It is clean and quiet. The rooms have excellent sound proofing. you don't smell what your neighbor is cooking next door. The staff is very accommodating . The only issue I have is the laundry room people leave their stuff in the washers and dryers for a very long time. The staff will remove their things from the washer and dryer if the time is excessive where they have not picked up their things up and transfer them into the dryer. People please do better set a timer on your smartphone other people need to use the equipment it is very selfish leaving your things behind tying up the equipment. But other than that I've been here for a month and plan on staying for one more while my house is being renovated. I strongly recommend extended stay America Burr Ridge

First was told we didn't have a booking when it was booked over a week prior online. Afterwards got put into a handicapped room which wouldn't have been an issue if taking a shower didn't cause the entire bathroom floor to become a pool. Not fun to walk into a wet bathroom floor when you don't plan on showering again. Highly recommend against staying here if possible.

You gotta rehab / update. I mean c’mon seriously. Any time a customer finds saturated rusts spots on the refrigerator of more than one room until they’re comfortable when a chosen room, that’s never a welcoming environment for a new customer. Peeled laminate fixtures are another thing. Your business is all about presentation and comfort. Stick with that and you’ll be fine.

Great customer service from Diana at front desk! She prompt, polite, professional, and informative! The room was clean, with no issues, a 4 out of 5! Beside the ghost in my room the stay was pleasant. 😊

Location was in Burr Ridge, and had decent overall review. Location is great, and close to several restaurant's. Overall the hotel could use an update, with my room specifically being in rather rough shape. There were several patches and holes from the use over the years. Staff was friendly

Lol the ones giving it a 5 star must be family members of the staff or something 🀣 I've been her for almost a week and they have not once come to "clean" my room, not that is dirty but I do use the trashcans daily and the carpet has not been vacuumed, the room smelled really bad when I got here, I don't know if I already got use to the smell or the febreeze I used helped a lil, the staff is very careless of the stuff that happens around here, the elevator has been broken for 2 days now, the breakfast is a joke lol and I can just go on and on, and I'm staying here because the company I'm working for chose this hotel for us to stay, I was staying at onother extended stay and I had no complaints about it, but this one is horrible.

Great location, safe neighborhood. Front desk was super nice and helpful except for one older lady. Really needs detailed cleaning.. I brought cleaning wipes and cleaned the stairway handrails and door knobs to remove the black residue. Really should have breakfast and not just granola bars. Otherwise it was comfortable, nice and friendly.

The room was fine, the refrigerator was somewhat noisy however, problems with the toilet where I had to adjust it so that it would stop running, dust behind the bathroom door and the continental breakfast is very minimal. Overall our stay was fine.

First off the "Queen" bed was smaller than a full sized bed and very hard. Secondly, their "come and go" breakfast is just coffee and granola bars, why not just say you have coffee only. Next, the room needs some major renovations, old appliances and layout including the bathroom. Last, this might be kind of petty, but my room had no TV remote, so I had to operate the TV with the buttons that were on the TV which was pretty inconvenient

Nice, sound proof building! We never heard the Stevenson traffic at all! The bathroom floor needed some attention by the housekeeping staff, but otherwise clean! They handled our late arrival very well!

Best place to sleep, relax and just have a comfortable place to yourself. Manager is amazing and staff are really nice, funny, and look out for their guests! Great job to all and thank you for the housing at your location!

Room was quiet and clean. Halls are in a state of disarray, ceiling panels missing, wires hanging down, elevator out of order. looks to be flood damnage or something. No local services, odd location.

I went to check in and the place seemed quiet and basic. The elevator was out of order so i requested 1st or 2nd floor because i have asthma. was able to find a room on the 1st floor..cool. as soon as i got in the room smelled and there were stains all over the place. the sheets even smelled. I tried to turn on the tv to get some noise in the room and of course the tv didnt work. I checked out immediately. The front desk said that i would receive a refund. checked after a few days. no refund. the hotel called and said expedia needeed to contact them. today they called and the front desk told them that they had no idea what expedia was talking about and couldnt get a refund. so now im out money for a terrible 10 minutes i spent there. BOOK ELSEWHERE!!!

Run down. The tub was clogged when we arrived. There were holes punched in the drywall where the door opened and slammed into the wall because there wasn't a stopper. Drywall patching had occurred in the bothroom, but it was not sanded or finished. The hallway smelled moldy. The staff were courteous and responsive.

