were perfect and the entire atmosphere was amazing. It was easily the best getaway my husband and I have had. The customer service was also fantastic. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Our fireplace needed maintenance when we first arrived, but the manager was so kind and gave us a gift for the inconvenience. They were quick to fix it, and the fire was just the perfect ending to an already relaxing weekend. We will not hesitate to come back.

The environment was very pleasant and classy. It was clean and had a nice arrangement. The TV is a very nice size the sound system is wonderful. It was a little pricey for one night. There could maybe have included some type of drinks other than water. One of the sinks on the vanity was slow to go down. The pool area was wonderful. Overall, it was a great time and I would recommend it, if it’s in your budget range.

we stay here a couple times a year, but this was our best time! we ordered a few extras and we got the chalet swimming pool room. we even got a unicorn blow up for the swimming pool and it was so much fun! My husband and I are 43 and 38 and I haven’t had that much fun since we were kids having kids. 😂 this brings a relationship closer together. Highly recommend for married couples who have kids to get away a couple times a year otherwise you will fall into that roommate stage. Trust me. Anyway, the hospitality it was amazing. The manager was amazing and the room was clean of course. The room was also beautiful, and all of my extras were neatly placed in my room. We will continue to come back. highly recommend!

The Sybaris is every lover's romantic getaway! Rented the Majestic Pool for an afternoon getaway and it was everything we imagined. Hot tubs, pool, walk-in steam shower, massage chair, big king size bed and amazing tantra chair. Service from the staff was great also. Will definitely be coming back!

We went for the room with the pool and steam room. While the bed was clean and somewhat comfortable, that is where it stopped. I took 1 lap in the pool before I noticed crusty yellow blobs floating around in the water. We tried to watch the TV and the cable was static. We let the front desk know about this and they said management would call us. We received no call. We have stayed at the downers Grove and Northbrook locations before and they were 5/5 excellent. Very disappointing.

We loved our afternoon getaway in the Chalet pool suite! It was definitely worth the splurge for a private garage, hot tub, pool, steam room and slide. The room was clean and the massage chairs were great as well. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Watching tv while in the hot tub was a nice touch! Will be returning a few times a year for a relaxing time to unplug every now and then.

We gave this as a gift to a young couple who had only great things to say about their experience. As parents to very young children, stresses build up and people need to focus on the relationship that started it all. This was an intimate, lovely and serene place for them to get away. We’re glad we gave it to them. The only reason we didn’t give 5 stars is because of the high cost. For experience alone, you will achieve a memorable stay.

Sybaris Pool Suites in Frankfort, IL was the perfect romantic get-away. We drove from Michigan for this destination to celebrate our wedding anniversary and it was worth every mile. The staff was professional and accommodating, and the facility was immaculate. The room was clean, quiet, and everything we expected. We can’t wait to come back soon!

Although it was a little pricey, I have to say that the stay very pleasant. Our host at the font desk was extremely polite and helpful. The staff was welcoming and even shared in some good natured jokes. The room itself was magnificent. Very clean and accommodating to all of our needs. The pool was clean and the water was a perfect temperature. We had a slight problem with the sauna, but it wasn't enough to cause concern. The bed was comfortable and the massage chairs were awesome. The hot tub was icing on the cake of a great experience.

Location is more for staying in the room. Not a lot of vacation goings on unless you drive into Chicago. Did have an issue with the hot tub not getting really all that hot. Didn't report it until checkout though as we just wanted to enjoy our quiet time. They did give us a credit for it though which was unprompted but appreciated.

Our first room was the majestic suite (room 1) with swimming pool and hot tub. The room and bed was perfect. Wanted to stay a second night but they only had a deluxe room (room 5) . Deluxe room was nice but the bed was lumpy and my back has been stiff for 3 days now. I regretted staying the second night but the first nice was so amazing that I am still leaving a 5 star review.

We had a great stay at Sybaris of frankfort. The staff was very welcoming and attentive with your needs, we even had to reschedule out stay and it was no issue to do so. Security on site, so you feel safe and secure even at night. (Not that its a bad area at all, its all farm fields) The room was spotless and felt cleaner than a 4 star Marriott hotel. You're a short drive from shopping areas and fantastic restaurants. Pool was clean and warm, and the hot tub was relaxing and a perfect temperature once it gets going. Feels like you've stepped into your own oasis, private, relaxing, and a perfect romantic getaway for a little weekend honeymoon. We had a great time and i highly recommend this location. We will be back, or for sure visiting another Sybaris location in the future.

