My appointment was so good. Getting a tooth extracted can be scary, but doctor and his assistant calm me Down and insured that everything was gonna be OK. My anxiety got the best of me and everything went good ..No pain at all..

I hate to leave a negative review for a small business, but I have chosen to leave this office after attending since 2019 or 2020. I initially loved this office and all the dentists and assistants were great, but over time it's felt more like a corporately owned office. I felt like I was being upsold on several treatments - invisaligns, deep cleanings, etc. After going through the deep cleaning process (I moved out of town temporarily and missed just one cleaning), even the dental assistants were confused why I was put through those cleanings. The final straw was my cleaning ~July 2023, when my tooth was chipped during a cleaning. The dentist (who has typically provided great cleanings) was polishing the backside of my tooth with what I think was a polishing stone, and ended up taking some from the bottom of my tooth where my bite meets and feels off now. I have picture evidence of the date of the cleaning, and can also tell how much was accidentally shaved off because of a gap between my tooth and my retainer. Unfortunate incident, but it's caused me to lose trust in this office.

I've been a patient at Arlington Dental Excellence for 3 years and the personal there is like family. This year was tough and they were sympathetic and supportive and they always treat you with the best professionalism and human touch. Thank you.

Dania gave me a full knowledge of what my options were even so if I don’t have insurance. She was very pleasant and makes me feel comfortable . I am glad that I meet her. She mentioned that it I have any questions to feel free to call her that she will be happy to assist me. I enjoy also the background music at the reception area. Is a friendly atmosphere.

I am almost 70 years old. My experience at Arlington Dental Excellence was just that EXCELLANT!! So professional, kind, gentle and no SB. I live in Ohio and need further work performed. I have not found a dentist that I care to ever go back to for many diverse reasons. I will travel the 4 hours each way to have Arlington Dental Excellence perform all future procedures. I give them a 20 out of 10 if that's possible.

My experience was very average. I went in for removing 3 of my wisdom teeth. The procedure went well and I didn’t end up with an infection. My insurance wouldn’t cover so it was ~$1,300 for removal. I was fully awake but numbed and gave laughing gas. While my procedure went well I wouldn’t make this my regular dental place. They were always busy and seemed in a rush. I would also overhead passive aggressive comments made between the staff. I never felt 100% sure how the procedure was going but felt like I couldn’t ask too many questions because the doctor seemed ready to move onto the next patient. I understand this is a common procedure but I wish I was more prepared and educated going in. For the one week check-up, I was pretty disheartened to find out that my doctor did a quick peak (less than 10 seconds) and moved on to ask about Invisalign. I had so many other questions about infection, how it looks, dry socket, etc. I did get a chance to ask but it was quick one-word responses and back to asking about Invisalign. Overall, I would suggest to work on bed-side manner and educate your patients more. I understand these procedures are routine but I felt as though I was rushed in and out and asked about the next thing I could spend my money on.

They are very professional and courteous. They make you feel important, they take the time to listen to your issues. I never felt rushed. Very nice environment. All the employees there seem happy and the doctors are top notch. Young but so knowledgeable. Strongly recommend them.

My husband and I are living in DC temporarily for a work project for him. I had a medical episode and broke a tooth in the very front of my mouth and was going to fly home to Atlanta to get it fixed. I found Dr Alex online and decided to give it a try after reading reviews. She is absolutely amazing. I can’t say it enough. She was patient, kind, and was able to accommodate me for more than a consultation same day. If life were to bring us to the DMV area full time she absolutely will be my dentist full time. My husband is even going to visit her to get some work completed that he was waiting until we were back in the Atl. If she could have a 10 star review it still wouldn’t be enough.
