Visited again on Saturday. Never disappointed. Service was spot on! We had the strawberry banana waffle with extra Bueno, Oreo cookie dough and hot chocolate. Very delicious

Pretty average Lots of deserts and cake 🍰🎂 milkshakes and Sundays for example. However when ordering cake 🍰 they said to us no that one is frozen and not available only for us to re order and to find out that also is not full de-frozen. Also a lot of staff members but they seem to be running around like headless 🐔 We did get a free slice of cake 🍰 for the trouble but still why offer a certain cake if it's frozen, plus the display cabinet name tags on the cakes were all wrong. The 🍰 and milkshake was ok nothing special no different to another other place I had the same. Staff were either friendly or just plain grumpy. It is pretty pricey here and it's not worth it really for the price. Overall it looks good but I would say it's highly overrated.

Quality is Okay but some gelato shops offer more varieties than this with better prices and the quality. At first- we have been given a set of cutlery which wasn’t properly cleaned- was sorted after pointed out. Then the Belgian Waffle wasn’t cooked to the full (95/100) but they have made us another one. So customer service was good but could have been better.

Visited again last night with family from Germany, the restaurant was busy and we were told about the waiting time so didn’t mind. Winter berry waffle and bueno crepe was delicious! Staff handled well under pressure and will definately be back soon !

Myself and a friend ate here on 26/08/23, my friend had and ice cream which she really enjoyed, I had cookie dough triple and it was so raw I sent it back, 4 different people spoke with me about my issue, I felt like they did not take my complaint well, when I asked for it to be heated longer as the skillet was cold, as was the cookie dough, it had no heat in it. I was told the skillet does not get heated up they also line the skillet with paper which sticks to you food. When my altered cookie dough was brought back a member of staff said I am going to stand here and watch you eat it to see if it is now OK, this was extremely awkward, my second cookie dough was actually very nice but because of the service I will not return.

So first of all Food is lovely not trying to knock the place down, but in my experience today staff was really absent form any form of professionalism and I have been treated badly! Hope management is able to look after the training the staff needs, again this comment is ment to be constructive, look at your staff closely!

Delicious dessert. Service was good. They were missing a few extra toppings my lad was disappointed at but overall a good experience
