I ordered the 14 piece Chicken Tender Family Dinner. If you combine the chicken chunks and the nuggets, I received a 7.5 piece instead of 14. I even waited for them to cook it! Buyer Beware!!Sent a message to corporate. Still awaiting a response. I like the spicy tenders. That's why you get two Stars. PS. Google labeled one of the Chicken pics as Shrimp. That shows you How Small the Chicken Tenders are!!! 🤣

For a while, I was reluctant to eat from Popeye’s after buying one of the most disgusting meals at a Popeye’s in Indiana on Indianapolis Blvd. But today, I decided to take a chance and lunch at this location and I was impressed. Great customer service from the staff all the way to the Manager. Fresh food, great service..thank you.

DO NOT BUY FOOD HERE! I got food poisoning from the bad chicken. I received a 5 piece. ALL the meat was horribly dry and and dark. I threw it all away after I tasted some of the chicken. I had to call off work the next day. I didn’t eat any of the rice and beans. It came 3/4 empty and the biscuits were hard as bricks. They’ve had a COOK FOR HIRE sign up for 6 mths plus. Let that be a warning I didn’t take.

The food was cooked while I waited so it was hot and fresh, The customer service was outstanding, kept me updated on the process consistently and added exrtra chicken for waiting. The buscuits were fresh out of the oven. The restaurant was clean and had a nice quiet eating area. The food heats up well the next day and was still very good and crisp. Nice parking lot. I used the app for the family deal so it was at a good price as well.

We ordered from here tonight and had several issues. Missing sauces that we were charged for, half my shrimp is missing, and the worst part was that several of the sauces they did include were open in the bag and got on everything. Disgusting.

Went here yesterday to get a 2 piece spicy meal, my side item was to be red beans and rice. When I got to the window I asked to purchase a hot pepper, cashier said we are out of peppers. I said ok, decided to check my meal at the window as well and there was no biscuit. I informed him no biscuit in the box, he states we are out of biscuits. This should have been told to me at the speaker while I was ordering. The red beans and rice seemed to be rice only with maybe 1 spoon of beans and no juice. Dry as hell and the rice was hard. Never going back. People mainly go to Popeyes for chicken and biscuits, not dry rice.. Never going back

The food is always fresh from here! I was gonna take a picture of the Spicy Chicken Sandwich also but it was so good that I couldn't stop eating it & before I knew it, it was all gone! 😆

Went to get some ghost wings at this place, we asked for fresh hot wings, they gave us luke warm at best. We asked for another order, the clerk took the order, we went into the establishment and found that they put the already cooked chicken back into the grease, this is a problem, the manager came and put in uncooked chicken. Another customer came in and said all she has is crust and dried meat, very little meat. We will never visit this establishment ever again. Had we just waited in the car we would have had crust and over fried chicken. The next day my wife awoke with a headache and blood pressure was too high. We will never ever visit this establishment again. If you are brave enough to visit this establishment, you have to watch them. If you have need of a replacement order watch them.

This 4oz container was my “large” red beans and rice that I paid $6 for. Have been coming here frequently for their chicken sandwiches and won’t be back.

I haven’t been to this location in awhile and I was hoping it would be better after all this time but I was wrong. My husband got some food from this location and it was terrible. We waited a long time and our order was still wrong. The lady at the window told us to pull up so she can bring out the missing food and never came out. After 10 mins my husband went and the lady said she thought she already brought it out to him but never came out all. My shrimp smelled and tasted like it was cooked in old grease. It is safe to say that I am completely done with this location.

ZERO STARS!!! The worst Popeyes I've ever been to. Been here 3 times and each is worse than the other. 1st off, they NEVER do the TV specials. They say its been discontinued!! BS!! NO SPECIALS EVER!! AND.....the women who work there are the most rude and ignorant people around!! 3 STRIKES, YOURE OUT!!! And I will tell everyone I know to AVOID this place!!

Visited the location in Markham. I had already paid but they didn't have wings because they were still frozen. Supposedly, the morning shift takes out the wings and they didnt take out enough. I was told by the workers that this happens often and I was supposed to call before coming to see if the wings are still frozen. (This was he stupidest thing I've ever heard!) It was also inconvenient. I am 70 years old and drove 10 miles round trip in inclement weather. I also spoke with a Manager. They couldn't substitute because there was nothing else the same price. Ridiculous!!

The food was good, customer service was okay. I didn't like the fact that they just threw the fries in the bottom of the bag and then put the sandwich on top of them. What happened to putting them in a fry bag or box?

The food is basically always cold even when it comes straight off the grill or fryer which I can never understand. The employees are very rushy and ungrateful it seems. You can say thank you and have an amazing day and they just simply don't respond. Pretty sure I got sick from their food once as well since two days after I ate their food, I was throwing up. In order for food to actually upset you, it can take up to 2 days before it passes completely through your body were you would experience any food related illnesses. Do better Popeyes!

