Dr. Hall is the absolute WORST!! I had an appointment scheduled at 2:45, I got there at 2:30 for registration purposes yet I still sat in the room until 4. He came in with an attitude & when I questioned him about the wait he said “How about you go see another Doctor” I had already made up my mind I was not going to continue with the appointment but the way I was treated was completely unacceptable. They have a $50 missed spot policy but nothing to comp the patients when the provider is late. The fact that there were several other patients with the same complaints should’ve been a red flag but nevertheless if you can, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! I i could’ve given negative STARZ I would’ve

Tara the office manager is rude and unprofessional. She should not be working in customer service at all!

If the office manager Tara can't handle her job, she should find another option and/or another position within the company, being rude, unprofessional and unkind is not a good look for your company. They're all types of patients who have different ailments and sometimes pain, that's the facts of life when working in a medical environment up close and personal. DO BETTER, and I'll change my review.
