There excuse of why they don’t have fitting rooms available is because they lost the key 3 weeks ago lol. If I was a district manager or a regional manager I would be embarrassed that their leadership proactively doesn’t take care of this.

Store: well organized and have a wide variety Staff: checkout staff was reasonable to questions and fixed the price error i noticed on some clothing Gap should their systems to avoid charging more than what they the price is on the sticker.

When I and my mother went to return three pairs of pants that shrank, both a worker AND the manager called me and my mother liars and said that we must have bought the wrong size. Not only that, but the worker practically demanded to hug it out after my mother said she shouldn't argue with them. It was incredibly awkward and unprofessional. The worst service I've ever had in an outlet store. Stay far away from this place.

You can usually find some good deals here, some items may be out of season but I don't really care. It is way better than to pay full retail price.

We re like 15 persons in the line, only 2 cashiers open and 4 employees having a chitchat without opening the cashiers...!

The prices are really good! They have the militar discount and you can find a lot of clothes for the coming season. I loved! 100% recommend

good clothing comes good with prices , so prices are okay so are the clothing . But however i have noticed the customer service of awesome 4 Jahnae , Hollman , tania , tim was great they were fun and found very helpful . Kudos guys . keep up the good job .
