First off, my wife loves Brazilian Steakhouses. I am not a fan. But I try not to reflect that in my rating and review. Many of the aspects are not as good as Fogo, hence the 4stars. Price is inline with similar restaurants, which is about $60 per person. I have included a menu with exact prices. If you are unfamiliar with this type of restaurant, it is a high end salad bar followed by servers coming around with meat on a sword. As the come to your table, you tell them if you would like a serving of the meat. The highlight of this restaurant is the pineapple, which is fairly amazing.

The food and the waitress were amazing! The manager asked us to wait outside in 90degree weather because they couldn’t find our reservation. He wasn’t expecting us to say no….that’s not something you should request from a party of 13 that spend $600 there. please work on your customer service or put a black shirt on like your workers.

Tucked away in a shopping center, this is a wonderful Brazilian restaurant with a wide variety of meats served. There is no menu, just one choice so be aware before visiting. Small, but fresh salad bar. A sampling of meats I enjoyed were various beef cuts, turkey, chicken, shrimp etc. The servers were so fast, it was difficult to keep up :-).

Copycat of a Brazilian BBQ. The picanha is good, however, although I asked to try other meats, I got only picanha. The full complement of meats only at the dinner, however, at lunch was supposed to have three types. The service itself is good, but the house service is poor, once was only two "passadores" (the guy with the meats on a stick) to serve us all. They try their best I must say, but the house should know better. Overall, the lunch is a downgrade from the dinner. For example, the lunch shrimp was lower quality than the dinner one, when I left the dinner table was being prepared. Taking in perspective of cost/benefit this is a very expensive place.

Been to all the commercial and cookie cutter Brazilian Steakhouses and I was super refreshed by the nice , intimate and hometown feel of this wonderful restaurant and their staff! They were incredibly welcoming from the moment I walked in were quickly greeted with a smile and sat for our reservation! The wait staff was super attentive and quick to fill drinks or take orders for any extra items we wanted ! The salad bar was super fresh and full of a variety of items! The staff serving the meats , just kept coming ! They didn't hesitate to send over new and different options ! Fresh meats, salmon, shrimp and just a variety or options ! Glad we stopped here and enjoyed a wonderful birthday dinner! Thanks to you all!

Inviting entry, and most of the meats I tasted were delicious. Nice marinades and spicing. The round steak was rough and did not have much taste. Wide selection of sides, salads, soups, and seafood. The salmon that came around (albeit only once) was delicious as was the prime rib (we had to ask for it to come back around a few times before we saw it again). Our waitress was attentive and there were plenty of folks brining around the meats and pineapple. Restroom could use some help, as most can, in appearance and stocking of essentials. The bar area seemed nice as well. My husband did notice some dishes not quite clean in the salad bar/sides area, and the au gratin potatoes were liquid which is not a version I am used to.

Our server was absolutely amazing, very attentive and friendly. Unfortunately the food was not so great… chunks of flavorless and/or sometimes over salted meat. We requested medium and we received whatever the table of six close to us was having (rare/well done) After a while we were receiving nothing at all. It was almost like they were avoiding the table. We even observed a few employee’s eating in the area where they cook the meat. My son waited 10 minutes for more pineapple, sadly though it never came… the guy with the pineapple was too busy chatting it up and laughing with another table, after he left their table he went back to the kitchen. When the pineapple finally came around we’d already payed our bill $188.62 and we left hungry. What really grinds my gears is that, We drove and hour and fifteen minutes to get there,Just to be disappointed! Did I mention it was our very first time at this establishment😞 I was actually going to review this place on my YouTube channel, but I felt that this visit was too bad for a review. I will not be returning in the future. (We did tip the waitress because she did her job well).

All you can eat meats w/ large salad & sides bar located in Woodbridge VA @charbroilgrill is DMV's first Brazilian steakhouse to open in 2001! (I had no idea about this) all the meat is freshly grilled over charcoal open flame with various cuts of beef like top sirloin, filet, Flank and offer other items as well like sausage and shrimp, so theres something for everyone. Our favourite is the steaks though, top sirloin for Zack and Ribeye for me! Dessert was also very good, we tried the flan and black/white cake. The quality is really quite good and I like the flavour of all the meats. Overall a 10/10, we really enjoyed our expierence here and definitely will come back. The food was excellent!! Love the meats they give you. The waiters come to your table to slice up different meats for you on a skew sticks. They bring you multiple different kinds of steaks, chicken, ribs, turkey, sausages, pork, salmon, and a grilled pineapple. It's great. They also have a salad bar with all the side dishes like pasta, rice, potatoes, greens, etc. If you want to have anything with your meats 🍖

I’ve always have preferred this steakhouse over any that have existed here in Woodbridge. And many have come and gone but Charbroil Grill still here, a testament that they have endured as a business thanks to the good quality of food and service they have! Truly another hidden jewel in the area you can’t miss to try!

