It was the first multiplex with A/c in Tenkasi. But now the maintenance is so poor. Push back was not working in many seats. Need to maintain it. Parking facilities are good.

Many of the chairs are half broken. If chairs are maintained well and premises were kept neat & clean, then will get a good theatre experience. Management should strictly not to allow people to smoke inside the theatre premises and washroom sides. Because of these smokers other people and children getting very much disgust.

Very mediocre experience. The theater is not clean at all. Between the shows the cleaning team enters the hall, but sadly they don't seem to do a good job. There was spilled popcorn all over the seat and beneath the seat. The video quality is good and a decent screen size with 4k in Screen 1. The sound quality is average, so much bass. In addition they charge 30 Rs for car parking in a small town like Tenkasi.which is high. For a theater in a district headquarters, the standard is very low . But people here don't have many options.

Theatre was good. Bike parking was chargeable. No guarantee for the vehicle parking. The canteen was so busy . Prices are high. Need more organised in peak hours.no q line.

Near to my perfect theatre. Good cinema hall and good AC for me(i dont like it when its too much cooling) Best sound effects and ambience. Snacks are for reasonable price, amble parking place and also reliance shopping as well which makes its highly rated theatre in tenkasi

PSS currently have 2 screens Both of them are very good Snacks are at "okay" levels Parking facility is not bad Restroom is very clean
