I wanted to give this place 5 stars. I had a good experience when I got my lashes done. Brandi did a great job, I got exactly what I asked for and the rest of the staff was very friendly and informative. But, fast forward to Friday… (I got my lashes done on Monday) by Friday I had probably 2 lashes left, even my husband said “didn’t you just get you lashes done?” But that not all… by Friday my right eye was swollen and red. It was painful as well so I went to the ER where I was diagnosed with pink eye. The only way I could have gotten pink eye is from this lash bar. Needless to say I will NEVER be going back. I’ve gotten my lashes done so many times and at so many different places and I’ve never gotten an eye infection. This place looked clean, so I’m really surprised. Please be careful.

I had a lift and tint done. This was my first time ever doing something about my lashes. Regretfully, the person who took care of me was not very friendly. I literally had to ask about what I expected to see and how to take care of it. It felt as if she did not want me to talk at all. At the end, I felt that my eyelashes were way too curled- so I called to see if there was anything I could do. Surprisingly I was told that it was what it was and nothing could be done. They said they would make a “note” for the next time. Considering all these facts, there will not be a next time. ALSO - I ended up with conjunctivitis in the evening- this tells me that whatever they used on my eyes was NOT properly sanitized!!! This was an awful experience overall.

Got my lashes done for the first time by Cortnii! She’s a patient, passionate artist and so kind. I been spreading the word and looking into a membership🙏🏼

Had to get my lash extensions redone because my previous place didn’t do them right. Brandi took off my previous lashes and put on their lashes and I feel and look great!! She was so nice, explained everything to me. Gave me aftercare instructions and we had a nice conversation. Love Brandi! Definitely going back to get my lash fill here with Brandi again ❤️

Danielle is amazing and so sweet. My eyes aren’t irritated, the application is great, she’s sweet and gentle , and perfect customer service. I got my lashes done with Imani, and I’m not sure if she is new but she didn’t greet me or anything, didn’t explain the aftercare and my bottom lashes were sticking to the top lashes. The lashes didn’t even last a week and felt like they weren’t applied well. I hope if she’s new that she can improve her customer service and application. Danielle fixed them and explained everything to me. I’m not sure if Imani is new but I wish her the best. I will be getting my lashes done with Danielle for now on.

I was really disappointed since I’ve heard so many great reviews. I went in for a lash lift (I usually get extensions) and went here for my first time. At first they looked great, my lash tech was sweet and great. However the lift didn’t even last more than 2 hours (hasn’t even been 24 hours) and I made sure to not wet them and follow all the instructions given. Not sure what happened but they honestly don’t even look like anything was done to them. Also I have long lashes so they should at least show a little. (Provided a picture with my eyes close as reference). Overall just disappointed:(

I have been an Amazing Lash client for four years now, but at another location. We recently moved from Texas to Virginia and, on finding out that I had overpaid and had a lot of (non-refundable despite asking to have my account paused long before we actually moved) I started going to the Woodbridge location to use these up. The quality has gone from amazing- I have been super happy with my lashes since 2019- to abysmal. I went from getting a fill every 3 weeks in an environment far more humid and hard to maintain them in, to having to go in before the two week mark for a fill because they are thinning so fast. The staff is friendly, location is always clean, but having to drive an hour to pay more, and more often, for lashes that start to look two weeks old by day five is extremely frustrating. Unfortunately I’ll be using up my credits here and then switching to another option. I've really enjoyed my experience at Amazing Lash so far! I've mainly seen Natalie and she has been wonderful; her attention to details is excellent. She seems to be a perfectionist by the way she makes sure every lash is right before she finishes. All the girls are lovely at the studio. I'd highly recommend this studio!
