Both my boys & myself attend impact academy. I can honestly say it’s the best decision we have all made. Firstly my boys have been doing jujistsu and absolutely love it. They attend twice a week & it has just transformed their confidence & fitness. They love the coaches & it really is a family team feel. I started doing kick boxing and boxing. At first I was nervous to join in the classes as something I have never done before, however I shouldn’t have worried. Not only do the coaches make you feel very welcome but so do the others that attend. I’ve been going for 7 months now and love it. Even gave me confidence to start my belt journey in kickboxing. Would recommend impact to anyone. They offer your first class free to see if you like it. So worth trying them all to see what you fancy.

Over two years ago I first came here to learn BJJ as a complete beginner. One of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I was welcomed by everyone and have made so many great friends since. I love using the gym and I’m thinking of starting kickboxing soon too! Not only are the instructors incredibly skilled, supportive and fun, everyone here, students and staff, are amazing people all round. Thanks so much for everything guys🙆🏻‍♀️

Our whole family has been using the gym several times a week for both fitness and martial arts classes since 2019 (Some more frequently than others…) On top of excellent, safety focussed tuition and instruction in all areas, perhaps the most outstanding feature is the warmth, care and welcoming attitude of the Impact Academy Staff, no matter what your ability, experience or level of fitness. Don’t, however mistake this for thinking that classes will be a soft touch or that you won’t be encouraged to push yourself! Highly recommended, excellent value.

I joined Impact Academy just over a year ago looking to start BJJ and was immediately made to feel so welcome by everyone - staff and students. Impact offer a friendly, safe and supportive environment to train in and in the year since joining, I’ve trained BJJ, made use of their fully kitted gym and even branched out into some kickboxing! Can’t praise everyone at Impact enough!

Started at Impact having never done any form of martial art. I was made to feel welcome from the very first phone call, the coaches are amazing in teaching, pushing and motivating, and above all friendly and very knowledgeable. Always a nice friendly atmosphere from staff and others using the facilities.

Impact is an awesome gym and the team are fantastic, really friendly and approachable. I have PT sessions with Ben, he is great! But the whole team are FANTASTIC! Fitness classes are brilliant too, such a challenge but fun at the same time, guaranteed to get the rewards with Impact.

A lovely independent fitness and martial arts centre. Staff are knowledgeable and encouraging, classes are small and hard work. This is very much a community place, where you will be treated with respect and made to feel like you belong - no matter your skill or fitness level. Children's classes are second to none - they are fun, physical and supportive.

My son started Impact at 8 and is now 14 and still loves going!! He’s gained his black belt in kick boxing, and does Jui Jitsu & boxing. The coaches are all fantastic and have helped him grow in confidence & strength over the years. Now he’s 14 he can’t wait to join the gym.

Fantastic environment. Started using the Impact Academy gym facilities and decided to try classes with the bronze package. Great value for money. Non judgement environment that welcomes anyone. I would recommend whether you're just looking to have fun or want to take your training seriously.

I've trained Jiu Jitsu here for more than two years and loved every minute of it. There are excellent coaches for both adult and kids classes. Fantastic martial arts school!