My stay here at the Extended Stay America has truly been a blessing for my husband Sylvester and I. We have experienced nothing but Tranquillity. The managers, and other staff workers are very professional, caring, understanding, nice, and patient !!! This is also a very clean and safe hotel !!! They keep everything sterile and clean !!! I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a temporary home, away from home !!! I give this hotel and General Manager Angelica, along with her staff 10 STARS **********

The staff was accommodating and friendly. The location itself is a tad bit outdated, but the rooms were friendly and we had no issues! We stayed here for a music festival.

Room service and front desk ladies are phenomenal to assist you in the accommodations for a quiet and peaceful environment. Jocelyn in room service is more picky than I am. Lol enjoyed every occasion I've had there.

Went to check in and was told they overbooked and did not have my room. I booked this reservation 3 months in advanced. When I conveyed this I was told " everyone has a reservation" the staff was incredibly rude. Additionally I was told my card would not be charged, but my card still was charged for a room that they did not have. And customer service is of no help and told me to call back in 3-4 days. Absolutely horrible experience.

We have reservation with Travelocity but when we arrived to the hotel there is not room available, Diana the lady at front desk was very nice and give to us a room with no water on the shower, next day Travelocity called her and they returned all the money. The hotel clean, peaceful and Diana was very respectful and nice.

They are very friendly understanding and professionals, by far the best hotel service experience I've had thanks to Angelica the Manager and Jasmine the front desk girl.

Every worker from housekeeping to manager angela are very helpful & nice. Hotel is overall quiet but be aware its an extra older building so hallways doors are a lil louder to no fault of people opening or closing it. & even though hotel is off eway you dont hear traffic. We stayed bout 5/6 months no complaints keep up the good work

Absolutely disgusting bathroom. Was given an ADA room and it looks like they just broke the side of the bathtub and took it out.. didn't even bother to patch it or clean it up. Moldy, the ceiling clearly had water issues before. And the fridge door was absolutely disgusting. My 2nd time staying here but next year I will definitely be spending my money at a different hotel

I always come here when my 18 wheeler is being worked on for more than a day. Everyone is so sweet, they have laundry, snacks, kitchenettes in the room truly a great place to come and rest. I've made friends with the ladies up front. Love them all too pieces. Great place to stay

I can't complain because I got a great nightly late that was less than $50 a night for several nights... However the room seemed like it either hadn't been cleaned or sat for a very long time. I actually spent quite a bit of time picking little crumbs off the floor and some stains on the wall and headboard of bed. They advertise a kitchenette with dishes and silverware. I believe I'd have to pay to get any more than a single cup bowl and spoon. A toaster is extra.... You got wifi but they want you to pay an hourly fee if you want to cast your phone to steam which is silly. It's an extended stay ... The hotel doesn't loose money to allow you to use the existing smart tvs to stream services that I already pay for. But oh well. No vending machines, ice machines or amenities really. Room was pretty musty, but I'm being too picky. I'm paying $45 a night. Hey, the bathrooms are actually pretty nice with clean showers. I've definitely had much worse for way more money.

keep in mind this is a review for a 2 star hotel. First off there's absolutely no outdoor seating. I would expect at least a bench or two for people waiting on rides and some picnic tables also considering this place caters to people who are staying longer than a night or two. Second, their "breakfast" is a joke. coffee, hot chocolate, granola bars, muffins, and instant oatmeal. that's it and they never even change things up for variety. Keeping coffee out over the weekend would be nice too but they only put it out during breakfast hours. third, their pet fees border on extortion. $25 +tax a night for a well behaved 20lb dog??? this is well above what I pay at other hotels. Fourth was that someone on the first floor was smoking weed in their room leading to (Fifth) the issue with the day manager. Rude, unprofessional, and completely uncaring. the rest of the staff was great but that one woman couldn't be bothered to do anything at all. Lastly, they do have free internet, but if you want high speed internet you have to pay extra. thank goodness I brought my own. If I had any choice in where I stay I wouldn't return.

Worst hotel experience I have had in a VERY long time. The place is extended stay, but has no pool or workout room. The "breakfast" has no juice, fruit, yogurt, milk, or much else (it has instant oatmeal and sugary cellophane wrapped muffins (maybe) and granola like bars, and coffee (maybe)). In the room there was no paper, like a note pad, no pen, and a kitchen with absolutely NO utensils of ANY kind: no plates, glasses, silverware, no pots or pans - NOTHING. no daily housekeeping, which was fine with me; it was clean, and check in and out and parking was fine. No place to plug in my car. Very close to 1 star overall.

The TVs, don't work right most of the time. The system that they use just freezes, and the buttons stop working so you can't pull up the menu. You have to turn the TV, on, and off, ON, AND ,OFF, SEVERAL TIMES, before you can even start to watch TV.
