I've been going to Janice for over 8 years now for deep tissue massages. She gives an awesome deep tissue massage which is great for neck and shoulder pain due to sitting in an office all day. Her deep tissue massages are also awesome for working out muscles knots due to weight training and playing sports. On average I get a massage every other week and she always makes sure to be very flexible with her scheduling to accommodate my busy schedule. If you live in the Woodbridge area and you are thinking about getting a massage go see her! She also now utilizes a theragun to address "stuck" muscles that need a little extra attention to release. I recommend massages by Janice to anyone who sits at a desk all day or is involved in fitness or sports activities.

She helped me through surgical post-op, a fall and foot issues in just a few weeks of carefully targeted treatments. I will be a frequent customer from now on.

Janice provides excellent cranial sacral therapy. This is a difficult-to-find specialty treatment, I've needed to recover from two back surgeries. Previous to finding Janice, I drove to Arlington to get this work done. After the surgeries, I was very unbalanced with my left side compensating for weaknesses on my right side. I had extreme pain in my right leg that would keep me awake at night and make it difficult to walk without tripping during the day. Janice helped me address these issues through a combination of both massage therapy as well as cranial sacral therapy. I have gone to Janice for over a year now. I credit her work, along with going to the chiropractor and doing pilates, with the amazing improvements I have on my right side. I am still recovering from my back surgeries. Janice continues to be an essential part of my recovery.

Just went in for a Craniosacral therapy, I was having issues sleeping and migraines. It helped me sleep and I am clinching my jaw less. I will definitely be going back.

Janice is awesome! She doesn't do a generic cookie cutter routine like most places. Everything she does is custom tailored to you. I was recently in a traumatic accident so she focused on injury recovery and reduced my pain dramatically. She broke up the many knots in my back in legs from the extensive PT after my injury. I always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. I highly recommend her.
