Love a good Nando's! The new chickpea wrap is so good, especially with the sweet chilli jam and pickled onion. So, food was great as usual and this is a big place so it was really nice. The staff are very helpful too.

Problems with cleanliness, especially sauces are ALWAYS greasy and hands are very sticky after using them. The online ordering method is disgraceful; why am I paying full price for half the service? Entering credit card details, opening up a Nandos account etc. just to eat a burger?

Nice restaurant, with a good atmosphere. You’ll find a lot of youngsters here due to the cinema and local bowling place. The staff are very warm and friendly. The food was served up with little wait. We ordered a Beanie wrap and a imitator burger. The wrap was nice as it always has been. However, I cannot say the same about the burger.. unfortunately it tasted like seasoned rubber in a bun. I would recommend this Nandos however stay away from the “fake” dishes.

First time. Food was OK didn't like that waitress doesn't take your food order, you can order off your phone. Beer was well expensive though, probably my biggest gripe. Must say though the stoff were excellent.

Arrived with group of colleagues at 4pm on Monday, food was served 10 minutes after ordering it, waiters and waitresses were friendly and attentive at all time, and restaurant is clean. Reason for 4 star is their rest rooms needs to be cleaned more often as there was toilet tissues all over the floor when restaurant was not that busy.

Great food! Lovely decor! We didn't have to wait long for our meals either. The staff was great! Definitely going back.

We visited here after seeing the Barbie film so it was really busy. The virtual queuing worked really well. The young staff were so attentive despite how busy they were. The table was clean & the food delicious & once we were seated arrived really speedily. I was with my two 11 year old grandchildren & they loved it! Thank you.

Staff were lovely, really enjoyed being there and we brought our own surprise birthday cake. Staff brought it out lite and then provided plates too. Very kind.

Tasty chicken in a very clean restaurant. The music is slightly loud making it a bit difficult to talk and hear without raising your voice above normal. The staff are friendly, but not overly on point. We needed a high chair and I got it myself and no staff assisted. They asked us about our food right after serving it before we had even eaten any. They never came back to ask about dessert, so we went elsewhere. The bathrooms could have been a bit cleaner which would have made the overall experience a bit better, but overall it was pleasant. At the end of the day, you go to Nandos for some delicious, moist, flavourful chicken and that's what we got.

If I could do 0 stars I would. This is the 5th time I have attempted to eat here before going to the showcase even turning up 2 and half hours before the movie is due to start to consider waiting times only to be turned away because they are to ‘busy’ for a table for 2. So as always KFC saved the day even the staff advised us to eat at KFC to avoid being disappointed with a waiting time longer than they advised. My advice if your looking for a quick cheeky Nando’s avoid this one on weekends. I won’t be waisting my time again.

Order came out in hot sauce when lemon and herb was ordered - was told the burger would be remade for it to be returned with the sauce scraped off and the ordered sauce put on top. Tell-tale sign of this besides the taste was the sticker put on top of the old one. Cold and stale chips. Absolutely awful dining experience with little to no care for customer satisfaction by any staff. Will not be returning to this restaurant.

Used whilst away for work, right next to premier inn, were well prepared for people eating alone (lots of people here on work in the week). Service was very fast, staff were very polite and happy, great for recommendations. Food was great, starters and mains delivered quickly and sensible timings between them. Very clean, toilets very nice and well kept. Plenty of parking.

Landed lucky table for 5 and a zero wait at 5.30pm saturday night. Ordered on the app easy as, Came quick and tasted great as per usual . Great for a quick bite before heading over the road to the cinema. Staff always friendly frequently visit, Clean.

Loved our first visit to a Nandos. Our waitress was nice and welcoming, as we were newbies talked us through the menu too. Ordered by the app, food came quickly, and was lovely. Not too much for hot so had the mild, tried the orange and mango chutney (lovely). Will definitely come back.