We had the paradise suite, it was amazing! So clean, the pool was warm, and we had a bunch of complimentary gifts! Only thing was the bed was rock hard, felt like sleeping on a brick lol! But it’s okay because the room was so worth it! Easy 5 stars

Wow..this place was amazing, and so romantic as well. The room was set up fantastic and they even offered us wine and chocolates complimentary for staying thru valentines day, me and my partner absolutely loved every moment here and will 100% be coming again later this year. Service is terrific, and the enviornment was everything. Highly recommend coming with your partner if you want a perfect getaway ❤️ the private bath jacuzzi was my fav! Only thing that I wish was better was the wifi didn't work so we couldn't use the huge tv for streaming services.. other than that 10/10!!!

We came here for our honeymoon. We were here for 3 days. We could not have been happier. The room was spotless. The pool and hot tub were the cleanest we have ever seen. The staff was very polite and respectful. The housekeepers were very efficient while still being respectful of our privacy. This suite had everything we needed for our stay so we never had to leave and were able to focus on us. I would recommend Sybaris to any couple looking for a romantic getaway. It is totally worth it. Thank you sybaris for giving us the honeymoon we have always dreamed of.

My husband took me here for my birthday as a surprise, and I absolutely loved it. We did the Paradise Suite and it was perfect. We have so much fun! The staff was so nice and welcoming and the rooms were gorgeous. It's definitely perfect for a birthday or Anniversary gift. We will definitely be returning!

This was truly a great experience! This was something big my girlfriend and I wanted to do for Valentines Day and it couldn't have turned out better! The only problem was that the wifi wasn't working so we couldn't watch TV but that didn't stop us from having lots of fun in the jacuzzi or steam room! The staff was also very friendly and welcoming and our room was very clean. We'll definitely be coming back to try the pool suite next time😊😊

My wife and I had a great time at the Sybaris in Frankfort IL. The staff was very nice. The only complaint that I have is the air conditioning in the room did not keep the room cool enough. The heat index outside was over 100°, and during the hottest time of the day the room was not cool enough. Sybaris did provide fans to help which was really nice. Overall it was a good experience and we will be back again.

What fun! Even though some aspects of the room were outdated, it was clean. The staff were very nice. They initially forgot our chocolates we ordered for our room, but they sincerely apologized and brought us extra. We bought a couple of floaties for the pool (which I suggest) because it made it even more fun! We are already planning our next visit!

What a breath of fresh air. You don’t have to be in your 20’s, 30’s, 40’s, 50’s, 60’s, 70’s and yes my sweet husband is in his 80’s and I’m in my late 70’s. God continues to bless us with health and energy. This place was such a delight. Champagne, roses and an atmosphere that enhances our God-given desires.

Hidden Gem. It's a great place for a get away. Close to home but far enough away to feel like a vacation out of town. Good food and shops are pretty close...approximately 20 min away...some closer. The rooms where very nicely put together and appeared to have been updated to be more modern. We plan on returning again and staying for longer.

Paradise and majestic suites are always worth it. The room amenities are great and it truly let's you escape while your there and just relax. Also the staff is always friendly and welcoming. The managers are always on top of feedback and will make sure that the rooms are top notch.

My husband and I have gone for the afternoon getaway in the Chalet multiple times. I highly recommend this awesome place! Pool, hot tub, huge sunken tube, music and fireplace. Super clean. Private garage for parking. Very relaxing and refreshing!

From the staff to the room itself, Sybaris was fantastic!!! Me and my boyfriend arrived late, but the staff was accommodating and very welcoming. The room was extremely clean, setup beautifully with amazing small details. Me and my boyfriend wanted to do another night here. If you’re thinking about staying here DO IT!

Sybaris never disappoints! My husband and I have tried all the suites except the Chalet at the Frankfort location, as it’s a closer drive from where we live. Rooms/pools are clean and spacious. Robes are very soft. Front desk service is always friendly and welcoming. Will probably shoot for the Chalet by end of year or for hubby bday :)

It was a whole vibe here!!! Clean, warm and relaxing setting, robes dope, shower dope, fireplace dope, showers dope, SWIMMING POOL, HOT TUB, AND WATERFALL DOPE DOPE DOPE. I definitely give this place a 10 outta 10. The Staff were great. We locked our key in the room🤦🏾‍♀️ but they came super quickly and gave us another one. Im posting this off my husband page, but I brought him here for his birthday and he don’t wanna leave. WE LOVE IT HERE.I’m writing this review right now in this super NICE AND COMFORTABLE BED ❤️❤️❤️ WE LOVE IT. We’ll be back. Next time we getting the one with the water slide
