Even when they are busy, they do a good job of getting you your food in a decent amount of time.

I usually eat at sharks in South Holland, the Jack there is hard and OLD! The grease is also old, I have issued complaints with staff to no avail. Quite by accident I went to the sharks at 18226 S. Halsted. LET ME TELL YOU I AM AMAZED AND IMPRESSED, THE FISH AND OIL IT WAS COOKED IN WAS FRESH, SEASONED PERFECTLY AND SERVED QUICKLY. ACTUALLY, I COULDN'T BELIEVE HOW WELL EVERYTHING TURNED OUT, ALTHOUGH I DIDN'T GET ANY COLESLAW. I PRAY I GET THIS EXCELLENT SERVICE AGAIN AS I HAVE T0 GO OUT MY WAY TO GET THERE!

This was my first time going to this location. I regret eating from this place let alone spending the money. I purchased a 20 piece mix chicken and fries. The chicken was dark and hard as a rock! The fries were very soggy and it seemed as if they both were cooked in old grease just based on the color. When I took the food out of the bag it had a strange smell. I called the store and the worker said they couldn't do anything about it and this has to be taken up with the manager who wasn't there at the time. This reminded me as to why I stopped going to Sharks more then 15 yrs ago. Do yourself a favor and save your money never patronize this restaurant.

I usually love Sharks but each time I come to this particular south loop location the chicken doesn’t taste completely done. Food was average at best, Not terrible - but I wouldn’t waste my money at this location again.

I ordered a large regular catfish not fillets. My fish was fried to hard and dried out, tossed it in the garbage. Very disappointing for $15.25. 5/31/2023 - 7:57 p.m. I always order a large regular catfish and normally my food is good but tonight is was horrible. Not a satisfied customer. Also what happened to my coleslaw?

Every time I order here my food be so good fresh fried exactly the way I like it and extra lemon pepper just perfect yes with hot pepper on side hot n mild sauce on side this best shark out this way and sharks by my house on 159th is so nasty food felt off I’m happy about the Homewood location they can always get me right ❤️

I ordered a perch meal and a jack salmon meal. The fish was undercooked. There was no seasoning on either . This was the first time I ordered here, but I will not be going back.

order a cat fish dinner, and got some type of jaw bone in my fish....I know it wasn't cat fish. I know it had some cat in it, but it wasn't cat fish. The cole slaw had a decent taste, but watery. What brothered me the most was the employees were speaking a different language back and fourth while they prepared my food. Not sure if I will go to this one again.
