Decent B&Q with its biggest asset being the staff. Very friendly and accommodating with genuine service not seen very much nowadays. Store layout is a little odd and can be difficult to find things plus car park is poor and needs sorting out.

What can I say, Ryan at Cannock store was a joy. Really helpful, informative and helped me with my exchange of terrible paint. We complained, he listened, helped us choose another paint and ended spending more, so win win. Thank you Ryan from the Elsmores 🙏

Just been into B&Q Cannock picked up various bits and pieces including a £100 drill. Also needed some green hammerite metal paint. Unfortunately the only two cans left were badly damaged and dented. I asked the sales assistant if they had anymore that wasn't dented she said no. And then without ne even asking said I cannot reduced it either as the product inside will not be damaged. Perhaps she needs more training because if the lining on the inside of the can is cracked or damaged this will affect the paint. Also it could affect the seal when I close the can after using it. I put all the products back and walked out.

Great store but self service checkouts totally inappropriate for a DIY store. Nightmare...

DIY store with everything you need for the house and garden. They sell timber and offer a cut to size service at a reasonable price! Staff are always pleasant. Recommend from me !

Lovely staff! Not sure why but there weren't a lot of things in stock in the area we were looking in... luckily we were nearby and didn't make a trip especially.

Staff here is so kind and helpful. Everything is clean and we'll placed. One of my favourite shops where to spend money. Big choice in plants 👍

First time using click and collect here. Will definitely use again. Very simple process, no waiting very easy to use. Parking can sometimes be an issue as the store is quite big but the car park is shared with other stores.

B&Q is easy to access with plenty of parking even for purchasing more awkward heavy or longer products. A wide variety of products at competitive prices. The lighting section has a really good and varied selection. Always a good amount of trolleys available. The self serve scan can be quite painful and awkward at times, when it goes wrong, it's gone wrong 3 times out of 5 on me, you will be left waiting or need to flag down assistance. The staff are very very friendly without being overbearing or too intrusive. Yet remain helpful and genuinely happy. It can be quite tricky to find specific things and this can result in a lot of walking around back and forth, this is the biggest frustration with the B&Q shopping experience. I would always recommend going to the staffed check out to avoid the frustration of the self serve. There is a wide selection of tools and power tools but genuinely only from the major brands such as De Walt, Makita, Ryobi and you will pay up for the brand. The shop is good for all sorts of fixtures and fittings, I always go for plumbing needs as they always seem to have the right joints and seals to fix the problems without the use of an expensive plumbers. Adhesives and sealants are also a big positive of the store, they can be quite expensive but always a good quality. The store is quite big and each aisle has a sign hanging above it giving type of items in that aisle. Where as some items might fit into several of the aisles, this can create a long walk. There are some good offers from time to time so keep an eye out. The store opens quite early so that's always convenient. Would recommend

Went for a few different bits whilst building a sensory board for my ASD son. The staff could not make it more obvious they hate being there. Asked 3 separate staff where an item was and got 3 separate answers (none were correct).

Would like to see more staff on the shop floor. On the plus side clean with a good range of products.

Good sized store with friendly helpful staff. Popped in for some bark for the garden, which we purchased with no major issues. We did initially struggle to find one of the larger trollies but no a massive issue
