Lovely accommodation, exceptionally clean, spacious, well maintained and fully equipped for all our needs. All have lovely views of the surrounding countryside with great walks to enjoy. We stayed long term while our house was being repaired after water damage. We initially stayed in Sherwin, which is a lovely modern house. We then moved longer term into Milne for around 3 months including over Christmas, which was lovely, like a home from home. The garden was a great size and I was able to bring my two cats, who also had a great time exploring the surrounding fields. Zoe and Ann are amazing, very friendly and helpful and available whenever needed. On first arrival there was a delicious fruit cake and fresh farm milk along with homemade preserves. These delicious homemade jams etc are available in the laundry along with frozen meals if required and I have to say I had several jars! There is also mini golf onsite to enjoy. I would definitely recommend to anyone, it's a lovely place to stay and very peaceful.

We stayed in Brooke for ten nights in November. It was very comfortable for the three of us. It was clean, warm and comfortable. There were some thoughtful welcome surprises for us. The on site laundry facility was extremely useful. We would stay again next year.

Recently returned home from Hipsley Farm Cottage staying at Eliot and it is by far 1 of the best cottages I have stayed at. Immaculately clean, beautiful scenery from all windows, fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable bed and friendly and accommodating owner - Ann. The homemade jam was delicious along with the fruit cake left for us on arrival. It was a peaceful and relaxing mini break away, I can not fault the place. The beautiful fields by our doorstep was great for our pet dog, it had well trimmed paths and clear views of the sunset. I definitely would reccomend this place. <3

Fabulous, beautiful, stunning. Everything thought of, the norm of toiletries and hand cream but also a full kitchen down to to the extra details of tinfoil and herbs and books and games for the kids and big kids. Definitely recommend hipsley Farm cottages 100% Ps love the dressing tables in the upstairs rooms xxx

Faultless, spotlessly clean, lovely warm welcome, dog friendly and so accommodating to my unsociable dog. We stay everytime we need to be in the midlands (3-4 times a year) and really enjoy the beautiful walks on the doorstep, it's now like a home from home and we've already got another 3 visits booked.

Simply stunning views, lovely cottages, reasonable prices. Little touches like home baked cake as a welcome. Comfy beds, best shower I've ever used. Hard to improve on

We stayed in Milne Cottage last weekend and found the cottage was well equipped and very comfortable. The rural location provides the peace and quiet which sometimes is just what you need. Nothing seems too much trouble for Ann and her staff. This is our second visit to the cottages and we will be back!
