    One of my worst experience with this branch, the sign and google maps on their website says the dining area closed at 11 pm, we arrived at 10, door locked, i tapped on glass to speak with someone and explained, the manager watched me, and she completely ignored me, i was with my 2 kids, on dec 16, one of my daughter and she in love with happy meal shocked when she saw that and she decided and told me that’s very mean to ignore a customer!! Imagine a 6 years old can think about taking care of customer better than a manager. Its not all about quality of food only, its about behaviors too.

    Ordered a sandwich and a meal to go. When I got home, found that I didn't get the sandwich. Tried calling 4 times over 10 minutes, no one answered. Had to drive back to correct their mistake. The manager "couldn't" refund my meal because I wanted my food. So I asked for a coupon and they didn't have any. So their lack of accuracy is supposed to cost me gas and time. The manager finally gave me a number to call, but I want people to stop accepting poor service and demand quality service. The food was on the receipt and on their monitor, so it's lack of caring and a poor attitude towards customers. I will call the number and will talk with corporate about management and training.

    Better quality control on the burgers, there is no reason why a burger should be undercooked like this do better

    Good drive thru experience where the employees at each window were surprisingly very nice. Food order was correct and food was good to my little one.

    I liked coming to this place. It was super clean. No crumbs on the tables and the drink station was also clean no sticky mess. The food was hot and not burnt. The restroom looked like it had just been cleaned as well. Wish they had paper towels but other than that great place to go with the family.

    Standard McDonalds, but clean. My complaint comes regarding the fries, no salt! It's the 3rd time a McDonalds failed to apply salt to freshly cooked fries. I guess it's no trouble to add salt if you eat there or at home; unfortunately that's generally not the case for us. We eat McDonalds on the move for traveling to the kids' sporting events. That said, there's nothing negative to note about the food, service, or atmosphere. 3 Stars is a standard for most fast good restaurants i review with some rare 4 stars. IMO, 3 stars is good for a McDonalds with 4 being surprisingly good.

    This location is on top of it lately. Every single time-- my fries are fresh, service is good, and when I get delivered-- everything is organized and correct 👌

    I only eat here just before the evening rush or shortly thereafter. The place is always spotless during those times (including the parking lot), employees are pleasant and the food is fresh and hot. I like the recent interior renovation and the Memorial Day decorations were a nice touch. I can't speak for the drive-thru service.

    Bad service, very rude. Food comes out half cooked. Or without an item you paid for. The manager is in on this too. Today is my daughter birthday she wanted big breakfast meal done paid for everyone meals and we get home to to find out we got eggs and biscuits but no pancakes. When called the store they get rude over the phone and hang up. If I were to drop even a 5 dollar bill I'd want my food warm fully cooked and not missing. These people don't need jobs if they can't do it correctly.
