This is a fantastic venue!! I grew up attending concerts at Pine Knob in Detroit. This venue is similar in layout but much better! The grass is very well maintained. The walking path between the lawn and pavilion is divided by a barracde so the lawn crowd doesn't spill over to the walking path. Plenty of restrooms and concessions. And the ability to rent a lawn chair is great!! Plus I found the suites a rather awesome addition. I'll certainly have to rent one some day.

Awesome outdoor venue to see a wide variety of shows. Pretty standard screening process with metal detector, etc. Backpacks and bags arenโ€™t allowed in but the size of small bags is advertised as smaller than the size of a hand, but is enforced very unevenly. My wife was told she couldnโ€™t bring her cross body small bag in, but the people in front of us had a small backpack purse that was bigger. Anything bigger than that has to be see through. They do allow snacks in clear bags and sealed water bottles/empty reusable bottles in though! Sit on the lawn, there is tons of room and thatโ€™s where the fun is at!

This is in my opinion the premier concert venue of Chicago. I love not having to drive anywhere near downtown for a show. The ticket prices are normally reasonable too. Downside is that drinks cost an arm and a leg although, every other venue is the same. Lawn seats are the way to go, you can spread out and not be on top of the people around you. To add to that you are still hearing the same music as the people up close. Having seen a few shows here over the past few years I find the sound quality in the lawn to be great. They have a chair rental which is great especially if it just rained so you can sit between sets or performers. The parking is free, but the order they have the light posts numbered in doesn't make sense. Traffic flow coming into the parking lot and even more so leaving while being better that downtown is still a disorganized mess. On the way out the parking attendants were just standing by watching as nonsensical lines of traffic formed. If they improve that just a little, it would be a five star venue. The security staff and the bar tenders were all great to deal with which was awesome.

The Village of Tinley Park and the Hollywood Casino both ought to be ashamed of themselves. We where going here for the Nick Cannon event.....we stood in a nonmoving line for about 75 minutes. They're was traffic patrol out there but they weren't doing there job. Then it took us another 30 minutes to park.....We had a long way to finally walk to the venue....Once I finally got there I had on a small fanny pack. That they told me I'd have to pay $10 to get checked ๐Ÿ˜ฑ. Finally when we got in they was closing all the alcohol sales down. Do yourself a favor and eat before you go. To say the prices are ridiculous ๐Ÿ™„ is an understatement. $19 for a small can of wine. And please be sure to check your tickets to where your sitting. Because I was unaware that I brought standing tickets.

This is an extremely awesome venue! We went to see Back Street Boys but this space is amazing! The stage and its displays were awesome and very dynamic and helped the shows overall feel through and through. The audio was great, the seating was pretty comfortable and there were so many vendors for drinks, snacks, food and suvioneers. While there is a ton of seating in the sheltered area, there was also a tremendous amount of room in the lawn that also had concessions and restrooms.

The concert itself was awesome ( Janet Jackson and Ludacris). But the way the venue runs needs major help! There was basically chaos. I know concerts are busy and crowded, been to MANY. They need more bathrooms and better direction from staff when entering and leaving the parking lots. Many missed the first part of the concert due to poor direction and it took us over an hour and 10 minutes to leave the lot, that's sitting, in the running car, Not. Moving. An. Inch. Probably won't see another concert there.

Came to see The KISS farewell tour. The staff was so helpful and very well organized. Even with the amount of people that was there, they handled the crowds well. The drinks were a bit pricey but well worth it if you get a mixed drink which was called a "double." The restrooms were always clean and fully stocked, the staff was always very polite. So we were seating in the designated seating part of the concert, they made everyone show them their tickets and this happened at every entrance due to people trying to sneak in to our section. So they handled the seating very well. No one ever took our spots because the staff was always making sure no strays came by. Totally loved my experience here. Kudos to all the staff and specially to KISS for a memorable experience!!

This was the best concert I've even attended and partially due to the comfort and beauty of sitting outside. I was able to bring my own chair and sit comfortably without people super close. I even had room to dance and sing at the top of my lungs! You do tend yo sit pretty far from the artist but I could see everything and they were also projecting on screens. I can't WAIT for my next concert at this venue!!

We have been in the parking line for ninety minutes! There was no one to direct us. Concert had already started. Many people in our same predicament. Many cars behind us. Poorly organized. Lots of workers standing around but no one has the initiative. I hope we can actually get into the venue so that another review can be posted.

Seems like they made a lot of improvements. Sound system was so much better. Large screens by lawn. No issues with bathrooms. You must go through a security check so get there early as there are lines. Goes pretty fast. The only complaint I have is the food and drink prices are outrageous. I bring my own food and snacks. You are allowed one unopened water bottle. Save your money for the alcohol drinks and bring a sandwich. Getting out of parking lot can take awhile so just relax and chill.

Getting to the location was simple. The parking coming in and leaving was awful. The people there directing traffic were just standing around and didn't really do anything. The main exception was the people parking the cars. In the amphitheater, security was fairly quick, but again, no real direction about lines until about 5 minutes before the gates opened The food and bev staff were nice and moved quickly to help everyone. The seats were worth the extra few dollars. Heather did an incredible job helping our box and making sure we had what we needed. I would come back for a concert again, but definitely not arrive early.

