Today
I
had
the
unfortunate
experience
of
visiting
Thangamayil,
Tenkasi
branch
that
came
highly
recommended
by
some
acquaintances.
However,
my
visit
left
me
with
a
sense
of
disappointment
and
frustration.
I
feel
compelled
to
share
my
experience
to
help
others
avoid
a
similar
ordeal.
The
staff
appeared
with
confused
data
of
the
wastage,
which
didn't
inspire
confidence
from
the
outset,
It
shows
the
lack
of
knowledge
or
apathetic.
My
primary
reason
for
visiting
the
shop
was
to
purchase
a
special
piece
of
jewelry
for
a
significant
occasion,
and
I
had
high
expectations
regarding
the
quality
and
customer
service.
Unfortunately,
the
reality
was
far
from
my
expectations.
I
noticed
several
concerning
issues.
First
they
quoted
15.5%
wastage
with
4%
offer
with
deduction
from
total
wastage,
second
they
said
the
4%
will
be
not
deducted
from
the
total
wastage
instead
we
can
buy
a
silver.
So
I
annoyed
and
went
to
the
Branch
Manager
Raja
Sekar
for
the
solution
where
I
exasperated
again
by
his
attitude
of
talk
and
final
quote
of
16.5%.
They
are
manipulating
with
wastage.
I
think
the
Branch
manager
and
all
other
staff
need
proper
training
by
the
management
for
these
contradictory
explanations
to
the
customers.
In
summary,
my
visit
to
Thangamayil,
tenkasi
was
a
thoroughly
disappointing
and
disheartening
experience.
Finally
left
the
store
without
making
a
purchase
and,
in
fact,
felt
fortunate
not
to
have
made
a
costly
mistake.
I
strongly
advise
potential
customers
to
exercise
caution
and
thoroughly
research
on
percentage
of
wastage
before
considering
Thangamayil
Shop,
Tenkasi
for
their
gold
purchases.
It
was
an
unfortunate
experience
that
I
would
not
wish
upon
anyone
else.
