OMG this is the first time I have been in a TGI Friday franchise. I enjoyed the experience there was a lovely lady at reception who couldn't help you enough and the head barman was fabulous as well. Meal was good but chicken overdone both nights. Love the wall decor, the yellow cab out front and the bar. Really clean establishment and as soon as people go the staff are clearing and bleaching the tables. Lovely atmosphere and I wonder if the staff get balloon shaping training 😀

Decor is fantastic, gives the tgif vibes. Food wise, steaks were not up to the mark, California chicken burger was okay, lemon herb chicken was good. Cocktails were rubbish. Starters were okay, had better in other tgifs. Most disappointing thing was most of our first choices for food were not available. Staff was good and nice. Probably won't visit again in near future.

The food was wonderful and the service excellent but I have one major complaint. At the table there were many sauces for the food. My particular favourite is mayonnaise. Having picked up the bottle to use I noted that it was Vegan Mayonnaise, so I asked the server for proper mayonnaise and was told that no, they do not serve it. Why? This is a food chain famous for meat dishes, for which, I chose to visit. Have vegan options if you want, I don't object to that but it should be a choice. If the current management at that branch (A45 Coventry) want vegan, perhaps they need to go and open a vegan restaurant somewhere, not force their preference on others who choose not to. The server was lovely about it but admitted that he was so frequently asked for the non vegan mayonnaise, that the minute I gestured towards the bottle, he knew what I was going to ask.

Sunday afternoon dinner, arrived on time but table not ready, place half empty…. Sent to bar but no one here…. Shown table food good service quick and staff relatively tentative. Always hard though when your mains arrive whilst still eating the starter, then No cutlery as was cleared with the starter.

Took wife and daughter here for a change of scene. Lovely setting and nice friendly staff greated us and seated at table. Wife is vegan, daughter and myself veggie so the waitress helped choose meals of which there was plenty of choice. Food came promptly and was delicious. Price a bit high but worth it for the ambiance and quality of food. Would go again.

Sadly it was an expensive shambles. Started with a sticky table, ordered the Boneless chicken starter as a sharing portion - asked for an additional pot of the spicy sauce. Didn't arrive and had to ask for it again when the started arrived after 20 minutes we still hadn't received our drinks order. Tried to order a half rack of ribs, only full racks available (??), so ordered the full and a New York Strip steak with Peppercorn sauce. Seemed to be about 40 minutes before the mains arrived - Peppercorn sauce missing and the glaze alternative supplied instead. The Ribs were really nice, the steak disappointing and neither meal was piping hot either. Asked for the bill, and waited and waited - eventually I waited outside the kitchen for a server to get the bill. £99.80 for 2 drinks, a sharing starter and two mains is insane even in 2023. The 1st card machine didn't work (known issue apparently). As I waited someone on another table rejected their main course. Something really badly wrong here.

Food was good as usual but took 45min+ for starters to arrive and when the mains finally came one was missing. We did get it taken off the bill as that one meal had to be remade but the service could've been much better about it. Noone that served us seemed to know what they were doing and they were all confused about the simplest of things. Understandable if it's busy but this was a Monday night with no more than 4 tables taken

Looks like menu has changed but similar items still available. Food is nice regardless, kids always love coming here especially for the shakes! Atmosphere is always lively here and theme's are pretty cool. Kids love the American themes especially the basketball and movies. Staff are always super friendly Always good to embarrass so.eone on their bday by asking the staff to sing for them too! As the menu has changed there are more vegan options, but is still quite expensive. On average around about £15 for main meal plus around about £7-10 for a shake.

Went here for lunch and even though the restaurant was full and had many birthdays, the service was still good. For an appetizer, I chose the Chili Garlic Prawns. My companion chose the mac and cheese bites. The mac and cheese bites were tasty and the prawns were as well. For the main course we both chose the Cajun chicken pasta. It was good with a bit of kick of spice to it.

Tried to order ribs... "We don't have any ribs"... is there any other reason to go to TGI? I think our waitress was pretty new but was ok. Had to ask for refill drinks which isn't typical.

