Went
here,
with
8
family
members,
to
celebrate
my
grandson's
3rd
birthday,
so
he
could
go
into
play
area.
Started
off
alright,
lady
took
us
to
our
table,
she
was
nice
and
polite,
then
it
went
downhill
after
that.
We
were
then
told
they
were
resetting
the
tills,
so
it
would
be
best
to
give
it
10-15
minutes
before
going
to
the
counter
to
order
our
meals.
This
was
not
a
problem,
as
I
took
my
grandson
into
the
play
area,
and
we
weren't
particularly
fussy
about
ordering
immediately.
When
my
wife
went
to
order
food,
she
was
informed
that
the
tills
were
still
not
working
properly
and
it
was
cash
only.
This
was
a
problem,
as
she
didn't
have
any
cash,
and
was
rudely
told
to
go
to
cashpoint.
She
eventually
found
a
cashpoint
that
was
working
nearby
and
ordered
our
food.
When
our
food
arrived,
my
son
and
daughter-in-law's
meal
was
not
exactly
what
they
had
ordered.
When
they
pointed
this
out
to
the
server,
apologised
and
took
the
food
away.
After
about
5
minutes,
we
asked
the
server,
where
their
meals
were,
again,
another
apology,
and
it
shouldn't
be
too
long.
After
another
inquiry,
it,
eventually,
arrived.
We
brought
a
birthday
cake
with
us,
and
the
lady
who
sat
us
down
asked
if
we
would
like
to
put
the
cake
behind
the
bar
and
have
it
after
our
meals.
Which
we
did.
When
it
came
to
the
time
for
the
cake,
I
asked
the
server
for
it
and
was
told
to
give
them
a
couple
of
minutes,
and
they
would
bring
it
out.
After
about
5
mins,
I
asked
about
the
cake
and
was
told
it
was
on
its
way.
10
minutes
later,
still
no
cake,
so
we
gave
up
and
asked
for
cake
back,
and
we
would
enjoy
it
at
home.
When
my
wife
complained
about
the
service
we
received,
and
the
delay
in
the
meals.
My
sons
and
daughter-in-law's
meal
were
not
charged
for.
This
was
a
nice
touch.
However,
it
didn't
detract
from
the
awful
experience
we
had
here
and
will
not
return.
So
if
you
are
thinking
about
eating
here,
I
would
recommend
you
look
somewhere
else
and
only
go
here
as
a
last
resort.
