Good
food,
poor
services.
Table
for
4
booked
at
4:30pm
Sat,
just
to
make
sure
that
they
are
not
too
busy
(and
they
weren't).
We
asked
for
changing
table
to
any
next
to
the
wall,
as
my
5
yo
daughter
likes
to
sit
on
a
bench.
The
no-smiling-at-all
receptionist
who
guided
us
to
the
table
said
they
can't,
although
there
were
at
least
5
empty
tables
like
that.
Great
excuses
including
the
two
benched-tables
next
to
us
need
to
be
merged
very
soon,
the
others
over
there
were
not
ready,
blah
blah.
Then
a
no-smiling-at-all
waitress
came
but
when
she
found
we
needed
a
little
more
time
to
revise
the
menu
(as
it
was
out
first
time
in
M&C),
she
left
for
about
10
mins.
When
we
were
ready
to
place
an
order,
we
had
to
wait
for
her
to
come
back
and
to
complete
some
lengthy
conversation
with
another
waitress,
despite
a
significant
effort
of
eye
contact
from
us.
Orders
were
joylessly
taken
with
extensive
questions
of
who
order
what,
notes
were
also
taken,
but
when
the
dishes
came,
the
same
questions
were
asked
again.
Tbf,
the
food
was
good
(well,
we
paid
a
good
price
for
it),
although
it
could
be
served
quicker,
given
the
amount
of
customers
at
time
(5pm).
The
only
welcome
gesture
we
received
on
the
day
came
from
the
smiling
face
of
Anita,
the
slim
African
waitress
who
brought
us
the
bill.
By
the
time
we
left,
there
were
still
a
couple
of
empty
benched-tables,
the
4-seat
benched-table
next
to
us
was
only
occupied
by
2
adult
customers,
whilst
several
other
tables
for
2
were
available.
Obviously,
no
merged
table
at
all.
So,
we
were
not
left
hungry,
but
we
were
not
so
happy.
We
wouldn't
come
back
again,
as
we
would
seek
a
higher
level
of
customer
services
elsewhere.