Terrific place to eat. Good service and lots of meat, shrimp and chicken. The salad bar is very good, but don’t overdo it. Save your appetite for the meats. Lol. I really liked the potato salad and grilled pineapple. The Chardonnay is quite good and the serving size is nice. We have been there twice and will definitely return.

Wow! What an experience! The food and service are amazing. Yes, it is twice the price of other restaurants, but it is worth it to treat yourself to a place like this sometimes. Go ahead: you deserve it!

Don’t go here they will over charge your card and the place is extremely dirty. I recently went here with my family & my sister was charged twice and they told her a refund would be available in a week or so. I was over charged. I signed a bill of 151$ and found out later that night I was actually charged over 180 dollars. They must of given them self a tip which doesn’t make much sense to me since one that’s illegal & secondly our tip was already included on our bill since it was a party of so many people. The bathrooms are really dirty & restaurant. Definitely not worth the 55 dollars a seat we paid for per adult. Now I have the joy tomorrow to call and find out why wasn’t I charger the amount I was signed for. Be careful with this place !

For $50, you get all kind of broiled steaks, chicken and pineapple, yes pineapple with cinnamon! Also good choices of unlimited salad bar options.

Had dinner here on thanksgiving day and “ oh my goodness!” wow everything I tried was soooo delicious well seasoned pretty much all the meats with excluding pork was so tender, delicious and melts in your mouth. I’ve never had cooked carved pineapple the way this restaurant fix it especially the steak and “oh my goodness that grill salmon is something else. So much to choose from prime rib, carved turkey, beef ribs “ my goodness this restaurant has the best service when serving their customers. I normally don’t do reviews but this one I had to give. What I like most was seeing the staff being so friendly without having an attitude for working on thanksgiving day. Please know that I appreciate my wonderful thanksgiving meal. the cooks were on point with everything the service I received was very outstanding! May God continue to bless and keep you and your staff well. Please appreciate your employees for doing such a wonderful job!!! Keep up the good work “

This place has amazing food, an amazing service, actually one of my kids who does not eat so much meat ate all the food that was on his plate lol, I loved the sirloin cuts, the sliced pineapple (not sure how it was cooked but actually I could eat a whole pineapple cooked like that lol).

The food is excellently prepared and excites the taste buds. The service is excellent, you never want for service, unlike many dimsum restaurants. The tables and chairs are placed far enough away from others that you don't have to worry about covid or other voices.

Went for my mama's birthday on the day after Christmas 2022! Good choice and the servers were short due to the holiday season but one that we had was very attentive and mindful of slight wait between servicing. He apologized and did his best and was super kind. I think they don't usually sing happy birthday and accommodated us. OR they do usually and did a swell job of wishing her a happy one!

Absolutely love this place . Steak is always delicious . Servers are attentive and genuine. The gabacho (Hispanic gentleman and Josh ) are amazing we come only the days that they work . Recommend this place a million times Owner is super nice and friendly . Help his staff when they need it. Come back every week for this delicious food . Would not go anywhere else Better than Texas of Brazil .

We came here for Sunday brunch, and it was exactly what we hoped. The omlette bar was excellent along with the salad and dessert bar. The Brazilian BBQ meat selection was great for a mid-day feast. There was something for everyone's tastes. Staff was friendly and attentive.

This is my first time in this restaurant. The location is good. Food is wonderful. Staff if very friendly. Frank is our waiter and he is so helpful, and Alejandro, one of the meat servers, is friendly. All of the staff are friendly.

I love this place, I come here about twice a month. The meat is amazing and always perfectly cooked. The side are great too, but I try not to fill up on them. Service is always nice, and everyone is welcoming.

Great customer service; Aida had an excepcional greeting. Salad Nárnia very small with little variety. Meat quality was okay Environment *neat and not too loud $$$ too price for low variety Overall, I good, just too expensive, and for me that like salad bar, I would appreciate if it had more option.

Nice, but not my kind of place. Went with a large group for lunch. Service was good and has a nice atmosphere for celebrations or to hang with friends. I personally wasn't impressed with the food but others in my group enjoyed it.

A review is supposed to be the food and experience, right? In our experience in 2023, all the food is delicious! I am glad they have opened up to other customers being outside the norm of rare cooked meats. The Servers all make your day wonderful! The Manager though, not sure why he has a personal issue with us everytime we come in.
