only three stars for this shopping centre because there is barely anything in there worth going for. I go to Wilkinsons which is what keeps this area open very very often. There is a Wagamama and Cosy Club which are ok but not places you go to all the time. The toilets closed in this place and so did the cafe years ago, Waterstones and Blacks and the cookie stand have all closed. Since then the place is in decline. Lots of small empty units or opening up as bric a brac charity shops. The one they have now is so tatty. I wouldn't go in this place of it wasn't for Wilkinsons.

Recently had some restaurants add which gives it a bit more life. The shops inside are a mixture of department stores and independent and they have a couple of market style stalls selling bags and phones.

I found everything I wanted in this precinct. From booking a ticket for the Eurostar to buying a raincoat and phone backup battery. Fantastic.

Poor as a shopping centre as only really wilko store while this is a newly refurbished store with lots of selection. Great for food as 3 large big name bar / restaurants and if rumours are true more to come is future. More of a food and drinks centre then shopping, great at night

Being in the distance past from Coventry (before this place was built) I didn't have great expectations but even then was disappointed since it was all closed off! Not to be unfair however I should comment that this Wilko place was enormous and seemed to offer loads of household stuff & the various eateries looked fairly good. I wonder if more could be made of the scenic surroundings...? Imagine having afternoon tea or cocktails looking over the historic buildings. Or quaint second hand book buying steeped in nostalgia.

At present this place is going through a revamp, in time for Coventry city of culture 2021. There are no rest rooms( toilets) inside. It is only accessible at the rear of the building to enter cathedral lanes due to building work. However, once completed it is accessible to those requiring wheelchair access. The only shop accessible at the rear is Wilkinson's, which has an excellent money for value essence range of make up. This make up range competes with MAC and Rimmel, and is much cheaper.

Inner city shopping area with a wide range of shops and restaurants. A good mix of local stores and chains. Plenty of places to eat - the cosy club being my choice. A couple of car parks near by make it a good place for a quick shopping visit.

A great place to meet with others or explore. It has many shops in the surrounding area too.

Cathedral Lanes has been much improved over the last couple of years. It now has a number of restaurants that cater for a variety of food tastes. It could do with a couple more to really make it into what it should be, but it has to be said that it is worlds apart form the lacklustre shopping centre it was initially designed as.
