Awesome staff members! ⭐️ Had a great experience with their customer service! Due to being out of town longer than expected, I was not able to pickup my online in-store order in the 7-day window frame… I gave the store a call and was able to explain and sort out my situation with no problem. I sincerely appreciate their understanding to the matter and I’m eagerly looking forward to picking up my order once I’m back in town! Thanks again!

3/05/23 Experience: I don't go to this location often. I like to go down to the area every now and again. I was very happy with their customer service especially since they didn't give me all my discounts the last time I was there. They were able to make it right 100%! Gave me 20% off everything. Everyone is amazing and they are willing to help you in store. I know they work very hard and I appreciate them so much. They work as a team too. I'd recommend to get a 10% military discount and they do 10% off ship to store. Don't forget your hot cash too! I do buy a lot of stuff when I shop in store. So the workers do get a bit overwhelmed because of the big orders. They have the best mystery bags! It's very tempting. Will be coming back in the near future.

The store has a lot of anime themed items and clothing. The sales are nice and friendly, they will inform you of sales they have during that time. The sales at checkout is quite slow when checking out a customer. Although they rarely have a line at checkout, but it would be nice to have a sales step in to check people out when a line starts to form.

All the employees were super helpful and kind. Plus they are bringing back the styles I love. I took my younger kids in there to shop for school clothes and anime accessories. They were great with the kids too.
