B&Q
is
easy
to
access
with
plenty
of
parking
even
for
purchasing
more
awkward
heavy
or
longer
products.
A
wide
variety
of
products
at
competitive
prices.
The
lighting
section
has
a
really
good
and
varied
selection.
Always
a
good
amount
of
trolleys
available.
The
self
serve
scan
can
be
quite
painful
and
awkward
at
times,
when
it
goes
wrong,
it's
gone
wrong
3
times
out
of
5
on
me,
you
will
be
left
waiting
or
need
to
flag
down
assistance.
The
staff
are
very
very
friendly
without
being
overbearing
or
too
intrusive.
Yet
remain
helpful
and
genuinely
happy.
It
can
be
quite
tricky
to
find
specific
things
and
this
can
result
in
a
lot
of
walking
around
back
and
forth,
this
is
the
biggest
frustration
with
the
B&Q
shopping
experience.
I
would
always
recommend
going
to
the
staffed
check
out
to
avoid
the
frustration
of
the
self
serve.
There
is
a
wide
selection
of
tools
and
power
tools
but
genuinely
only
from
the
major
brands
such
as
De
Walt,
Makita,
Ryobi
and
you
will
pay
up
for
the
brand.
The
shop
is
good
for
all
sorts
of
fixtures
and
fittings,
I
always
go
for
plumbing
needs
as
they
always
seem
to
have
the
right
joints
and
seals
to
fix
the
problems
without
the
use
of
an
expensive
plumbers.
Adhesives
and
sealants
are
also
a
big
positive
of
the
store,
they
can
be
quite
expensive
but
always
a
good
quality.
The
store
is
quite
big
and
each
aisle
has
a
sign
hanging
above
it
giving
type
of
items
in
that
aisle.
Where
as
some
items
might
fit
into
several
of
the
aisles,
this
can
create
a
long
walk.
There
are
some
good
offers
from
time
to
time
so
keep
an
eye
out.
The
store
opens
quite
early
so
that's
always
convenient.
