This doctor had all my contact information and decided not to try to contact me about an unpaid copay. I’m sure I received a letter or something but being an active duty military family..sometimes a phone call is the best option for the members of my family. Well after a 9 month deployment I go to apply for a home in my new duty station all the way across the country and there is a judgment on my credit report. I didn’t get the house and had to dispute to get it off my report. Neither my wife or myself ever received any communication during the times it was due and it was probably due to the fact that I deployed and the family moved. I understand I have an obligation to pay but someone in a medical practice also has an obligation to establish communications. They had more than an address to do this but chose to ignore those options. In the end this all worked out as life always does. This is a great doctor but the administration here was lacking and cost us some opportunities.

Dr Al is great on so many counts that it is hard to list them all here. She is not only a good listener, but also a good doctor. She does not dramatize diagnostics and is always reasonable with treatment, when needed. No fuss here. If you want a good family doctor, I highly recommend you go to see Dr. Al. Even when I am in an overseas posting, I Skype her for medical advice. This alone speaks volume as I have other medical choices. She is always correct in her medical assessment.

Dr. Al and her Staff are very cordial in person and on the phone. When I need assistance they all are accurate and expedient. Going to Dr. Al's office is always rewarding as I leave with the information or referral I need to get my health back to being better.

Ive been going here for years and love Dr. Al, however, this year I received HORRIBLE service from the receptionist, Kelly. I called in and was given an appointment for my annual physical then at the last minute she told me hold on, that she needed to confirm this time with the Dr. Al. Two weeks later still waiting and after 2 weeks and 3 phone calls to the office, Kelly finally returned my call stating shes been working from home and was calling me from her personal cell. Yet, I recieved no messages from her cell phone number. Long story short shes now stating that Dr. Al will be on vacation as she doenst know when shes coming back., so she cant give me an appointment. What in the heck?

Waist of time and money. I will not recommend this doctor to anyone. Went to her because the only thing this women need is MONEY MONEY AND MONEY. FAKE doctor never ever go to her.

Dr. Al and her staff are the best. Me and my wife have been seeing Dr. Al as our family doctor since 2010 and we keep coming back because she is a very caring and excellent, knowledgeable doctor. She has always given us great care and her diagnoses have always been spot on. Her office is nicely decorated and makes you feel welcome. I am not sure what the motive is for a few people to give such negative reviews but we love her, her staff are friendly, we have not had any negative issues with billing and we will continue to use her as our primary care doctor and would highly recommend her to anyone else. Dr Al is one of the most caring medical professionals I have ever encountered. She became my doctor after I retired from the military nearly a decade ago. I am still her patient today because she was the first doctor to actually listen.to me. As a result, she was able to get me the course of treatments that I needed for diagnoses ignored or overlooked during my military career. She and her team (Kelly and Vanessa) are always positive and upbeat. No matter what my ailment I always leave her office feeling better because she takes the time to get to the root of the issue. Dr Al and her nursing staff are always pleasant professional and expedient. The COVID protective procedures instituted ensure a safe visit. The facility is always aesthetically pleasing to the eye with a calming spa feel. I am thankful for Dr Al's bedside manner, she shows deep concern for all her patients, she is a gem.
