This place is amazing it has the best music on friday mostly flat badgers is a band which performs here you can drink and enjoy the rock an roll music they play an have enjoy the open mic they have usually.

Decent food for the price to be fair but this pub could do with a bit of tlc and a good clean down. We tried three tables and all were sticky and covered with debris from previous customers food. I had a burger which while a little dry was quite tasty, cheap and cheerful on a plate.

Food is pretty good for the price but avoid the onion rings as they're just the cheap sort from a supermarket. The atmosphere is usually calm when the local council estate tenants aren't about. Downside is having to take off your cap which is nonsense, they need to accept younger people wear them. One last thing is the children's chair tables don't seem to get cleaned. Expect to see bits of the previous child's meal on them.

We have gone here 4 times the good staff quit, had a customer poo on the floor there.and the fifth time there was told we must be patted down after they already started one without warning on my brother. Even though never had security there before shall never go again.

Great pub relaxing atmosphere and good choice of drinks at great prices, staff are always friendly and happy. Entertainment on at weekends which is nice.

Excellent food. Menu is extensive and seasonal to a particularly high standard. Definitely worth a visit, defo worth it and they do different deals so it’s worth checking them out before you book. Highly recommended. Management welcomes guests, friendly environment.

We had our first meal here last night, a busy Friday night. We ordered the nachos sharer as our starter and wasn't impressed with these, they were soft, stale and lacked flavour. Presentation was good though but for the cost they were poor value. Our main meals was a surf and turf and garlic prawns, these were much better, if I could fault the prawns I think there was too many but I love prawns. The steak was just the right size and cooked perfectly. The new menu is refreshing and I will definitely eat here again, normally I come here on a Saturday evening for the music as the pub itself is the best one locally.

I went here on staturday, the food was amazing the puddings were also mouth watering. My server hayley was well mannered and helpful. I would definitely come again.

First 🌟 my friend and I went twice to see England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 playing in the world Cup. Both times they won, Great crowed 6 goals score by England so plenty of cheering and camaraderie. Safe and happy people. Security were kind also important. Second 🌟 plenty of on site parking, large outside smoking area all laid out place for the family to have dinner or chill with mates. Plenty of screens to watch sports, clean toilets and inside as well. Third 🌟 friendly staff when they acknowledge you, plenty staff there working but doing their own thing, saying hello to you when you walk up to the bar so you know you've been seen. Forth 🌟 great selection of beers, fresh and served at the right temp. We didn't eat, so don't know about the grub, plenty of people were eating so it can't be that bad Four 🌟 s only needs a bit of improvement, service to me is a big thing. Still worth visting for a good crack.

Nice local pub with bar and lounge area. Friendly helpful staff and a decent selection of drinks on tap. A few TV's on the walls for sport and plenty of activities through the week. Overall nice place and recommend.

Omg worst meal ever wagu steak with bacon and cheddar cheese when is plastic cheese slices ( not even dairylea) cheddar cheese sent back as steak had blood coming out new steak sent out still not up to standard also paid for side of mushrooms and peppercorn sauce on new plate 3 raw mushrooms and no peppercorn sauce waitress was not bothered at all no discount or anything offered to amend

I needed to find where I had to register my number plate . A very helpful member of staff showed me where and told me to take my time as it would be ok. Waitress was helpful too. The only problem we had was with the app as it wouldn't let me put the expiry date so we had to order at the bar. Otherwise the food was nicely presented and very tasty. I would definitely go again

Food has improved so much over last couple of months.puddings are lovely!!! It would be lovely to see the place brighten up a bit, needs a refurbishment. Edit- went on a Sat night this time. Food beautiful and stayed for the disco! So so good!

Went here Saturday for a meal and a few drinks for a family members birthday I had the double hunters chicken which was absolutely amazing chips were cooked perfectly and the chicken was still juicy. I drank cocktails and they was on offer any 2 for £8.75 and I honestly couldn't fault any of them. There was also a disco that had just started. All the members of staff that was working was all very friendly and was all helping each other.

The team are always happy and hands on and looks like they all love their jobs the boss is always smiley and happy to help and for the food I've never had a bad meal here always recommend to family and friends my favourite is the fish and chips and chocolate fudge cake for after

I had an amazing experience I got served by Shay the food was amazing if I could get it again I would happily get it perfect service I would suggest this place to anyone to come have a good time here for a drink and food

I’ve been in a few times on my own for a nice pint of real ale at very reasonable price so I took my wife and grandkids in for some lunch and we were very satisfied with what we had,the steak and ale pie was delicious and the kids enjoyed their real chicken goujons and chips,my wife had sausage and chips which was huge my only regret is that we didn’t try the Sunday lunch because it smelt delicious but that’s for the next time,try this pub if you want value for money.👍🍺😀

The Devonshire arms is a lovely and friendly place to be the bingo on Mondays and Thursday are great fun and the disco on Saturdays I love everyone is so warm also the food is great Thank you team Devon

Have been here a few times now, the staff are extremely friendly but don't pester you at your table every 5 minutes (for someone with social anxiety like me that's amazing). The food is of an outstanding quality, by far best pub food I have had in a very long time, and the prices are so affordable it's cheaper to go out here than order take away. The 2 meals for £9.50 I assumed would be small like kids meals, I was very wrong they are full sized and absolutely delicious. The batter on any of their battered items is fantastic, and you can tell everything is actually made in house and not frozen and ordered in. My brother likes his steak blue, we have ordered that in every restaurant and they always come out med well done but this establishment actually cooked it to order and it was perfect, I have mid-rare and again mine was cooked how I asked, this may sound silly to non steak fans but getting your steak cooked right rather than a blanked "mid well done" everywhere was a very pleasant surprise. This place is great value and great quality, we will be back many times in the future

Visited the Devonshire arms, enjoyed really good food and the staff were really friendly especially Hailey who went out of her way to make our visit really enjoyable. Will definitely come back again.

Came for the football because the Devon has prime! Ended up ordering burgers and starters and they didn’t disappoint. Served by Hayley and she was very knowledgeable, told us the best offers on shots to get our night going

The staff is so lovely and very welcoming people and plus it's a relaxing place. It's a bit expensive of drinks.

Food: it was mediocre, childs meal was incomplete and cold. Adults meals all had chicken on and it was very dry. The gammon was extremely salty (which can't be helped sometimes) and the mixed grills were swimming in liquid. To top it all, the waitress decided to come and take one of the plates before everyone was finished without even speaking to us, so it made us all feel quite uncomfortable.

Had a great time, lovely atmosphere. Jodie the barmaid was fantastic. Will definitely go here again

We were served by Yasmin who was the loveliest server I met, she offered to bring us drinks to our table when it was taking a while - the experience was amazing and we love the pub!
