I recently tried the grilled chicken from Nando's, and I've got to say, it was good stuff! The chicken was so soft and succulent, cooked to perfection. What really makes Nando's stand out are their different sauces – you can choose your spice level and experiment with flavors. And the best part? They offer unlimited soft drinks to wash it all down. Ahhh the most magical place on earth. The beauty of the chicken and the smiling faces both defines nandos and home. Best experience of my life I am going again. Don't doubt nandos till you try it.

Fairly standard for what you expect in a Nandos with good food and quick service. Historically interesting as it is located within the old Ribbon Factory which has been sympathetically restored and remodeled into a restaurant making it an interesting location to eat. It can get busy at times meaning you have to wait for a table but there are a lot of tables available. The service is quick and efficient, though ordering and payment has been pushed towards the app or a QR code. The food is always tasty with full dietary and heat requirements able to be adjusted for. That being said, portion sizes can be a little small.

Not for those whose tolerance level to hot or spicy is a no-no. Cosy and very relaxed ambience. Staff extremely helpful.

Good food and great ambience, service not that great I had not ordered a take away but somehow they had packed my order for a takeaway which I realised after waiting for 20 mins.

I came to Nando’s with my friend who I missed dearly and wanted to spend some quality time and was met with Ella… As far as I’m concerned Nando’s is Nando’s in terms of employee discount, it’s shouldn’t vary from branch as it is a franchise. My friend wanted to apply her employee discount and she refused to add it to the same bill as if it was the end of the world. My friend showed me her Nandoca app and it clearly stated you can use the discount for you and up to 5 family/friends. Nothing about the being in the same bill. This was a big inconvenience to me and a believe the happiness of a customer should be the centre of every business but it seems like here they wanted to make my experience at this Nando’s very hards.

Service was VERY SLOW!. They took so long, that after waiting perhaps 45 mins and complaining, they gave us a complimentary wing platter with varying levels of spicy sauce. The food eventually arrived and it was lovely. Everything was hot and tasty. The young Asian lady was very helpful and apologetic for the procrastination. She advised us that there were staffing issues. This place had a lovely ambience and was child friendly. The decor is relaxing yet intriguing. I would recommend it.

One of my favourite Nando’s. If you walk inside there is a seating space on the right hand side that is a bit more isolated to the rest of the restaurant and it’s so pretty. It’s covered in glass so you can look at the sky and outside. I loved it. The food was lovely. The chicken was nicely cooked. The only problem with that space is that it’s a tiny bit isolated so you may have to get up to catch a member of staff if you want to order or pay. You can obviously use the QR code on the table to do both, so it makes things easier.

My first time in Nando’s Coventry. I ordered Chicken butterfly with Macho Peas and Rainbow Slaw. It was nothing special and I would say this dish is not worth 14 pounds. Macho peas was not having salt at all. When I asked the staff why there is no salt, I was told to take a sachet of salt and add. Well there is a difference between adding salt while cooking and applying salt after cooking. The sitting area is big enough to accommodate many people.

My first time at Nandos with my girlfriend accompanying me. We ordered the Whole Chicken sharing platter. Found the chicken delicious so I thought I'd ask the very helpful staff about the sourcing. Nando's have their own supplier and my experience was that it is high quality chicken. Would definitely go to a Nando's again. Very positive experience all round.

This review is an overall rating after a few visits (who doesn't love a cheeky nandos, eh?) I would have given 5 stars but here goes my constructive criticism ...I've now associated nandos with pee smell which isn't great since I do enjoy nandos I just cannot forget the pungent waft coming from the toilets (in the second seating area with outdoor seating) so it was very difficult to enjoy my meal therefore next visit I will make sure to be seated inside the main restaurant. Also, from my last visit, I had ordered chicken thighs and some parts of the chicken smelt very strange, almost as if it were gone off 🤔 Also the fino pita is worth a try however the construction of it wasn't the best as most of the sauce is at the bottom So you dont get to taste it until you've eaten 2 thirds of it or onto the very last few bites and not to mention the lettuce which was so bitter that I had to take it out which made it feel incomplete. All in all, do visit nandos not all my experiences have been poor and I would visit again and the desserts are delish especially the cheesecake.

