Unacceptable!!! Defy should have stayed Defy, not sky zone. A least when they were Defy this place was always clean.l and there was staff. Everything in here is broken or unusable. Basket all court was flat. The long tumbling mat was also flat. There are 2 employees here. The park is full and there is parties going on too. The place is dirty. There are no other employees here in the trampoline area. Absolute mayhem. We were there at 11:20.

Always all attraction are closed even Friday evening. Always excuse on less staff but birthday party is going on and staff is available for birthday party.

Worst experience ever by organizing my son's birthday party there. First, I had to wait for 30 mins for room and got it only for another 30 mins which was supposed to be for an hour. After that, I gave them the count of kids about 25 during reservation but only 19 kids showed up. And instead of getting credit for long wait for room, they charged me for all 25 kids excluding the deposit I already had paid. I even tipped them fair just because I didn't want to be rude. I didn't realized about over charged at the time because of tiredness and hurry. Later, I called them several times for my refund and everytime they told me that they need their manager for that and she is not there and always busy to talk at the time, so she will call me back as soon as she get my information, but I never got that call ever. I even had few trips there and tried to speak with the crew in person but they disappointed me saying same thing. Finally after more than 2 months, my husband got sick of this and went there to talk to them. And he said that they were trying to ignore him saying same thing about manager and asked him to leave so that they can deal with other customers. But he did not leave or wait aside without the refund. And then after having no choice, they worked on it and refunded for 6 kids amount without the need of manager. They didn't refund deposit saying that it was for room reservation and is non refundable. I was so mad that who would pay $170 extra just for a party room and that was also for 30 mins instead of an hour? On the top of these all, also my son didn't get any birthday tshirt nor any future free pass. I decided to let them keep that amount rather than getting headaches by calling them. Few of my friends had already changed their mind of having birthday parties there by hearing this bad story of mine. Yes, kids enjoyed there but I strickly don't recommend there for any party because of their worst customer service and plus they tried to fool you by making false story of manager everytime just to avoid you and your issues when they can handle by themselves.

I think your experience here really depends on how busy they are. Friday nights and weekends? HARD PASS. Weekdays? Take my money. The membership during the summer is $30/pp (month-to-month) unlimited jumping. It keeps both of my kids busy and for those of us who still work from home, there are plenty of tables and Wi-Fi (just don’t forget the noise canceling headphones) - send the kids on their way! Great place to let your kid(s) burn all that energy off. Safer than a jungle gym!! The basketball court is awesome. Only complaint is the cost of concession foods. $$$$$$..

From my personal experience my family and I had THE BEST TIME celebrating my daughter birthday at skyzone . It was definitely worth every penny ! Also I’d like to recognize 2 employees that were amazing , Naya made the check in so smooth and was so patient with the amount of kids I had attending the party . TAY HE’STHE BEST !! He was very attentive always asking if he could help or if I needed anything . He was constantly checking up in us trying to see if he could do anything for us which I absolutely appreciated so much! Not once did I feel as if my invites or family were a bother to naya or tay they were always available. Overall my family and friends ENJOYED IT! Thank you so much and will definitely be booking another party with y’all .

Neat & Clean. I would suggest that this is for a more older group of children such as 7/8 & up. The staff was friendly and enforced the rules, but there was not enough staff per area. There were children being mean to others, skipping lines & spitting in the foam pits. I do not know how often those pits are cleaned but I doubt of its daily.

The supposed VIP Member line means nothing at all… why even have it if it’s not used for it’s proper purpose. The VIP member line is to expedite current members not register new ones…

I would never recommend anyone to visit this place. I feel like they never heard of customer service. I guess you should not expect much considering this place is being run by teenagers who half of the time are high. My granddaughter was supposed to have her birthday party at this place and they messed it all up on the day of her birthday to the point that we had to look for another place. Just imagine how much stress it was for the entire family. Lucky Zavazone had party room available so we managed to have all guests and fun birthday for my granddaughter, not thanks to sky zone. I just wish the owners read these reviews and fire the host who worked on November 18th together with the pick hair “manager” who cares less about the success of that place.

Be aware of the extremely liberal use of your child being photographed. “Extreme” is not an exaggeration. I understand that all places like this might wish to photograph you and your child for marketing. That’s reasonable, but to wave your rights to inspect before use or remove is just ludicrous and creepy.
