I started getting my hair extensions (nanorings) done here in June. I have lived in Dubai and London and had lots of extensions over the years but Lulu and Mati do the best job! I have had lots of compliments at work. They are very accommodating and always make sure my hair looks great. Unfortunately when I have been in I witnessed some customers being very rude and even abusive to the salon staff which is not acceptable so therefore I have to say some of the negative reviews on here are not reliable as there are some very unkind people out there.The salon staff and owner always does their best to accommodate everyone and they are a very busy salon. 5 star for extensions service !!

I have used crystals for many reasons over at least 10 years, for hair extensions, hair glue, conditioner for hair extensions etc... ive used all types of extensions. Ive also used the spray tan which is amazing, yesterday i popped in for advice on colour etc on my natural hair and i can honestly say whatever service i have required the owner/ manager always does her upmost to provide the best, honest and sincere information that she possibly could, she always makes me feel like a princess. Today i had my hair coloured (which wasn't an easy job) and i met the beautiful Matilda (Crystals colourist) she did an amazing job, i love my new hair, she was also honest and professional and the price was amazing. Couldnt of asked for anything better, thank you so much for today ladies, love ya both..... Will see you again soon. Carol.

I had my hair dyed , a weave/extensions installed and my hair styled by Matilda absolutely love my hair so much 😍my real hair feels so healthy and soft and my experience here was amazing both Elizebeth and Matilda made me feel great and at home , thank you so much Matilda and Elizebeth ❤️

Possibly the kindest employee I have ever met. I was out shopping with my Wife and Daughter, looking for some hair colour for my Daughter, when we stumbled across Crystal Hair and Beauty. The assistant was incredibly welcoming and went out of her way to help find us something suitable. I could not have asked for better service. Amazing! Thank you!

This shop is amazing. I’ve used their sunbeds for over 3 years, and they are always very clean, and re-tubed regularly. The owner and staff are very friendly and always happy to help. They have a massive range of creams/treatments for skin and hair. I would highly recommend this store

I had the most unhelpful experience when I went to this salon. I had wanted to make an enquiry about dyeing my hair. Not sure if the hair stylist was having a bad day but she just seemed so rude and gave me answers that wasn't helpful. Nonetheless, I booked an appointment to come back in after she assured me that she could do her best to get me to close enough to the colour I was after. She showed me a catalog of hair colours and pointed at what she thought would be the end product. I asked to take a picture of the colour she pointed out to so I could see what I end up with. She immediately told me I wasn't allowed to take a picture because "management does it allow this and I do not know if you will take this somewhere else and cancel your appointment". I was horrified by this and couldn't believe what I was hearing. I asked what she meant and she told me she would not explain further but she it was against the salons policy. I immediately cancelled my appointment and made it clear to her since I came in, her attitude towards me had been appalling and as a business, this was no way to treat customers. Safe to say I will not be returning and would not recommend. Luckily I have found another hair salon that were a lot warmer, kinder and had an an excellent customer service approach.

Appalling service, doesn’t have faith in their own hairdressers so refuses custom. Turned up for an appointment and they told me then the lady that usually does my hair isn’t here, they had my number too but nope, wasted my time. Never consistent in their service!
