Went to try the vegan offerings at Aqua as it came up on Meerkat Meals. They had a really good choice of vegan mezze and some main meals too, I really want to come back to try the moussaka, everything was full of flavour and good size portions.

Extremely disappointed. We paid £150 between 4 of us. The food was adequate but portions were ridiculous for the price being paid. The baklava dessert was a joke, 3 miniature sized cubes and dollop of yoghurt for 7 odd quid.Honestly I was really really disappointed. There was no heating where we were sitting, it was a really poor experience overall.

Visited last week with 2 others, the restaurant ambience is cosy & comfortable with plenty of space. The mocktails were all nice and each one was visually different & tasted unique. The reason I’ve rated this place 3* is because the food was bland & flavourless, not only that but my lamb cutlets maincourse was forgotten about which meant everyone at the table had their food while I had to wait a further 10 minutes ontop of the already 25 minutes we had waited, once it came out it looked appealing but the flavour was very disappointing, the lamb needed more cooking on the grill, no real grill flavour, seemed like it was pan fried in a cold pan so some parts were caramelised and other parts looked boiled, all our food lacked seasoning, the only saviour was the red tomato/chilli paste they serve on the side. Considering our bill for 3 mains & 3 drinks came to above £80 I’d say it’s very very poor value for money, the food was uninspiring & unmemorable, the gentleman with the beard was very friendly & had a good chat with us, this was our Only highlight of the experience.

Very good food and attentive service. However the pricing is slightly on the higher end.

Had a wonderful mezze meal for two starters and main. Had a mocktail which was refreshing and complimented the meal that had a enough spice and flavour. Served by Cezar and Shahih who both looked after us and couldn't do enough to make our experience enjoyable.the freshly made dessert Zhood Elsett was fantastic and would definitely recommend this restaurant and will visit again

Not so good for the price. The meals were not very tasty, the meat was dry and the fish tasted of nothing! The baklava was hard and the smallest ever as well as very expensive! The staff was a mess: they made a mistake or forgot something with every order. First and last experience..

Good service and a broad menu. I didn’t need the 3 dips starter as well as a main so that may have affected my appetite but the main was poor in comparison. Dry in parts for the grilled veg the rice was perfectly cooked but the veg lacked spice or flavour overall.

Very lovely place to relax and eat. Have eaten from here many times and the food is always on point the hospitality from the waiters is perfect. Cezar and siham always go above and beyond, not pushy an always helpful where your stuck for choice. Will definitely recommend 👌

Went for the first time last night and had a selection of cold and hot mezze. Delicious food, wonderfully fresh and a welcome change from the usual restaurant fair. Service from Azeem and Jasmine was friendly, attentive but unobtrusive. All in all a really lovely evening and we shall be back! Thank you.

Absolutely great place. Just got back from our first visit here..it won't be our last! We went on a quiet night so it felt very relaxed and friendly. Lovely staff, really really excellent food, lovely relaxed feel and nice Budda Bar type background music and my first Shisha in Ten years with a nice Arabic coffee. They were fantastic handling a gluten intolerance too, very reassuring and dealt with it very well. I fully recommend the mixed grill/kebab, top quality meat and cooked perfectly...great flavours. Quite a nice change that it was a dry bar too, it didn't detract from the evening at all. Top place, keep up the good work 👍

Best shisha and the vibe is amazing food delicious prices reasonable wallahi very good , even the manger i think his name is cizar i hope i spelled it right when I order for a delivery he gave me free baqulawa and a 10£ voucher for my next bill in the restaurant or shisha lounge thanks guy and wonderful place 10 stars if I could

A very disappointing experience. Manager not welcoming, very cold, never smiled. Despite mentioning 3 times (when reserving by phone, on arrival and when asking for wifi code to bring up membership card) that we were using Meerkat, we were informed when we went to settle the bill that Meerkats is no longer honoured!! After heated discussion, we were told that although he was the manager he was a student and only received minimum wage. We did ask the relevancy of his comments but he walked off on us and had a very heated phone call with someone. When he returned he very begrudgingly gave us the bill without saying a word to us. The offer had been honoured. We asked for the name of the owner so we could discuss our concerns . This manager refused to give us details citing "exercising his discretion". He is in serious need of some customer service training. Unfortunately due to this experience we would not recommend this restaurant to anyone and sadly won't be visiting again.

Great service tonight, especially from Cezar & Shahih. Had never eaten Lebanese & spent a good amount of time explaining dishes to us. We were a party of mixed eaters, some vegan some not - had a great selection of vegan food! Will be back.

Lovely food and staff. Only feedback is the music was a little loud at times. Other than that, great dining experience overall, with loads of vegan options!