Overall, the parking is a bit of a nightmare probably because of how large the venue is. And I missed the first artist due to long lines in the โ€œFast Lane.โ€ But I think the place is a really cool spot. I love the layout of the pavilion and the overlooking private boxes. There doesnโ€™t seem to be a bad seat in the house. And eve lawn is a cool add on for folks. Overall, Iโ€™ve enjoyed myself the couple times Iโ€™ve been. Could also be the live music!

Only the 2nd time I have been there,. I went to mayhem fest before covid. Tonight we went to see filter, ministry, Alice cooper and rob zombie. I love the venue, nice and clean, whenever Ive been there. A little pricey to help it be a better evening, for better seats and parking, but that's my preference. The show was fantastic, filter was ok, but I was there to see ministry, rob zombie, and the true king of showmen, Alice cooper. Those 3 delivered, as always.

Went here for the Snoop Dog concert. What an amazing time. The venue had lost of amnenities with prompt service. The environment was safe, and we were able to have a really good time. I'd come back for an event here again.

I have always had nice staff experience. Parking is a general concert parking experience and most the time in and out flows decently. Has always been a generally clean venue. Main Washrooms are maintained and large. Concessions are decent. Venue experiences have been main seats and lawn. Basically be prepared for storms if attending venue. Be prepared at time for long security lines. In lawn seating you can bring blankets to sit on and you can also reserve lawn chairs for a price. Most concerts have upgrades available for a price when you arrive. It is an outdoor venue so preparing for the weather and possible concert cancelling can happen. We were heading to a concert a few years back and tornado warnings were surrounding the venue. The show was delayed an hour and a half, the second opening act started performing while the gates were allowed to open which wasn't the optimal experience but we saw the headliner and that is what mattered most to the people we were with (as long as we were safe from disastrous weather). It is a good concert experience.

It is an awesome area, carnival style for adults, lines are everywhere, to get in, to get food, to get to the bathroom, to get to the port-a-potties (that was actually a better experience than I thought it would be.) The drinks and the food prices are inflated (the drinks were better than the undercooked food, but I am grateful I didn't get sick. It was my fault, I didn't tip, and she gave me the 'it should be done' food.) The concert was awesome, but I was on the lawn, and if 1 person stands up in front of you to 'dance,' then you can't see the stage. If a person stands for more than one song, it gets irritating. A calm conversation can prevent any issues. The parking lot is not set up to exit easily. I called a friend to explain that I may never get home, I was considering pitching a tent and living there. They have an excellent system to get in, but just like a roach motel, you can get in, but you get out. I'm so glad I had a full tank of gas. They should work on that. The takeaway, get there early, if you can't leave early, then take your time getting out, let the masses leave first before trying to start getting out of the parking lot.

Great outdoor venue in the Chicago suburbs. Includes a covered section with seats, a balcony with seats, displays on both sides of the stage. Most concerts include a pit area at the foot of the stage. Personally I prefer the lawn when going to shows here because tickets are cheapest, sound quality is fantastic even while being far from the stage, and the Amphitheater upgraded their lawn displays in 2019.

Had the opportunity to attend the breathtaking Game of Thrones orchestra finale. Yea we all have mixed opinions of the "conclusion" but THE MUSIC is...delicious. The venue was warming and simple to get around. Clean bathroom. Amazing margaritas and reasonable pricing for the venue. Looking forward to more events here

The Janet Jackson concert was everything! She looked amazing and performed for 2 hours. I had a suite box seat. Which I loved. Lots of room for me to dance the whole time. The server lady was very nice. Shec was just happy to be working, and it showed in her personality. She did an amazing job attending to all the people in the suite. You could see the stage and screen were very clear, I got great photos. This seat also came with vip access for 2 hours after the concert. It was nice to let the crowd die down before leaving. Nice that the parking was free. Very organized venue. Met great people and had a ball. The only downside is that one drink was about 30 dollars. Everyone was nice and met so good people. I would return for another show.

Went to Credit Union One Amphitheater for the first time for a concert for Jason Aldean, Mitchell Tenpenny, Cory Kent. Amazing ticket prices, great seats on floor, sound was perfect, venue well kept, parking lot well kept and clean (outside the bathrooms during/after concert which is given with all the people) and not too loud, tons of concessions, quick merchandise lines, friendly helpful staff members, paid parking was a breeze to get into and out of after concert. Will definitely be going back!!

I saw the Let The Bad Times Roll tour featuring The Offspring with Sum 41 and Simple Plan. the show was great but this venue is even better. The venue is really well designed I think in terms of utilizing their space. Parking is spread out well & I donโ€™t think thereโ€™s a real need for the premium parking option. There are entrances from both sides. The concessions are nice and thereโ€™s plenty to choose from. Everything is pricier nowadays so Iโ€™ve accepted that fact but the tipping concept is bit annoying. Getting lawn seats is a great way to go & youโ€™re allowed to bring in your chairs vs renting one which is an option for $10. When the weather agrees, itโ€™s just a great venue to hang back, lay in the grass if ya want to, and listen to some live music.

