When I first came to see Adam I was really insecure with my teeth . Adam and his team made me feel really welcome and talked me through my whole procedure , I had crown lengthening and the results are amazing and I can’t wait for my final outcome .I would highly recommend Adam for any procedures needed

I cannot recommend Dr Adam Patel highly enough! I will try and be as brief as possible. I had a very bad experience with a previous dental surgery, leaving me with a tremendous amount of work to be corrected. Dr Adam Patel did all the extensive work I needed to regain my smile again. I had operations lasting several hours to replace lost bone - Also a sinus lift to make the space for my implants. All the right side of my top jaw needed a lot of work doing. Some of these procedures took 4 to 5 hours of sitting in the chair. The experience was absolutely pain free! I chose not to be put to sleep for the operations - this was all done by the usual method of injecting anaesthetic into the gums/mouth. I was awake for all my procedures and only aware of him working on me, whilst being pain free. I was informed of everything going on during this time. After each operation you are given the correct painkillers and advice of how to care for your mouth and avoid any infections. I did exactly what Dr Patel told me and recovered perfectly without any problems or pain whatsoever. This was over 4 years ago and I couldn’t be more happy! I continue with my check ups and hygienist regularly and have had to have absolutely nothing done to my teeth since! This man works miracles! Don’t wait too long to get your smile back!

Fantastic experience from start to finish. I visited Adam to have implant surgery and a bone graft for a premolar that I had removed (by a different dentist) due to an infection back in 2019. I can honestly say it’s the best thing I’ve decided to do, almost painless, great healing, aftercare advice and a worthwhile investment. Adam is extremely knowledgeable and an expert in his field, you will immediately feel at ease in his presence.