Came here a few weeks ago. Shisha was nice. Drinks were perfect. Customer Service was welcoming and very approachable. Prices were reasonably for what you get which is not too bad. I would definitely come back again.

Had a great experience at Aqua. The food was delicious and the atmosphere quite relaxing. Was served by Azeem and Gabi, who were both gracious and accommodating to all requests. Kept the restaurant open till late as we weren’t finished eating. The dessert was also really yummy. Had a nice time and would visit again.

The food is just WOW.. I tried Lebanese food for the first time from here. And I have fallen for it. Incredible taste and amazingly delicious. The service was great, especially that of Mr Azim- such a pleasant guy. I recommend this place for every foodies who has a craving to explore Lebanese cuisine. Go for it!!

Very cosy restaurant.🤓 Decor is great.👍👍 The food is brilliant. There is a good selection of Lebanese wines. Decent area for Shisha smokers.😎😎 I think it is a bit over-priced for the portions you get though ( especially for starters). But over-all a superb place to spend an evening. 🌟🙂

A friend sent us a surprise food delivery gift from Aqua. It was a feast of delights! The best food delivery we've had in 10 years. Sensibly packed and portioned and still hot to eat on arrival! Thank you friends and thank you Aqua!

The mezzes here are top notch. Caesar was really helpful, adaptable (he veggified the mezze for us) and runs a very welcoming and professional service. I highly recommend for veggitarians, though they do meat dishes too. To all you spice lovers out there - the chef makes his own harisa paste and its really really good!

Aqua is not far from Coventry city centre. There is a shisha lounge and dry bar which is alcohol free. Food is expensive but it is worth every penny. I have tried the Strawberry mojito and have also tried the Forerro Roche milkshake and both were delicious. For starters I have tried their Humous Bill Shawarma for which I asked for mixed meat i.e. chicken and lamb. For main course I had mixed grill which came with rice and vermacilli. Honestly speaking I could not ask for more, food was delicious and worth every penny. I would highly recommend to go there if you are really a food loving person and like to enjoy your meal. As food is cooked fresh, do expect a small wait before food is served.

Lebanese Chef/owner devised menu, taught other, daily chefs. Fabulous young staff, almost always reasonably busy to busy. Great ambience/decor and levant music if you're lucky. Fresh, tasty food. Been there a couple of times a week for three weeks now, consistant service and food quality. I have a sugar, dairy and wheat intollerance and this is one of the few menu's that have a number of dishes i can eat without having to ask them to leave out x,y,z. Don't appreciate charity donation on bill, they do have a card on each table to warn of this but i missed it on first visit, Also do take-away. Highly recommend.

Excellent ambience in a small, cozy place. The setting was lovely with candles and a waterfall window. Service was slow. Food was good. There were only a few vegetarian options. You HAVE to order atleast one main course per person or equivalent. That's £12. So the place is expensive and is not suitable for a quick bite.

This is by far one of the best places I have eaten at: the staff (Cezar and Sim) were so incredibly friendly and made great suggestions. The food is incredible and for vegetarians like we are, finding such a range of food is rare. The potatoes (I don't remember the name of the dish) are to die for and the Arabic coffee (cardamom flavoured) is so good is asked them to share how to make it and where to buy it from to have at home (already ordered). My wife loved the desert, a dish Cezar rightky is proud of and promises you won't find elsewhere and I believe him. Whenever we are in Coventry this will be our go to place. This is food that makes me happy.

Ordered for the first time and was very disappointed. We ordered via Just Eat and the food took almost 2 hours to arrive on a Tuesday evening. On calling the restaurant the man I spoke to was very dismissive and said I needed to contact the driver myself via the app, no apology was made and he just wanted to get me off the phone. He also lied and said the food was ready but the driver hadn't collected it... However the app located the driver who had stopped for almost 30 minutes with the food. It turns out the driver was lost. By the time the food arrived, it was stone cold. We called the restaurant again who couldn't care less, offered no apology and blamed everything on Just Eat. Such a shame as the food looked great. I understand it wasn't the restaurant's own delivery service but we at least expected the restaurant to show some care. I'm sure it would have been a lovely experience if we'd have eaten in the restaurant but the lack of care shown by two members of staff over the phone has shown terrible customer service and we definitely won't be ordering again, let alone visiting. This restaurant should care more about their customers.

Food was generally good, except amount of cardamon in my main. Service was a bit slow save but very professional or friendly.

One might think twice to pay 28£ for this platter which is not filling. Mind you this was for 2 people 😑. And Shisha coal is changed once twice , have to pay extra to change the coal thereafter