I been here twice and skipped mouths in between. Both times the chicken was over cooked. You order spicy but they mix it with spicy and original because they figure the customers want drive back. Never honey for the biscuit. You ask for hot sauce and they mix the packets with hot sauce and katup which you want notice till you get home

I went through the drive and was told my food I had to wait 14 minutes for wings. After I waited like maybe 7 minutes they bought me the food and it was completely not fresh. I even work for another fast food chain and know when fried chicken is fresh. And then one of my pieces they took and shaped a tender into a wing. If I had t thrown it away before this review I would have took a picture. Then they are overly expensive. $12.99 for a 3 wing and times that by 3 that I ordered. I will never return to this Popeyes.

The chicken was hot. That's pretty much where my praise ends. This place never has 2 things that go together. Always out of food. The drive-thru line is super slow! While waiting to order ppl behind us drove around to the window & placed orders & they allowed it, this making our wait longer!

So I'm actually surprised to be leaving a 5 star rating after reading so many negative reviews but honestly my experience was great. I ordered ahead the signature chicken. It was ready when I arrived. The staff rang my transaction up with no issues. So advice about their chicken, get the signature chicken. It is consistently amazing unlike something like chicken tenders. Their chicken is so darn delicious. The place looked pretty clean when I looked around too.

Ordered a classic chicken sandwich several times and they gave me the spicy one and they don't answer their phones. Check your order before you leave. Also bread was hard and chicken breading looked old and soggy.

This was my second at this location, and it was not good. The cashier did greet us when we entered. Once I placed my order, he disappeared in the back, and there were other customers waiting. The other employees were all huddled together in conversation as if there were no customers. It was unprofessional, and I think I will not be returning .

I don't eat fast food a lot but when I want it I want it. I walked in looking to spend 6.99 on 2 pieces of chicken with 2 sides and a biscuit. I was told the promotion didn't start until the next day. I explained you have it posted so that the price. Hearing none of that the manger (I guess said that was the price). I said fine so I ordered a 10 order and a LG coke. After posting I noticed I want charged for the come. When I pointed that out it was ok I'll charge you for a coke. When I got ready to walk out and said nevermind someone else said no it's ok I'll give you a coke. I passed on the coke and I'll pass on this Popeyes in the future. Good luck.

The only reason I wanted to try this fish sandwich, was the fish sandwich commercials look delicious. Not so. I was so disappointed I didn't know what to do. It looked nothing like the commercial and I wondered if it was the same fish as advertised on television. No flavor. Almost as if they took it out of the freezer bag, dropped it into the fryer, cooked it, then put it on the bun. No seasoning, no tarter sauce or any sauce. The fish sandwich was dry. The only reason I didn't return it was I needed to leave and there was a line that I didn't want to go back thru. Will not return. Will not order again. BTW, I don't eat chicken, so Popeyes doesn't offer enough for me to visit again.

Spider in my food. Bad enough the service was terrible and we had to wait 25 mins. But a spider in my food!? Give me my money back asap. Will be reporting this to the health dept.

The drive-thru has been down for 2 weeks. I ordered online but they refused to hand me my food that I already paid for online. I came in and waited 10 minutes to get my food. The pop machine was still broken, and boxes were still stored in the dining area. I won't be returning to this location.

Overall the food was actually really fresh and delicious. I ordered 2 - 16 piece meals. One tender one mixed bone in… the only complaint I have is, I had ordered 2 large cokes and gotten two doctor peppers that were flat tasting instead. I also was ordering for me and my family so the fact I had requested utensils and didn’t get them I was bummed about. I would have preferred to not have to have to wash the dishes. I also had at first ordered the tenders through grub hub and realized it was wrong when it arrived so I placed a second order for the 16 piece bone in. I tried to call so maybe they could send the correct soda and no answer. The food was fresh yes. In my opinion though when you spend $130 on lunch you should get utensils and a phone answered for the proper soda to be sent.

We had to wait an extremely long time for a incorrect order. The order was spicy fish sandwich and a 2 piece spicy dark. The sandwich wasn't spicy an we got the wrong pieces of chicken that weren't spicy either. Also, the workers said "6 minutes" for macaroni and cheese. When we said we would wait it seemed as if that caught the employee off guard. I think they just said a number because it wasn't ready. We ended up waiting almost 20 minutes for our order. They kept telling us to circle around and get back in line. You can't make this kind of stuff up. I feel like I would have waited for good food. That was not the case.

Just went here to pick up dinner. I had a taste for some fried chicken with a little cajun spin. All I can say is that I was pleased with my meal. The only thing I would change would be the size of the regular side which is a small. The person who took my order was very nice and explained that it would be a 10 minute wait for spicy chicken and allowed me to still order it. Very good and definitely would suggest this as a place to go when you want some fried chicken.
