    Just walked out of this store. I went in to smell the Valentino Intense fragrance after receiving a scent strip in an Ulta mailer. There's nothing there. I go to the counter. A woman who is identified as the manager asks if I need help. I explain I'm looking for the Valentino Intense tester, but it's not there. She tells me someone will help me. No one shows. I go back up to the counter. Stand. Wait. Once she's done ringing her customer, she looks up and asks if someone came to help me. I shake my head no. She asks the girls standing next to her to help me and hands her some keys. This young lady opens the drawer beneath the display, identifies the fragrance and tells me she will be right back. She will get the tester from the back or make one, if necessary. I tell her I'll wait there. She returns to tell me her manager won't let her make a tester because that's the last bottle. I ask her how will you sell the fragrance if people can't smell it? She retorts, "I'm just doing what my manager said, ma'am"." Noted. So I do a beeline to the manager. After she finishes hehe hawing with an employee leaving for the day (it's 2 PM on a Sunday), she looks up again and asks if I need help. I ask her if I can smell the fragrance from another sized bottle. That's when the employee who's leaving and her go into a long back and forth diatribe about how they can't keep merchandise because it gets stolen and that's why there's no tester. The manager adds, "I just put a tester out yesterday." She follows with "that's Woodbridge for you" When I make a "that was inappropriate coming from you" face, she asks me if that's all and when I say no shs says very loudly, "Next!" I haven't seen this level of unprofessionalism in awhile. I stopped shopping at this store years ago. Since then. I use it to see or test products that I'll later buy online to avoid all the drama that comes from the employees here and the unorganized or non-existent inventory. I guess I need to find a new testing store. In the meantime, Ulta please get your managers etiquette and customer service training.

    Every time I visit this location, there are multiple employees on the floor who don’t greet or ask if I need any help. I’m a diamond member so I shop often, but it’s gotten to the point where I’d rather just order online than visit this store which is very close to me. Every time I go the women are all just chatting with each other, and the ones who seem in charge are always too busy trying to fix or replenish products than care to acknowledge shoppers. Fix this.

    went in to browse thinking the customer service/staff had improved since the last time I was in only to think the same. One lady in the back near the salon( orange outfit)talking very loud about nothing work related. The whole store could hear. After looking for someone to unlock the perfume case, I found a gentleman with a pink shirt . That failed , he either had the wrong key or didn’t know how it unlock the door. He said to me ‘ it doesn’t work.’ Ok , please get someone who can assist . That’s poor customer service. A lady came over and was able to get what I needed thankfully. It’s usually the same disorganized mess and lack of customer service at this location. The only positive thing is one of the managers, Melissa is patient, helpful, willing to assist . Later , I called To complain To a manager, she didn’t see to care about what needed to be addressed. It seemed it was an excuse the dude didn’t know how unlock the perfume case she said ‘ we got in keys so we are still figuring it out.’ All around terrible , I would re think to go back to that location for a while

    Rebecca and Lei helped me so much today with finding the right falsies for me. Lei took the time to explain differences and all the items I might need to apply them. I also get my hair cut by Mitzi here every 6 weeks and she ALWAYS makes my hair look incredible! Best ulta I’ve ever been to.

    My rating is ZERO ! Ulta beauty Salon/Woodbridge, VA can't get the color right ! Overcharges for Hair Services. Hairdresser ‘FIFI’ miscommunicated and overcharged me and didn’t mention about the blow-dry where $42 charged extra. I called the salon to fix my hair as my hair was looking different after coming back from the Salon. The manager of the Salon her name is ‘Bruk’who was very rude. When I called her to fix the color as it’s not the right color I asked for and she misbehaved with me. I don’t know how come this person got a job in that store who doesn’t know how to deal with the customer. I think the Hair Dresser ‘FIFI’ should know how to color hair and explained customer everything before any service! Absolutely the worst hairdressing experience I have had. I would not recommend this Salon to anyone! Scammed and Lesson Learned . . . . . NEXT !

    I have been getting my hair done by Nuzhat ever since she was at Hair cuttery, she started recently at Ulta and I followed her here. Amazing work, never disappoints. Highly recommend her

    I go to ulta to get my hair done by Mitzi, I actually have been going to her for the past 4-5 years and she gets me right every time. I love her energy, she is so easy to talk to and so real. I recommend Mitzi to everyone, it is so hard to find a trusting hairdresser but she is hands down the best. Would give her my life, she needs a raise ASAP

    This is a long over due review 🥰 I went in June 1st and I ended up getting so many things when I only went for a few things. I always have a great time when I go to this ulta in Woodbridge. Norma helped me out checking out and she was really sweet and helpful:) she told me about the credit card for ulta , I was hoping I’d be approved this time but I wasn’t . Regardless Norma explained about the credit card and told me to not feel bad and gave me some free samples :) she was amazing!! It’s hard to get good customer service now a days and I’m glad I did :)