The Amphitheatre was amazing! It was huge. The show was amazing! Godsmack did not disappoint!!! I was really pleased with the security. The gentleman that was on the stage in front of my seat never stopped scanning the crowd the entire time. I got out in a reasonable amount of time. I will definitely go back!

Meh. Not really the best place to see a concert. You canโ€™t hear anything in the back and you canโ€™t really see the stage at all from the lawn. How is this different than listening to the radio?

Great seats! Great service! Several improvements needed in order to be a 5 Star Venue. 1. Clarify Premium Parking when purchasing a VIP ticket. 2. Parking lot needs Alphanumeric system. Nothing to remind you where you parked. 3. Arrive early and leave early or add 1 hour or 2 hrs to each end of your trip. 4. Acoustics. Definitely need a sound Engineer to help improve sound quality of performers. 5. Merchandise Order Pickup wasn't any faster than just waiting in line. Great idea. Pretty poor execution. Overall, it was ok. Could've been amazing with the improvements above.

Super fun show, facility was clean and staff helpful. Free parking was awesome and hardly any lines for the women's bathroom which is unheard of! Sound was great in the pit too! Found out they don't pay the people serving alcohol but let them work for tips for a charity. That's no good man.

I attended Shania Twain on 7-1-23. The concert was excellent. The facilities are lacking. The restroom capacity for females is inadequate. Each time I used the rest room there were several females in the men's room. The lines for food and drinks were very long. The lines are disorganized and people are constantly walking through. In general the place just needs to be updated.

This squirrel ๐Ÿฟ๏ธ and momma squirrel seen 3 Doors Down. BTW THANK YOU VET TICKETS for the free seats. We loved the show. 3 Doors Down was amazing. We live rather far and stayed the night at a local hotel (Hampton Inn at Tinley Park). We took a Lift ride cost about $9 both ways. Parking is free at Tinley Park, save them nutz ๐Ÿฅœ. But DUI are earth shattering (so we lifted) so we could drink ๐Ÿป. Momma squirrel ๐Ÿฟ๏ธ likes wine ๐Ÿท, we were able to buy a bottle ๐Ÿพ for $40-70. Beer ๐Ÿบ was about $8 a cup. Now, free refill popcorn ๐Ÿฟ was $8. Yep we had about 3 bags. And we got a cup of soda ๐Ÿฅค, again free refill for $8. Have to have clear bags and small bags to enter. A lot of people on Facebook were upset about not being able to use their seasonal lawn pass. I strongly suggest reading their Facebook page before the show, good tips and advice. I felt safe, they had local PD and security. I'm still not a big fan of Tinley Park area. But I do love Vet Tix and whoever sponsors the 3 Door Down.

Arrive a couple of hours early so you are not waiting super long to get in. Went to see Janet and a lot of people didn't make it because of parking/traffic issues. Arrive sooner to avoid this! I drove 30 mins away, and was sure to leave early because I knew it would be overly crowded. Save your money and park in the general parking as it isn't far of a walk from the arena. I saw no difference in distance. Wait was worth every penny. Leaving was a nightmare, but, I think that's to be expected at any major headliner event.

Love the detail of the lawn, nice chill spot to hang with friends. Wish the markers of the sections were more predominant so friends can easily meet/find each other. You can rent chairs but there is only 1 kiosk for it so line is very long. The sound system on the lawn is very low, you really can't a enjoy a full concert experience because of it. Love the big screen setup.

Great venue for concerts for the whole family. We had lawn tickets and brought low beach chairs and a blanket for the kids. You are allowed a gallon ziplock bag for food and sealed water bottles. Check for bag size limits before going. General parking is included with the ticket. It was easy in and out. Cashless payment only as of this post.

Having never been to this venue before, I was pleasantly surprised by the whole place. The "Sky Suites" looked really neat, I have pics of them from my floor seats.. I've been to many outdoor venues since 1985 and this is one of the best as far as space and room. It's like DTE Energy Music Theater from Clarkston Michigan on Steroids. $15 for a big 24 once beer. So it's still pricey on that front.. tough to get away from the overinflated beer prices nowadays. But, I digress.. this venue has it all.

I love this venue! You can choose if you want the cheaper tickets in the grass or if you want actual seats. So if you want to see a concert but arenโ€™t willing to pony up a lot of dough, itโ€™s usually only $20-30ish for the grass tickets, and you can hear everything great. Their VIP tickets are pretty cool too. You have your own server that you can request which will bring you food/drinks whenever you want. Thereโ€™s also a cool VIP area with a bar and separate bathrooms, which are cute and usually no lines ladies!!!

Probably the worst music venue in all of Chicagoland, maybe even the entire galaxy. Horrible location to get to unless you live in the south suburbs and the sound in the venue (the most important part) is terrible. Oh, and ticket prices for this particular venue are oddly much higher than other area venues, particularly Northerly Island which is sooo much better. Also, there are long lines to get into the parking lot, because they don't know how to manage it well. Bring your combat boots and be prepared to step on glass on your way in walking through the pebbled parking lot. If your favorite band is playing elsewhere, go there and avoid this place at all costs.
