Pro Tip: Sign up for emails through their website. Go in the store and items will be marked down 25% off. Add on your 20-30% off that they occasionally send to your email and if you are military you can stack on the extra savings on top of that.

Upon entering the Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store, I was gleefully greeted by a sale associate. She was very helpful and willing to listen. The associate immediately began to assist me with my query. While waiting to ascertain if my particular size was available and I perused the store, I was again greeted by another sales associate. She was just as helpful as the first associate. While I continue with my perusing, I was greeted by Maria, the third associate. We began a conversation about other particular items I was interested in purchasing. She quickly began researching each item and located them. To be very transparent, I’m not sure if the associates work on commission or not, either way, I didn’t care. They were very, very helpful. As I preceded to check out, I again was met with the same energy as I experienced previously from the aforementioned associates. When I informed the associate that I didn’t have certain credentials (Vet) but was able to produce it on my cellphone; she understood, view the documents, and informed me that all was well. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the store was in immaculate condition and that the entire staff was very professional and attentive. Was looking for lavender dress socks and was able to find them here after looking in numerous stores. This store saved the day for me to match my suit outfit. The staff was friendly and helpful as well.

What you should always remember folks when it comes to shopping in a luxury store...is that people who truly buy and afford luxury items come in for fitting and to place or pick up orders. Or for their employees to do so. Stores like these are designed to showcase the wearables and provide a proper venue for fitting. Not for you peasants to come in and touch things and knitpick from the shelves and inventory on hand. The end.

Very nice and clean store Wow! Great deals and customer service. Great staff I was looking for a blouse and didn't see my size on the rack. The nice gentleman located the blouse which was my favorite color blue. I greatly appreciate it. I got home still thinking about the great customer service from everyone in the store very friendly to me and each other.

Very rude manager. I did not catch his name but it was last August 20,2022 around 5 pm. He is a very tall big guy. Very rude manager. I was asking if i can return an item for a price match but he said once i return an item it wont be sold to me, they will sell it to another customer. Very rude.

I found a couple extra things that weren't in stock in my size and the cashier Dontae really did an excellent job finding them at another store and gave me my email discount on separate transactions. This guy made my day!! Thanks Dontae