A shadow of what TGI used to be! Ordered the Mixed Grill Platter and was told they had no Ribs! 😂 What is TGI most famous for its burgers?? 🤣 Waiter suggested taking a side of onion rings which we did along with the wall to wall chicken platter. I have not been to TGI in 10 years and to be honest I will not return again as the quality was poor and cold & was overcooked. When we decided to give up and nip across to hortons I noticed the onion rings were missing 😂 Waiter’s response “oh sorry for that, we have run out” 🤣

Took ages to get served, ordered side of onion rings, came out after the starters, then someone bought another dish of onion rings- I said we've already had a dish! Steak were decent, presentation very poor- kids food was ok, kids drinks were poor, but typical Fridays, all ice! Staff were really friendly, absolutely rushed off their feet poor lot, quite a few get some abuse, no need, trying to do their jobs! Very noisy restaurant, not place to go if you want to chat, had to shout, it was that noisy!! Overall, very expensive, changed a lot over the years, but wouldn't say for the better.

Had a lovely meal out with my little one and husband. Food was very nice. We were sat down quite quickly and served quickly too. Our server Leah was great. We didn't have to wait too long even though it was a Saturday evening. She was very apologetic when things took a little longer than expected and also couldn't apologize enough when they had ran out of baby food that we asked for, for our little one.

Food was fine, but we had so many occasions where the wrong food was offered to our table. On top of this, it took our table of 7 people 2.5 hours to have 2 courses! I took my son (3) to the toilet to be greeted with the attached photo, he also slipped on the floor near the sinks, so clearly they are not attended too very often. Wouldn't return.

A nice place to visit. A bit expensive but nice. Food is tasty. Vegan burger was very nice! Extremely juicy. Fair drinks. Staff were nice.

Had the texmex salad with Cajun chicken and it was very tasty, the Smores Biscoff Sundae is lovely also, shame I had to share it with my wife 😂. Staff were very friendly only down side was noise but we were next to a large party.

Shockingly high prices for low quality food and food presentation. Floor staff in general seem disinterested in their job, and who could blame them? The odd exceptional staff member made the dining experience better with a friendly, but not the annoying "have a nice day now!", attitude.

The food was lovely and so was the cocktails and our waiter Charlie was very attentive

The lady who served me was lovely, very friendly and attentive. The food was good on the whole however the 'blue cheese coleslaw' was very questionable... I feel like we were subject to a kitchen prank because the amount of chilli flakes that it contained deemed it inedible. As someone who eats spicy indian and caribbean cuisine, if I couldn't eat it I have to assume it's now how it was meant to be prepared. I wish I had taken a photograph so others could see. Fortunately our waitress removed this item from the bill however I feel this should not have happened in the first place. The appetizer and main meal for £15 is a good deal. I LOVE TGI Fridays. The new lunch menu is small but what they have to offer is excellent! Staff is always friendly (Charlene is fantastic) and if you are celebrating a special something let them know!

Service was great..could not fault it! All staff were friendly and helpful. Food was very tasty, a family of 5, all enjoyed our meals 😋 will definitely be returning here!!

Excellent food. Tis expensive but worth it for a test every now and then. Jack Daniels glaze is on point. Great customer service by the team. Recommended!

Great place to hold a party. Food is tasty and fresh. Staff are extremely pleasant especially if it’s your birthday they all gather round and sing a song. Can be a bit pricey. But this isn’t a McD’s your buying Cheers DR

Still good, food and service on the money still, 4 out of 5 as the menu now needs to reflect people's changing needs, it's been the same forever

We visited last Saturday and was slightly reluctant due to allergies and intolerance and the staff where very helpful and showed us how we could access the allergy menu. The manager who took our order was absolutely fantastic and we didn't feel rushed making an order. He was a young chap who pulled up a seat to the table and went through all the options for my son and I. (sorry didn't get your name but you deserve a shout out) The staff waiting on the table where absolutely fantastic too. Interacting with my toddler and getting his attention so we could place the order :) The food was absolutely scrumptious and we didn't end up unwell after it which is a win in my eyes especially eating out with allergies. Definitely on the top of my list of go restaurants to eat out.

Friendly staff, tasty food - worth the money. Surprise free chocolate cake and balloon hat for a birthday mum. Only downside was when we asked for a refill it never came. We gave up and went to ask for the bill, which was literally on the way, but no refill in sight :-(

Lovely atmosphere, it was clean and welcoming. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good customer service and great table service. Food was well presented, hot and tasted great. No complaints really. Nice place for a spot of lunch.

Fantastic service and food as always. Been eating here for over twenty years now and it's always been great. My daughter loves it there now, especially on her birthday. Wish the old firecracker shrimp starter would come back.
