I have been visiting Sky Lounge for years, and the quality of customer service has always been tremendous. Ever since the pandemic, there has been an increase in flavours from all across the world, that you can’t find anywhere else congregated in one place. Staff are great in recommending mixes, if you are like me and a little indecisive they will help. If you are able to travel and/or nearby go to Sky Lounge for a great smoking experience. Dylan’s flavour mix is tremendous: African queen, pink man, Wagamama and “unknown”

Place looks dead, shisha was also dead. Work was getting done so lot of noise, no music but they did advise we could play from our phones. Imagine being the owner and replying to the negative but true comments. If the guy put more effort on concentrating on the business then replying on the reviews. Wasteman.

This review is in response to the most recent review by which the owner responded to by being rude and lying. He said our attitude stunk from the minute we stepped in however the staff that served me were very happy to have a friendly conversation unlike the owner did. Me and my friends were seated in the rooftop area. We were not aware that a big group of people coming into the lounge, and we were not notified of this earlier. They called in after we was there for about 30 minutes. This group of people could have been seated where they moved us however, we obviously were treated badly. As we were there first, we should be a priority, which the owner obviously didn't understand. We were told to move from our seats by the owner who did not give us any respect as he was playing a game of Ludo whilst speaking to us. Great management :). We were moved towards the inside which isn't part of the actual lounge seating area. We were not offered coals for the whole duration we were there. The owner is blatantly lying as he was having a chat with some other people seated behind us for the whole time we got moved. We were offered a coal change literally as we were about to leave. I strongly recommend going to H2O lounge as the atmosphere is a thousand times better and it wasn't as if we were seated in the corridor of a council estate house. I would not waste my precious time and money on this shisha lounge. It is a shame that I drove and wasted my petrol in this fuel pandemic as fuel prices have shot up recently. I commend this lounge for being the worst shisha lounge I have been to. And again, they didn't change our coals once.

Best smoke in Cov by far. First lounge to introduce a wide range of German and Russian flavours. All the best premium pipes available to smoke from also. great relaxed atmosphere and good service.

Absolutely love this place. The refurb is so elegant and the shisha is by far the best in the UK. The food is delicious and fresh. I definitely recommend you visit Sky Lounge.

This place has an amazing vibe with great shisha and staff. Sim was particularly accommodating and helpful when we wanted to alter the flavour to our liking. Will definitely be going back and would recommend!

Such a amazing vibe with the new decor! Food was 10/10 if you like you spice then you definitely need to try the lamb donor panini and special loaded lamb donor fries! Definitely will go for food and Shisha!

If I could give -5 star I would. This place is nasty and the people working there have a big role to play. First the wannabe gangster behind the counter will ask how many people and he forces you to buy two shishas when two out of three people don’t even smoke. Then he asks to pay in cash (despite having a card machine) total tax violation. Totally unfriendly, stupid and unhygienic place, I wouldn’t recommend that to anyone. If you want better food, service, desserts or shisha, I’d much rather go to Birmimgham or any other civilised place but this was my first and last visit here and extremely disappointed. I would also report to the HMRC to carry out an audit on these wannabe rude gangsters.

Best shisha place in town, very cozy atmosphere with best deals and affordable shisha. The staff is very friendly as well and accommodating. They have great music and DJ nights every month. Would recommend a 100%.

i had traveled all the way from Nottingham toCoventry only to be disappointed. Upon arrival we was seated in the rooftop area however, 30mins later we was told we must move as they are booked up. to which i said they should have informed us before seating us. and the gentleman responded whats the problem your still smoking. the problem was they had moved us into a hallway away from the main feature that we had travelled for the 'rooftop terrace'. Furthermore, as we was placed away from the main room they had forgotten about us and did not offer us a coal change until we got ready to leave which was a whole football match. very poor service will not be visiting again and would not recommend travelling for.

The shisha was amazing and had a wonderful experience with my friends. The staff are really welcoming. Frozen blueberry bluemist and frozen apple raspberry and lychee mist are flavour i would like recommend.

They provided for a pleasant night in all aspects. The staff were friendly, helpful and customer service was on point. The lounge was cozy and comfortable.

This is the best shisha place in cov! And in whole UK. Staff is very kind, humble and always ready to help. Best shisha flavours and "original" flavours only available here. Next comes the food, please try our new meatylicious burger or pizza, ngl you won't stop coming back for it! Sky is the only place open till late (4 am) anywhere in the uk, best spot to smoke a shisha and chill. I would suggest Miss Asia, but i have tried new mix which is GM and hint of fizzy. Woah! banging flavour ever! I loved my time at sky! Shisha also available for delivery which is the next best thing about sky. And if I'm ever back again I'm gonna smoke my shisha at sky and no where else. Thanks you soo much guys for having me and bearing with me!!!!

Nice atmosphere. Was very quiet when we went as it was a weekday. Love the cute little parrots 🦜 they have before you walk into the main bit. Makes the place look really good! Friendly and professional staff. Recommended me and friends a good flavour as it was our first time there. Had a lovely herbal tea and cake mmmmm. Definitely recommend

How good is sky lounge? Often asked for recommendations in Birmingham/Leicester and my retort is take 30 mins to head down to Coventry. Asim has made a concerted effort to make the best products and flavours available, and its resulting in this homely lounge being the go-to for many in the west mids.

Amazing range of pipes, the staff are so welcoming and can give a lot of choices of flavour that you will definitely be satisfied with and a beautiful view on the lounge. I seriously recommend this lounge for smoke connoisseurs only because they sell genuine al fakher flavors and also stepping their levels up same as the Russians and Germans shisha in the midlands 💨🔥

Good vibe, nice personal, but it takes a little too long until they bring the food, overall the quality of sevices was excellent!

Best place to chill out in Coventry. Very friendly staff, good shisha and nice view of the city centre from the rooftop lounge. Highly recommended for watching football and cricket matches..Also, only place in the city that is open till late night/early morning

Love the place, I recommend you to go to vip room £10 a head but you will enjoy it, ps5, and music control. Nice food and nice staff

Shisha is really good quality smooth flavours, staff are attentive and the parrots are adorable.

Went for a night out and a good shisha.. Dylan was very welcoming and recommended a shisha mix of German flavours, Shisha was amazing.. thankful for him and the staff for giving such a good service.
