The place looks amazing and the waitress was super friendly and helpful but the food is abysmal. I had the prawn starter which claimed to have a crispy batter but had nothing on there but a sauce and was lukewarm. I also had a mixed grill which was also not cooked. Not one element on the plate was cooked to the point the chef even admitted fault and apologised for how uncooked the food was. My sister is vegan and the samosa starter smelt like rotten egg which was returned and the hummus and flat bread replacement turned out to be the nicest thing on the whole meal. The ONE main was a pesto penne which came in a white sauce and zero taste of basil so not the traditional basil type pesto you would expect. Overall over priced, bland and very disappointing.

Served a Mixed Grill with Chips, Salad & Mash. The mash as it turned out was not part of this meal and was another member of the parties. The management wanted our group to pay for another mash even though a member of serving staff server it incorrectly plated within my meal! Terrible customer service from the serving staff & management! I won’t be returning nor would I recommend visiting! If you want a good atmosphere and food in Coventry, don’t come here!

I got food poisoning from this place, unfortunately this restaurant did not meet my expectations. The decor aesthetically is pleasing but the food is poor. I ordered the chicken Parmesan which was over cooked and hard. My husband ordered a steak which was standard and gooey. He had a side of a fried egg which was overcooked and burnt on the edges. My fork was dirty so asked for a replacement. Would not recommend.

Wow. We visited Friday evening for our anniversary. The decor is stunning. There’s a little bit of ceremony, as the young lady at the reception desk walked us to our table. Asking how we were, and had we had a good day. Immediately felt welcomed and valued. It’s very hard to describe the decor, other than stunning. Mood lighting and ceiling decoration, that we later found out related to areas of the restaurant, and cute little lamps on each table add to the experience. We were sat by some bi-fold doors that opened onto a lovely living wall. The staff are so attentive and polite, we had our order taken and drinks served very quickly. The food is gorgeous. I had the hummus and the hubby the pani puri. Oriental fish and pasta for mains and desert, oh my stars the deserts are fabulous! You have your table for a maximum for 2 hours which we thought was quite a long time. It flew by. The atmosphere is so relaxed, we felt like we were on holiday. Palm has created an ambience that actually takes you away. Couldn’t fault it, at all, and can’t wait to go back.

I’m from New York and i Visited Coventry UK for the Xmas holidays. I was really impressed with this place! It was so nice, beautiful, elegant that it totally feels like a new world (outside of Coventry) lol. The food was amazing; great music; great Hookahs; awesome service! Love this place! As a NYC party/ shisha guy, i would say Coventry itself is a pretty lame place but this is the one bright spot here! Definitely recommend!

Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Looks are very deceiving with this place, looks nice from the outside but a very disappointing experience in the inside. Sat inside for 15 minutes witnessed sleazy men trying to talk to young girls, ear shatteringly loud music and staff that were unwilling to move us saying its the 'best seat in the house'. Felt very uncomfortable and the shisha was awful. For my classy ladies out there, steer clear as the men can't even pull their trousers up to an acceptable level.

Visited the palm by h20 today and it so happens I ended up at the influencer event before the grand opening. I have to say they have done an amazing job with the deco, food and service. The owner Nav was so accommodating and polite made us feel so welcome. Coventry needed a classy and elegant restaurant/shessha place !

Really nice venue. Beautiful decor and great attention to detail. Love the giant palm trees at the entrance. Staff and owner very friendly. Food was amazing. You have to try the Lamb chops cooked to perfection. Peri wings are awesome, slide off the bone. Fillet steak was cooked perfect medium rare as requested. They use hill farm for their meat and you can taste the difference in the quality.

New Palm by H20 is breathtaking, an experience in itself. Staff are all great and so helpful. Delicious food and great mocktails!

This place is absolutely beautiful from the decor and interior to the food and service! The food was amazing, we had a good few mocktails, on point!! Defo recommend lamb chops and juicy chicken wings, they were presented beautifully and tasted even better! The inside of the Palm looks very majestic and certainly has the feel of Dubai! Definitely would recommend this place to everyone!!! Loved it⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing. Best shisha lounge I've been to, better than the cheap tacky ones in Birmingham. Lol @ the recent comment about sleazy men and loud music. Stay home then. The staff are accommodating and polite. Always recommending nice flavours of shisha. Don't let a bad review put you off. There are creeps everywhere you go 😆, also do they expect the Dj to play quiet music .... Would recommend this place. Chill vibes; I've been when the Dj's on too, wicked. 👍🏼

Amazing decor higley recommended shesha bar is not as fancy as the restaurant but Defoe worth a visit food was pricey for the quality and not everything on menu was available as went specially for the gold steak but was not avalable

Group of 8. Ended up there different times so ordered in parts. Service was shocking. Took over 45 minutes for first shisha and the second one ordered 30 mins later came in 5 mins. One was actually wrong manager came over and got it sorted. Waited over an hour for pretty bland chicken burger with about 15 chips. Interior is amazingly done but service really let it down.

Lovely lively atmosphere, beautiful decor, amazing shisha and desserts. Have to say the best in UK. Staff are accommodating and always available. Ive read some odd reviews about tables and attitude from staff - which I have never experienced on all my visits and I visit often. Respect works both ways- if you are vulgar to staff you shouldnt be attending!

Food was lovely. Bit dark inside smokey people using shisha in eating area, needs more lighting. A little expensive. Good service though friendly waiting staff and helpful.

