    The employees look like they'd rather be anywhere on earth except at Dunkin. I get it, working for minimum wage or below sucks. I've worked mediocre retail jobs myself. But it's unpleasant to patron a business and not even feel welcome by the employees. Dunkin: pay your employees more. If not, at least train them on how to treat customers. I have no reason to return to this location if the employees don't even have a reason to act like they care about customer service.

    Honestly, the worst store ever I’ve been to. The food is okay obviously it’s the chain . But the worst service ever. The employees are the slowest. Either it’s online order or in person. I waisted 20 mins two time for my curbside pick up . Like no one bothers to check their curbside/online order unless someone has to physically go in there and tell them.

    My wife and I have been coming to this Dunkin everyday for ten years. We’ve seen teams and employees and managers come and go; but the current manager, Ivan, and his crew, are amazing!! Orders are consistently perfect, with everyone being exceptionally kind and always remembering me. Starting my day with such wonderful interactions is truly the best way to kick off my day. Thanks you Ivan and Team for doing it the right way!

    One of the best dunkin in the area. I hardly had any issues at this location. Also it seems that the magememt had done a great job with training their employees.

    Not a drive through location, you must go inside. Stopped by for a coffee and donuts. Handed me the donuts at the register but had to wait for the coffee as they don’t pour it at the register. The placed was slammed and all the workers were beyond busy. I waited for all the specialty food and drink orders ahead of me for 15 minutes and still no coffee. The manager was kind enough to refund my coffee cost and wished me a good day. I appreciate that and how hard they worked, but they need to change their procedures and pour coffee at the register and not have the simple coffee order waiting in the queue for all the specialty orders. Probably will not stop here again.

    I like to go here because it is the closest one. They usually get the order right and I have no issues. None of the staff are friendly or even smile and I’ve been here multiple times. And there is one ethnic lady who works there who is straight up rude and always has attitude. One experience I had with her, she didn’t put enough cream in my iced coffee, and I politely asked her if she could add more. She gave me an attitude and took my drink back, dumped out the coffee and added more cream. Second experience I didn’t like, I ordered ahead for curbside pickup. I arrived and I was waiting 15 minutes. I had my toddler in the car so I didn’t want to get out so “CURBSIDE” is they are supposed to bring it out to you. On the app it specifically states “if you can not find our designated parking, put your hazard lights on and someone will bring it out to you.” But one of the teenagers (every morning a group of them hang over there- don’t even order) parked too close so I could not fit in the parking spot so I was at the one RIGHT NEXT TO IT. After calling them to ask if it was ready she brought it out. Told me I was not in the curbside parking and I explained about what it says on the app and the hazard lights but she just wanted to be argumentative and say that the parking space was open…she also said “we were busy so that’s why we didn’t bring it out.” I don’t see the point of it if I’m following what it says to do on the app. Anyways she is very rude and I don’t think I’ll be going back here. I’m a nice person and always very kind and understanding because I’ve been a barista myself so I hate that she gives me such a bad experience.

    I gave it three stars because the young guy helping us was really nice. The grumpy lady helping him seemed to hate her job. Anyways we ordered a Dozen and 2 were specialty donuts. She made him charge us basically all separate instead of just charging extra for the two. I’ll go to Krispy Kreme next time $6 up charge for 2 speciality donuts that look like a regular donut it’s just butter pecan.
