I have *terrible* anxiety and panic disorder and had put off dental work for a long time. Ended up needing everything pulled. The staff was really friendly and helpful. While I was offered a heavier sedation, I felt comfortable enough the day of to pass on that. I'm not sure the names of the two dentists that did my extractions, but they were great (a younger black man and a woman). I've previously had 3 teeth extracted elsewhere and that took longer than having 18 removed here! He is obviously very good at what he does. It's the day after the procedure for me and I have very minimal pain, just some minor tenderness (don't even need pain medicine). Dentists were super patient and understanding. If you get this duo, you're in great hands! Front desk was really nice as well, I think her name was Rosey. Over all this location did great, and I'm recommending my dad go check them out for implants. Hopefully I don't need to return ever again, but if I do need more work, that's where I'm going.

I went for a simple Partial after three Remakes I still ended up with a partial that Didn't fit So I decided to cut my losses. Accept the support product and save to get them done properly. Properly

The people are great and amazing really nice people everybody I talk to in there really nice people. And Iv always have had bad experiences when they numb my mouth. And it was a male doctor doing it so I figured he'd give me the business. But he was actually caring and didn't hurt me. Did take him about 25 minutes to get my teeth out of my mouth. Had to pulled. The place is awesome my only complaint is people answering the phone I've been calling for two days no call back. Even called main headquarters for them to call and send email still no reply. But once you get there it's a dream come true.

There are pros and cons to everything. Doctors' offices are usually ones that have a perfect balance of both. I would rate this office as better than your average doctor's visit. The biggest 'Pro' in my opinion are the people that work there. Dr Z is kind, patient and definitely great at what he does. Rosie (admin staff) took care of all my scheduling, follow-ups and always made sure I had a good visit. Dr. Z is an artist. He did all my implants and when things were not going as well I thought, they immediately fixed it (warranty is. lovely and a must.) Dental work is stressful on many fronts: the cost, the pain and the right time to see the doctor. There were days I had to wait weeks for a scheduling visit (cons). Therebwere days were I spent a long time waiting in the lobby (cons). Overall I'm recommending this practice for much of your dental needs. Good luck!

We came in today and my husband had a 3 D x-ray and Rosy the receptionist went over the cost of dentures with implants they have to send the information to Dental Dental and find out what the insurance will cover but gave us a ballpark estimate of the cost. Rosey, the receptionist, is very friendly and helpful, and Dr. Sampson is very professional. All the staff are very helpful and friendly!!!!Also they give a 10% military discount.

Sold me bone grafts that I did not need. It was not explaining to me that they were optional until after. The bone grafts did nothing to preserve my jaw bone. Less than a year later I had problems with the dentures fitting. Now they don't fit at all and they are not willing to help me fix them. Also had someone else's dentures placed in my mouth by accident. Not very professional in my opinion.

Staff was very personable. Dr. very concerned about my lower right not numbing. Practice has my 100% approval!