Nando is a really nice place to eat. If you want nice spicy food, welldone chicken and really really really nice chicken (I said chicken twice), you have to eat at Nando's. I'd avoid the burger though ..who makes burgers with baguette 🥪😒 Other than that..all good. Would eat here anyway anytime

Healthy, well cooked chicken with varieties of sauces . Their peri Peri fries are really tasty. The ambience is good with a lot of space for a big crowd.

Very rude staff and awful service! we arrived at the restaurant and there was a slight queue. we went in to see how long and the young blonde girl on the entrance desk told us to 'stand' in the queue and it should be half an hour. we stood there half an hour and the queue grew quiet a bit in size. the people behind us started going in and were being seated at tables. I walked in to ask what was happening, to which the same girl I spoke to earlier told me they were in the virtual queue. She didn't bother mentioning anything about this to me or my friend at the time of entering. When I asked why she didn't tell us to do this, her reply was that she 'did' in a very rude manor. I am 100% sure that she just told us to stand in the queue. I asked if anything could be done to get us in faster as we had already been standing there half an hour. her reply was to now get in the virtual queue which would be another half an hour. After this we decide to choose somewhere else after we had been talked to with poor manners

First time going to nandos, food was ok not the hottest when it came out . Very poor selection of beer and cider available, none available on draft only in bottles. Staff were very friendly. A long wait when ordering drinks to the table . Somewhat a little overpriced for everything I'd say.

Visited last week for first time in over a year. Will likely be that long before I go again. Some of the drinks machines weren’t working - kids not happy but can work with that. Then the drizzle for the hummus had run out - not great, but nothing major. But then when my chicken arrived and I’m told there is NO mayonnaise, well that’s a red line crossed there. And no, I don’t want perrinaise or whatever it’s called. I expect mayonnaise with chicken and chips. Standard. Not impressed.

Order extra hot and well done. But I received something else, After eating the all night my belly was painfull and morning I had dhiarea. I am scare to eat Nando's now. I will try some where but it's will take a while.

We went in following a visit to the Showcase Cinema and it was my sons 1st time going to a Nandos, we eat them at home so he kinda knew what to expect. We didn't habe to wait long, we were greater by a member of staff who advised someone will be with us soon. We were then shown to our seats. When placing our order we had 2 different types of vouchers, 1 of those we weren't really sure if we could use in 5he restaurant or not but the staff did check all options to see hmif and how it could be used they were friendly, helpful and patient. The food came out really quickly, the restaurant was busy but it wasn't too quiet either so it was good. The food was great, most importantly my son loved it! His plain-ish chicken pitta went down a treat. Shame that Nandos don't have the Plan-ish grilled chicken pitta on the children's menu. Overall a nice experience and we will visit again, with or without going to the cinema first.

My first time to eat there got me to keep going on a daily basis during my business trip :D Very good hospitality and the food is just great! Highlights are the boneless chicken thighs, fino pitta and the AMAZING brownie! Can't wait to come back :(

Directed to self table service and spent 20 minutes trying to order then was told the service doesn’t work online. Finally after ordering food the quality of the food was not satisfactory. The burger bun was very dry and difficult to bite/cut through. The chicken piece was extremely small inside the bun. The mashed potatoes seemed as though they had been precooked a few hours ago. The only thing good was the friendly attitude of the staff. Very disappointed about the food.

My only complaint is that they made us wait outside in the rain 🌧 they need to make an option to book a table online so that doesn't need to happen. Otherwise food was nice and staff were nice and friendly.

Always great service for click and collect, and the food is always perfect and well packed. Definitely loving the amount if sauces you get by default so you can try them, and to help the staff serve you efficiently and safely. I had to knock a star off because it looks like people are using the area to hang out and take nitrous gas- there are empty cannisters all over the car park, and that need some attention

I thought the good here was terrible. I had the imitation pitta since there isn't much choice for vegans, it wasn't good at all. I only went there because I was meeting a friend there and there wasn't a lot of choice of places. Disappointed with Nandos. 🙁