No doubt a good place to hangout and the seesha options are fine. Only I wished the music was less loud. Also one of their fruit punch drinks gave my husband a stomach bug.

Good atmosphere, kind staff, fast service. We will definitely come again.

My first visit to H2O. No card payments accepted but they do have a free cash machine to withdraw money. 1 sheesha per 2 ppl and u have to buy a drink each which is ridiculous! The sheesha was good and frequent coal change without having to ask staff which is great! Nice decore the lounge itself is clean and warm which is good due to cold weather. The atmosphere in the lounge is great. They also have convenient usb charging ports which is handy.

Lovely place to visit, Zhyar was very welcoming and an experienced member of staff. The experience was home to home, very welcoming!! Will definitely be back, beyond hospitable!!

Popped into h20 lounge which I must say hands down the best lounge I have visited to date. The lounge is massive with plenty of comfortable sofas and a VIP section with even more luxury seating, 400 people is what this lounge can accommodate. The lighting and ambience is spot on and looks nice especially at night, the owner definitely knows what he’s doing credit to him for opening such a plush lounge. I ordered h20 special which is a very nice fruity flavour. 3 coals to start up and the shisha was velvety smooth, I would really recommend this flavour this anyone. Service was excellent the guys know what they are doing here. We came early on a weekday so it was quiet but it gets busier in the evening especially weekends. Vibe is very nice with a mixed crowd and a decent selection of music. Parking was easy there’s pay and display just outside the lounge. Price was pretty decent at £18 for premium flavours. Palm H20 is like a Dubai eating experience. Beautiful decor, pretty and modern. The food is delicious and the presentation is also very nice. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Definitely recommend.

They really take care of you at Palm by H20. The food was delicious and when we were done, they brought a new dish that they were working on and served it to our group on the house. We also received a generous discount by the owner of the restaurant. So all in all, good vibes, good food.. would recommend!! 👍🏼👍🏼

There is limited parking outside but it fills up pretty quickly. Inside is very... Atmospheric. Low lighting, lots of sections and different areas. Once your eyes adjust to the light there are some nice touches, e.g. the glass birds suspended from the ceiling glow slightly in pulses. Lots of bling everywhere, definitely a Dubai vibe going on. Be aware that people order Sheesha to the table so you are likely to get enveloped in clouds of smoke. Speaking of ordering, the menu is via a QR code on the table but only 1 side of the cube takes you to the menu, the rest are links to social media sites (so 2022 :) ) We just had dessert and it was a step up from the usual brownies and waffles. If the rest of the menu is as good then I would recommend this place. Service charge is added by default to the bill. We went mid week, early evening and it was still quite busy but not too noisy. Some new restaurants seem to think that noisy is better but I prefer to be able to talk to the people at my table (yes I'm old!). Bottom line, I would probably go again, and there aren't too many posh (expensive) restaurants I'd say that about.

Food was absolutely amazing (compliments to the chef) and overall it was a really great place and atmosphere. The decor is sensational and the music was such a good mix. We went as a group of girls. I would say thia place is the best in coventry . Interior is marvellous, food is so tastey & hot when been served . Food is proper fresh .Services are great . Manager was so good he has been coming to our table to ask if we need anything else.i would definately recomend everyone to visit this place .

Quite an amazing transformation! Used to go there when it was H2O and even then I thought it was amazing, but the transformation to The Palm quite frankly is phenomenal. Popped in just for a Shisha but the menu looked so appetising that I had to try some nibbles off the menu also! Highly recommend this place as taken it up so many notches above the competition.

Went to Palm a few days ago, the decor is absolutely stunning. I ordered a T-bone steak, the quality of the steak was really good and was done medium rare perfectly. Definitely recommend the place. The waitresses were lovely and welcoming.

Wow! What can I say… this place is just amazing. The food, sheesha and vibes were just spectacular. New place with the most beautiful interior I’ve seen. Definitely has attention to detail. The waiters were all so lovely and the managers really looked after us. I’ve been twice now and I’ll Deffo be going back! Coventry needed a place like this, it was much needed.

Visited the place with a colleague on a cool Sunday evening, the perfect weather for some shisha! Located in the Coventry City Center, the place is very well maintained. The ambiance is really cool and it has a bunch on big screens where they show live cricket, football and other games. We tried two shishas, both with Al Fakher flavors and they were really well made. They mixed the flavors to perfection and the heat management was really well done. The coal changing was spot on and we never had to call someone to change coals as it was done promptly and perfectly. We also ordered some desserts and drinks which were every good too. I've tried other places in Coventry for shisha but I'll rate this one the best of them all. PS: Their basic flavor range is cheaper than other places too which is a bonus. Must visit if you're in or around Coventry and like your shisha.

Staff treat you Like they pat for your Consumation from their budget . Unpolite . Dissapointed . First time There … AND i dont use Shisha At all i just been with my friends . They obligated me to buy a Shisha if i want to stay There either i explained i dont use At all Any Shisha , i am Gonna have only a drink . So, stupid rules

Went to this place with some friends over the weekend after not having been for a good few years. The atmosphere is really nice and staff are so friendly, welcoming and helpful especially the man who was at the counter on Saturday who gave us some good recommendations. Food from next door Kebabish was really nice also as were the shisha, drinks and desserts at H20. Only downside is the parking. Would highly recommend and looking forward to coming back again soon.
