There's a serious problem going on in the hot foods section regarding your employees. Today, I visited the location and a young black man with dreadlocks refused to serve me and immediately went to break. He asked the white lady to serve me instead. Then, he laughed about it. This same issue happened a couple months ago with my 70 year old mother where the childish teenaged employees pulled the same stunt. For over 10 years, we've driven over 30 miles to the store for the delicious food. We usually come 4 to 6 times a month and spend 50 to 100 dollars per order. If you do the math, that's thousands of dollars. There's also been a sanitation issue lately where the young workers are accidentally leaving wrapped food containers on top of the food in the display case. I'm definitely reporting that to the Board of Health. Mr. & Mrs. Bizio are getting up there in age but they MUST tighten up the hiring process. This is why the store isn't packed like it used to be.

One of my Favorite stores! Great salads, great food ...every Saturday they have "grits and greens"! I was looking for a certain flavor of ginger ale and asked if it could be specially ordered and the store manager ordered it for me! I never come out of there disappointed.

This is a hidden gem because you'll be fooled by the size of the store but make no mistake. They have a very well stocked produce section, among other things. As a matter of fact, this has everything everyone doesn't. Stocked with quality items from the front to the back, they have it. Great customer service, great relaxing atmosphere without all the crowded traffic. I needed scotch bonnet peppers when no one else had them. I prepared Jamaican jerk chicken....AND IT WAS DEEEEELICIOUS!

I really love this place but the employees that work at the food counter where you get the hot food are extremely weird and sometimes rude. I don't understand why take a job that requires you to interact with the public if your not friendly or don't like the public. Stop having those rude weirdos train the new people because they are training them to be rude and weird. They are the reason i give them a three but the rest of the store i would give a 4.5

I enjoy the large assortment of things they sell and the deli is no exception with how good the food is

Just ok....Best choice for a small market for a few specialty items in a hurry, (accent on a few) in these south suburbs still a bit pricey for the limited offerings, though NEVER choose Walt's market (TERRIBLE)...uck!! best choice for one stop shop for endless product choices my choice --Pete's fresh market in Matteson instead.

I enjoy some aspects of shopping at Bizios. I especially like the butcher and deli counter. I'm able to pickup a quick lunch or a nice steak to toss on the grill. The only negative are the high prices on some of their items, but all of these stores are raising prices.

I had their salmon it was already prepared All I had to do was heat it up and serve it with my salad very delicious

Best thing about this is the premade hot food. You can purchase entire dinners with sauces, salads, etc and present it all as homemade. Produce selection sometimes offers interesting things like jackfruit and persimmons. The standard produce, especially greens, is often old and wilted. The young MGMT does not engage at all with customers and act as if you are interfering with their day of you ask a question. Meat department employees get it, they should take over.

Been driving by for years, first time stopping in. Picked up a few deli salads and wine (this label is a first for me)...they don't carry Estancia and Associate was unfamiliar with that label which is surprising. Checked out the coffee and seasoning aisle, limited compared to larger stores but they were stocked and I liked what I saw.. Pleased with the overall appearance of the store. Produce looked good. Parking was good. Associates were pleasant and busy. I will go back.

Homemade Greek 🤬 🥤 cuisine in hot 🔥 Deli. Out-of-the-ordinary foods and beverages, 🥫 can't-find-anywhere-else items throughout the store!

The people who work there are friendly The hot food is delicious , esp the desserts (amaretto bread pudding my favorite; which requires balance and skill culinary arts).

Fresh foods and meat and they’re kinda high but who isn’t these days. If one person was reasonable. Everyone would come to that place— the word would get around..

Drive 30 minutes to get their hot food and fresh baked dessert and Italian bread. So good !!

This place..has fresh made dishes..every Day..from Quiche..to Sheesh Kabobs..Fish, Chicken done many ways..Meatballs/Greens/Okra..cannot mention all the Goodies..

Love their cooked food counter in the back. The wine and spirits area is nice also. The catfish is spook yummy.

On the smaller side, but we typically go there for select items. They have pretty good cooked food in their deli.

I love the Deli where they serve hot food and desert. The peach cobbler is excellent along with the Greek chicken, collard greens red beans and rice served daily and blackened catfish special served on Fridays only. Definitely worth the trip because I drive from Chicago for these tasty morsels.

This is the only place I have found in the south burbs that has wild caught salmon. My wife can tell the difference between that and farm raised. I get salmon here on a regular basis. Their prices are competitive and there is a wide variety of meat and produce. This is a regular grocery store with great service and selection.

Their fresh made salads and take and bake pizza are amazing.

I have been looking for a store that have a good deli such as Boise Head product and good cooked food such as mommy's kind of bread pudding like what I saw will be back.

Love this store. You'll find products you don't find at the usual grocery store. Their deli is wonderful. Be sure to try the fresh Pico de Gallo. And their employees are friendly and helpful.

Decent Selections!😊 but some Prices are too high. Almost double other stores. If you're gonna keep Keep raising prices, please raise them gradually. Shouldn't be paying $7.49 for an item I paid $5.99 for last year. The price may not be felt as much when purchased as a single item or by one customer But it is drastic when multiple quantities are purchased by the same customer. Also, Workers are nice and professional. Management not so nice! They have Bad attitudes! Or always seem to be having a bad day.

The deli and homemade salsas are always delicious. Fruit and other pantry items are fairly higher in price. Staff are always friendly.

Love this store. Especially if you are throwing like a brunch or a dinner with guest at home. So many different things there that you don’t see a regular grocery store. so many gourmet things. I truly adore the first salads the baby spin salad is my favorite. Also the fresh prepared pizzas. And they also have a great wine selection

Hidden gem in South Suburbs. We stop whenever we're in the area. Love thier double baked potato with shrimp and cheddar cheese.

Tuesdays are okra gumbo days for my 86 year young mom. She can't get out much so my brother and I pick her some up, she loves it...and that beings us all joy. Try it, you won't be disappointed.

Overall enjoyed shopping here. Lots of selection and vegan/ lactose free options, but i came across a lot of rotten produce. Ive never seen a rutabaga so wrinkled and mushy. While picking out golden beets i accidently picked up multiple covered in mold. Will definitely go back but will continue to be wary of the produce

Chiquita made the best sandwich for me and a friend today. I definitely will be back to get another delicious sandwich.
