I went to zorbas yesterday it was pretty quiet couldn't decide what to have, so I asked the waiter for his recommendation. They said pitta plate, stiffado or moussaka. I picked pitta plate it was absolutely amazing! when left hadn't finished so asked to take some home and they put in some more pita ➕️ some 🍖 thanks zorbas. p.s the waiter was very nice. _Toby age 9

Amazing food and service! We got the dinner selection for 2 where we got little plates of everything. Everything was absolutely delicious and we were stuffed by the end. We can’t wait to go back!

Food was good, not great. It's on par with any restaurant on any street, in any resort, on any Greek island or mainland. The waiters were not around when required, to the extent that 5 times I had to play hide and seek just to order drinks. On that note steer clear of the drat beer.(Carling) it was like pea soup. Don't let this put you off, the food it was nice, just a little basic. And the bottled beer is good.

Everything was very good. Really enjoyed the seafood platter and the "Greek gifts" dessert! Will definitely go back for more 😊

We go here regularly but not anymore. Decided to have a takeaway rather than dine in. Had our usual mythical mezze which was a similar price. Portion sizes no where near what we have had in the restaurant. The potatoes weren't in their usual sauce and were very small. The food was cold and there were no desserts. They have lost out on our monthly custom. If you do get a takeaway make sure you check your order before leaving

We love this place, but haven't been for a while. It is a lovely restaurant, quiet ISH during the week but comes alive on a Friday and Saturday night with music and dancing. Tonight was a quiet night, but with our candle lit, music playing and a delicious meal, it was the perfect place for our anniversary meal. The Moussaka was gorgeous, served with Greek style potatoes, rice and salad. As were the meatballs. We were delighted to be offered complementary desserts (with candles on), which were also delicious. Can't wait to go back 🥰. Thank you so much for excellent service and delicious food. ❤️

My sister and l made a last minute reservation on the spur of the moment. What an inspired decision! We were welcomed by a lovely member of staff and given our choice of table. We opted for the mezze which arrived very quickly. Every dish was just so delicious and although each individual portion was quite small it was plenty given the sheer number of different foods we were given. Couldn't find fault with anything, from the attentive waiter to the wonderful food.

Very nice Greek restaurant with amazing food and friendly staff. I would highly recommend the meatballs as a starter. If your in Coventry this is definitely a place to pop in for a bite to eat or grab a takeaway.

What a lovely experience we have had at Zorbas. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a smiling and polite young lady who showed us to our seats. The menu was extensive with a great many delicious options. The service received was first class by friendly and informative staff. The food was authentic and delicious and we wouldn't hesitate to return and recommend to others.

Fantastic once again!! We ordered a banquet... and got more than we bargained for, as a new waiter bought us food intended for another table, more than once! We were not charged for the extra! The food is superb, and the portions are huge. Staff are lovely - helpful and friendly. And at the end of the evening, they got us all up from our tables doing Greek dancing. Brilliant.

Very disappointed with quality, price and portions. Was quite excited to order giros but the platter was expensive and there was hardly anything is it and the meats were all not well done, they were pink from inside. Portions were all very small and it hardly looked like a platter. Extremely disappointing experience. .

Went to zorbaz last night for my birthday, great food, amazing service, staff were friendly and poilet the greek dance was incredible and atomsphere. Defintely coming again

The food was incredible!! Best Moussaka I’ve had outside of Greece. I was transported to Greece for the evening, this restaurant truly deserves more customers than it’s receiving. Atmosphere was one of a kind, down to the decor, the music, the hospitality. 100% will go back again, already recommending it to all my friends!

5 years later, nothing reminds me of a Greek restaurant. The place has been changed a lot from 5 years ago, I don't want to compare the current restaurant, Today and 14 years ago. Everything has changed and not for good, unfortunately.

Visited here with my mum, it was her visit and I was keen to show her how great all the dancing was and the atmosphere, and despite it being really quite, so not many dances going on, it was still a really fun night. The staff made so much effort to be attentive and ensure we had the best night. Will definitely return

Booked table of 4 Saturday night 7th Jan. Had a absolutely fantastic meal at zorbas .we had the whole sharing menu and not only tasty we all left stuffed .the host got everyone up Greek dancing at the end of the meal big thanks to all the staff and see you again very soon

Really nice food, good portion size, good value and nice staff.

We use it as an takeaway rather than eating in, roughly on a monthly basis. The souvlaki's are beautiful, great value, with plenty of variation on fillings.

Excellent food and oh so tasty tasty tasty good size portions and a no rush to finish your food off if its late all round good place

To start with our reservation was at 7pm we ordered food at 7:30 took almost 40 minutes for kids meals to come out, the restraunt was loud, spent ages waiting for main courses only for the chicken slouvacki to be mediocre the pitta that came with it had more flavour for 17 pound 1 pitta some chips and 5 pieces of bland chicken I could have brought from the shops and heated up not to mention the waffles were shop brought the description for the waffle goes as "delicious hot freshly-baked waffles" they were both brought from a shop and cold not to mention the waffles werent cheap yet I could buy a whole box of the waffles they had for about the same price as one of there's with syrup.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at the Royal Hotel 1 mile up the road from Zorbas, as they only provided a lacklustre Carvery, I came across Zorbas, The food was absolutely Outstanding, I had the Stuffed Vine Leaves & Kleftico, WOW what a superb Meal, the hospitality everything, including Sammi, I look forward to coming back sometime.

Went in for our greek food hit, Lovely food, service was a little slow but they had a very large table in, so there's only so much the staff can do. Food was great, gutted they ran out of dolmades but everything else was spot on 😊 Thank you

One of the best Greek restaunts that i went in UK. I was on seminar for a couple of days and I went both days for dinner. Staff is really kind and helpfull. The food exceptionally good - I highly recommend 'Kleftiko' for meat eaters which is a traditional greek plate that has no difference if you taste in Greece or at Zorbas restaurant (Coventry)

We love visiting Zorbas, its a real taste of Greece for anyone hankering for a small reminder of those days sitting in a Taverna enjoying the food of that great country. Like all businesses, Zorbas has had to make some changes to survive the pandemic. They have changed the layout of the restaurant as well as a small part of the menu. Sadley, there was no live music when we visited, although the air was filled with a pleasant background of traditional Greek melodies. Our meal came out very quickly from our order, this was far faster than before. People in our party had meat balls, Saganaki cheese for starter. A couple of Lamb Kleftico's, Xirino Souvlaki and Kotopoulo Souvlaki followed as our main course. The standard was great, a fresh taste, akin to what I have had in the best of Tavena's in Rhodes, Zante, Athens etc. For us, the usual party feeling of live music was missing. Although, the staff said they hope to have a new Greek musician soon, so our next visit will see my wife getting up and dancing with the staff. We cannot recommend Zorba's enough. I find you need to book to avoid the disappointment of not getting a table,

Waste of time and money, staff a absolute joke could not run a bath, don't go there thirsty they left us a table of 9 sitting for about 20 minutes before someone took our order then waited another 10 for them to arrive. Then took food order and 3 of us ate separately as forgot some of our order, I did complain but they already had the organisers debit card and used it before we knew. Would I ever go back or recommend NO.

What a fantastic Greek restaurant! We were looking for an outstanding Greek restaurant for a while and I believe with Zorbas we have finally found one that does not disappoint, apart from the pitta bread which I wished was home made, but other than that the food was excellent and we'll certainly be back for more!
