Great pub to watch sporting events, definitely my go to for a night out after work, great selection of drinks and really good wings

Went for lunchtime pizza and beer deal, it was well priced at £11. I opted for the vegan margherita and it was cooked to perfection. The lady serving me was very friendly as well, kudos to her and the place was spotless. I will definitely visit again when I'm next in the area. 😉

First time visit today.me and my son ordered food I had the fish it was really nice my son ordered a pizza which we later found out the first one had been burnt so I'd pretty much finished mine by the time the pizza came its a pretty relaxed pub which is good and they have a pool table which is a bonus 😊

Loved the place and the customer service is also very good.

Came here for my daughter's 18th birthday, watching the rugby on the big screen as well as some good music in the background. Add a few decent pints of Madri and cocktails for my daughter, a good night was had by all. Love how the layout differs with twists and turns, rather than just an open room 👍🏻

Went for variety of vegan options on offer on their menu but had ran out of almost all the things in the menu. The staff did try to compensate when some of the dishes came out without some of the advertised options. The atmosphere was great, we went on quiz night and would definitely recommend, it was loads of fun. Would go again but hope they have everything on the menu 😅

Ok so we were here on a bottomless brunch. So for the first hour drinks were very slow to arrive they took orders but drink’s took ages to come to the table. Some food was ok but all that had the pizza regretted it as it was awful. We know they were busy but this had been pre ordered well in advance. We had to find you own cutlery and keep asking the staff for basic service. In the end they did come good. But not good enough ,when all was pre ordered and should have just flowed . I should not of been clearing the tables of glasses and plates because the staff was not there to do it. Not good enough

My friend and I came here for bottomless brunch yesterday and it was soooo good! We were waited on by Joe and Nicky and they were fab! Joe was always checking on us to see what we needed and made sure we were well looked after! The chef Roy did a great job with our food, I had a pizza and my friend had the melt burger, both were so good and were really good portion sizes! We’ve been here before for bottomless brunch and both times have been amazing, we will definitely be back! Thank you guys for a wonderful afternoon 🥰

Came for brunch was brilliant great atmosphere and always getting a top up on drinks and the food was really tasty

We held a Christmas gathering here, for a group of 16. We were all warmly welcomed by the team. Service was great, even though they were very busy. Food and drink flowed freely. Thank you so much to Nicki and team for your hospitality. We will definitely be back.

Myself and two best friends celebrated my birthday yesterday by having bottomless brunch at the Castle. We had an amazing experience, food was great, drinks were fab & we were very lucky to be served by Nikki who couldn't do enough for us, she was such a pleasure & very attentive & took the time to chat to us & made the whole experience fantastic. Thank you Nikki I'm sure we'll be back

Great little place. Decor is nice, really nice atmosphere with plenty of TVs around the place to watch football. Drinks are more pricey than other places but a great selection and not your run of the mill options!

We had bottomless brunch and the service was bloody lovely! Dan was very attentive and kept the drinks flowing. Frank was also very lovely and he had a nice chat with me. Great food. 10/10 be back soon :)

Motor and bicycle themed pictures decorate a multitude of partitions. Fish and chips looked good. Love it!

Been in here many times and had many good nights out here. Food is nice and reasonably priced as are the drinks. Chilled atmosphere in the day and can get really busy at the weekends and when showing sporting events. 5 stars all around, nice place

Fun atmosphere and drink specials. Live music on Thursday nights, had a band from London I think they got redirected to the castle but they were spectacular. Different beer selections than other local pubs so good for variety. Nice staff and servers will be back fun small place to roll into on a cold night

Great customer service, me and my partner were welcomed with a smile and a very friendly atmosphere. The lady behind the bar was Kerrie she was very helpful and suggested the new pineapple cider to try and it tasted really good! To top it off Food was really good too! Would recommend

Great for watching sport as the balcony on the top floor overlooks the screen. Toilets a bit far down for gents, so take a bit of care. Bit pricey here for my liking so I don’t get there very often, quite student nowadays. Nice tables outside occasionally in the Sun. Lovely place to get dropped off in a taxi to start a pub crawl around Coventry. Food is quite good, they do some lovely platters and there’s a lovely upstairs bar as well. Suggest early evening to start here as it can get busy. Quite popular and a fantastic view of the council house all lit up at night from the outside balcony on the top floor, definitely just give it a quick check before you leave at night.

Festive Bottomless Brunch on the Fri before Christmas..... Absolutely brilliant. Food was delicious, drink was flowing..... Great amount of choice for both too. Massive high 5 and huge appreciation to Dan, who was our server. Very attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. Excellent customer service.

We got recommended this place by a couple we met on holiday, I cannot praise them highly enough. The service was excellent, I think the guys name was Gary, such a lovely man, very welcoming, and the food was excellent, I had a pint of Doombar with my meal, and I must say the beer is kept very well. There was a number of families with children. This year we have traveled the Uk and stopped in a number of pubs along the way and it was refreshing to see they allow dogs. Great food, great service, great beer, and a lovely balcony area. Thank you Gary

Lovely little pub with lots of tucked away seating. Dog friendly which is a nice bonus. Often seem to hit lucky and get served by Nikki, who is always happy to have a quick chat with me. Very welcoming ☺️

It's a great place to go to for uni socials on a Wednesday night. Drinks are good and staff are friendly. Monica always serves with a smile and always does a fantastic job at making us feel welcome.

Came here as Google recommended as a real ale pub. Sadly, only 3 hand pulls, 2 of which were off(hobgoblin &abbott) leaving only doom bar on or a choice of brewdog and beavertown keg beer.

I come here with my boyfriend for an amazing value bottomless brunch but I have also been here before with friends. We weighed up a few before deciding on this one and would recommend to anyone. Shaun was so attentive and friendly and me and my boyfriend really enjoyed the 2 hours brunch there. There was another guy who was helping bring out drinks (i think the manager) who i didn't see his name badge but he was also super nice. It's a lovely friendly bar in general so whether bottomless brunch or drinks with friends, it's definitely a place to come.

Amazing food, great staff! Friendly atmosphere - especially Shaun. Shaun is incredible at making it feel like home! He goes above & beyond, always wears a smile and I can tell he loves his job. Gladly come here again & again. It’ll never feel old. Keep it up 👍

We went in for a quick meal at lunchtime. We had to wait 50 minutes for it with no explanation to the delay until I went and asked after 40 minutes of waiting. A member of the team had been taken poorly midshift which happens. It would be courteous to inform customers of any delays. The food itself was okayish. Cleanliness inside was poor, menus and tables were dirty. Bar staff were polite and efficient.

Wow, where do I start with the Galentine's Day Bottomless Brunch. The manager was fantastic, no glass was left empty, the waiters were attentive, and any issues that arose were dealt with quickly. I booked for 16 of us and we were blown away with the value for money with The Castle Ground. The handwritten card for our group was a lovely touch. We are already planning to book for Easter! Thank you especially to Nikki & Emily for making our brunch so worthwhile! :)

I came in last night for a few games of pool and I was blown away with what I found! Amazing pool table, amazing beer's and amazing staff the best of all was the manager Eloise! She was so friendly! I will definitely be coming here again and would give it 6 stars (if google would allow it)

Very nice themed looking pub. A clean and friendly feel with bar staff also very attentive unfortunately I did not stay long enough to be overly nice and or critical. The lunch time when I visited was quite but this a nice pub
