Amazing food, the food came fast and the taste was amazing. Presentation was good. The toilets are clean and the setting and vibe inside is very nice. The furniture and lighting inside is very modern and fits the theme well. Would come again

We had an order delivered on the 01/04/22 and were originally quoted 70 minutes for delivery, which was understandable for a Friday night. The food however took over 2 hours to arrive, was cold, and was also missing a starter. A real shame because the food that arrived was fantastic (once reheated!).

Had a takeaway delivered tonight, arrived on time and order was correct. Very tasty meal and would highly recommend.

The food wasn’t bad at all, but the main man who was serving is quite rude and I didn’t feel welcomed. They just need to employ professional staff. However, the other two young men were so polite and friendly.

Had a takeaway from De Laban as I was visiting family in the area. Ordered online and collected 45mins later. The restaurant was full, but they got my order for me straight away. Food was fantastic, nice hot and spicy and the lamb was cooked perfectly. Will be back for a sit down meal next time I'm in cov. Would definitely recommend.

Sorry to say that I found the takeaway to be pretty poor. £34 is utterly ludicrous for a small meal, so we won't be using this place again. I like onions, either raw or cooked; not half-cooked though, really not nice. They are the cheapest ingredient, and they dominated the meal. All about keeping costs down, I guess. The price though, wow. Not worth £25, let alone the price we paid.

We took our daughter here for her 9th birthday this evening. What can I say. We were blown away by the staff they were attentive and so wonderful to her, calling her princess etc. Bought out a cake with us which they bought out at the end of our meal sung happy birthday to her, they let us decorate the table before we arrived with banners and glitter. So attentive and wonderul. The food was outstanding, staff exceptional, although the room is small but it doesnt matter at all as its beautiful inside and they all made her feel like royalty. Don't worry about bad reviews they are a false representation of this place. Its a hidden Gem 100% returning again in the future. Whatever the occasion your visiting they will provide a great atmosphere to enjoy fantastic food. Thank you De Laban for making our daughters birthday so special tonight xx

Used this restaurant before and food is good. Today we spent 2 hours there to get 1 course with lots of takeaway meals going out very efficiently while we sat and waited. The service has never been great and the main person in charge is just way too rude. Our order was messed up. We only ordered two dishes and yet one was not made as chef messed it up . We waited 1.5 hours only to be told that chef has messed up our order and he didn’t even cook our food . This is just awful. And the main person was not even sorry. Why can’t he be more polite and sensible. We paid and left and obviously never going back. They absolutely ruined our evening.

Exceptional customer service each and every time. The staff are very polite and the food (curries in particular) are top quality. This place is a hidden gem.

Just needs the chef to learn how to cook the prawns and shrims, instead of the 'rubber' ones that once again are being served up. What I find amazing, is that all the staff seemed to know the reason for the 'rubber' shrimps except the one person who cooks them.

Fabulous fine food. Great service and bring your own alcoholic drinks. What's not to love. Had a great night out with girls. Will be doing this every month. Great value at less than £20 each. Try it you won't be disappointed.

Been here twice over the last few months and I have to say, so far it hasn't disappointed. Service has been good and the food is has had excellent flavours and has been served very hot, just how I like it. The venue itself is nicely situated and is clean with generally a good atmosphere. We will be returning soon! Very much recommended!

There are lots of good Indian restaurants about and most of them exceed in the service you get. This is the first time I have ever given a bad review on line as normally I can discuss it while I am there but on this occasion I don't believe he cared about how we felt.

Two stars is for the staff as they were good. Been before the food was really nice but other night it was so bland no flavour whatsoever nann burnt curry tasted really watery and definitely the worst I’ve ever eaten may be an off day but I won’t be returning anytime soon to eat that.

Absolute rubbish food. Ordered chicken tikka and lamb tikka masala as a main. It was like chicken tikka and lamb tikka desert, very sweet. Raised my complaint to the staff but all in vain . Ruined my eveining. Don't go to this restaurant absolute waste of money.

Lovely food. I recommend booking a table I went at 6:45 on a dark November Wednesday and they were very busy, managed to fit us in through. No alcohol license but there’s a handy off-licence almost next door.

Very pleasant restaurant with a relaxed atmosphere. We had a large group and the staff were able to take account of everyone and their individual needs throughout the meal and deliver all the food at the same time. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The restaurant serves soft drinks but you are welcome to bring your own alcohol. The one thing which was disappointing was that when it came to pay at the end, the staff were reluctant divide up the bill so everyone could pay individually for what they had had; although they eventually did this for us. Otherwise, it was a wondering evening.

Very good food, I've eaten here a few times inside and I can't complain the food was very nice and the staff are polite and helpful, this time I had takeaway and waited 30 mins which was OK as they were busy and when I arrived home my food was as good as it was eating in thank you

The food and service was excellent. The only reason I've knocked a star off, is because it isn't licensed yet and you have to supply your own alcohol. Though I'm not sure this is really a bad thing, as there is an off licence next door. Definitely my new local.

It was our first time visit. Ordered Nan basket, stuffed Paratha and lamb tikka masala. Everything tasted great and worth the visit. They also provided pappadams (both plain and spiced with sweet, spicy, tangy condiments) Definitely recommended to visit if you haven't been there for North-Indian cuisine taste. Ensure you pre-book your table during Friday nights and weekends. Also, it's BYOB restaurant 🙂

Seen this place in the evening telegraph after winning an award. Ordered online although it wasn't quite ready on arrival, the lad on desk was super friendly and chatty. The food was great. It is also a restaurant however doesn't serve alcohol so not for me. See you soon though for my takeaway.

This food is absolutely beautiful, very tasty and fresh. One of our favourite places to go for curry. The reason for only 4 stars is the atmosphere, its a lovely venue but the staff seem immature and rude. This don't stop me returning as the food is so good.
