After returning an item because I was wrongly up charged. ( more than the price tag displayed in the item) the cashier a light skin curly hair big woman right arm tattooed reaction was to yell out and say “ I didn’t do it, I just ring it up”. The fact of being a key holder or manager and spending the whole day as a cashier plus giving poor treatment and none customer care is truly disappointing at this location.

Love this Express! Staff is always very helpful. I buy all my suits here, looks amazing and always a great price.

Though the sales are nice and the deals were okay, It didn't seem like the prices were still that great, for which you're paying for a brand. On the other hand, the selection was pretty good, expect for ties which I expected to see more plain and simplistic colors. Our register person was being trained and it always makes it annoying to wait and explain things when you have a new person learning. If you're going to train new people have two registers open.

Good selection for seasonal casual trends. Signed up for an Express Card. Good outlet deals and perks for using and paying card at store level. Walked away with 4 jeans 1 joggers and 4 shirts for my tweenager for $120. Clothes he'll actually wear.

I just walked out in disappointment without buying anything. If you go beyond a few feet past the main doors you'll quickly realize the store is a mess. The clothes are disorganized on the shelves and look as though they've been that way for quite a while because of the wrinkles. I kid you not, some of the shelves are dusty. Going past that mess and in the clearance section is an even greater mess. Clothing sizes or mixed up with other sizes. There's a huge amount of clothing in front of one of the clearance racks. I'll stick to the other Express stores I go to and online shopping.

Went in with a mission and minimal time. Shawna( curly hair) did a fantastic job. She was patient, attentive, and most of all she was encouraging. She showed an excellent knowledge on the styles and sizes, including valuable feedback. I hope this store appreciates her because she is a model employee. Thanks and again.

In there for over an hour. Took 10mins for my wife to pick out what she wanted and 50mins in line to pay. The line was out the door and the cashier's were moving like turtles and having personal conversations with each other which was slowing things down. I will never spend my money at this store again.

I typically shop at the Fredericksburg Location where the service is excellent. This is my third visit to the woodbridge location and it is the opposite. There's a lack of costumer service, especially from the male manager that was on duty during my visit.