First time to Coventry, and a group of us went to Nando's they were very welcoming and friendly. After we were seated, one more person was added to our group, and it was no problem changing our seating. Something happened that i dont often see. A man came in and was picking from the leftovers on the table, and the cashier spotted him and told him not to eat it and went and got him fresh chips from the kitchen. Best service.

One thing that caught my attention was the service. They served the food pretty fast. It has been a long time since I have visited nandos and I feel the quantity of food has decreased over time. One must try item is the loaded fries it comes with a sauce which was very delicious. Enjoy eating😜

The chicken was tender and juicy and it was halal as well. The perfect atmosphere and friendly staff were cherry on top.

I’ve always had consistent good tasting food from this place. I usually treat myself to a half chicken and chips as a post gym meal approximately once a week! The colleagues that work there are really polite and welcoming and food is prepared in a timely fashion. The price is good for the quantity and quality of product; and this reflects in my repeated custom.

I ordered sunset burger and it's good although the taste of cheese is not obvious, but the chicken is really amazing. The corn is not dry, which is good, and the chips aren't worth it at all. I prefer wedges in five guys.

Quick service and nice food - missed a star due to it being so dark outside the restaurant The restaurant is located in a building by itself near an alley slightly off the Main Street so didn’t seem the safest - extra lighting would help!

Absolutely love a Nando's and the Coventry restaurant did not disappoint! Chicken butterfly with macho peas and grains, delicious. This restaurant was quite a lot bigger that the ones I go to back home as well. Lovely staff. Only thing I would say is to put some lighting out the front as it's very dark coming in and leaving and close to a dark alleyway, especially at this time of year.

Chicken wings were grilled and had generous portions of meat on them! Went mild sauce. Rain bowl bowl was large and had good servings of all parts. The grain bowls had good chunks of feta on them and the wrap was full. Olives were a nice appetizer as well. Relaxing ambiance in the restaurant and they have a huge sauce bar and hand washing station in the middle of the restaurant. Thoroughly enjoyed my experience with food and staff was always around ready to help. 5/5. Bit pricey but food was without a doubt worth it!

First time visit and it was busy but everything went like clockwork. Great food. The chef even came out to ask how things were which was a lovely gesture.

The food was piping hot and came promptly. Premilla was extremely polite and hospitable. She took our order, payed extra attention to our allergy requirements, came by the table to ask us if everything was good. We had a lovely experience!

The worst Nando's experience I ever had. Had to wait for around 35 minutes after placing order & once the waitress came to check upon, thanks to her, our food was served but was cold & didn't feel fresh. Also it lacked flavour, like the sauce we ordered wasn't on it. I have been to their Birmingham resto & loved it but this one feels like an exact opposite. Not going back again

The food was awesome but two of the guys at till were very rude. Maybe I wasn't ordering a ton of food, idk. Also if you minus the souces it's nothing.

Food was great, was very busy lots of noise. Had to wait a while to be seated and for meals to arrive. Other than this cannot fault was great food, friendly staff.

Premilla was an absolutely brilliant host, she accommodated me and my friends although we was late and gave us a top notch experience especially as I had come from Birmingham. A very happy smiley face!

First time visiting the town centre Nandos. Really nice and clean and lovely outside area which we used as got day. Quick service and friendly staff. Food was spot on and good value for money.

Recently visited this place. The staff at the door was very rude. Far from welcoming with a smile, she was impolite. Never heard her say please or sorry. She literally said "follow me" when directing us to a table. We wanted a different table which she couldn't provide which is fine as they were busy. However the behaviour was unacceptable.

Good food, Staff very helpful and friendly but this place is dirty. Multishape,steel and glass wall have a lots of dust and spiders nets, same lamps above head. Don't really enjoy when something is dropping into my food. It was my first and last time in this restaurant.

Nanda coventry city center has nice seating in back of restaurant glass room overlooking cathedrals of coventry. Now food was actually really poor below standard I orderd a fino pitta was awafull quality of meat was full of fat hard lumpy meat was less then impressive and for £12.75 was not impressed i dont think I would eat at nandos after that experience. I've eaten better chicken at local shops around nandos.
