If I could give no stars I would. After ordering food an hour and a half passed and still no sign of food. The resteraunt was not busy there was only 4 tables occupied. We asked the waiter how long it would be and he said 5 minutes it's just coming out now. Another half an hour passed so we asked again and they said oh we haven't made it yet we are going to start on your order now!! All 4 tables were sat waiting, the manager said they have had a lot of online deliveries so they would get priority over us. I have never experienced customer service like this before it was a complete shambles. Priority is given to just eat orders rather than customers waiting In the restaurant. The manager did offer some free poppadoms whilst we waited but we refused and walked out after 2 hours of waiting for food which they hadn't even started cooking. A few other customers decided to leave aswell which was expected. Avoid this place the service is disgusting.

Where do I start? If I could rate it zero I would. Lady was rude and patronising. Talking to people like they're her children. Tables are too close for social distancing but thinks it ok to tell families not to get too close. At the same time she hugging customers and walking around without a mask. Food took over an hour for the starters and then another hour for mains. Building smells of cigerettes. Not pleasant when there's children and people eating. And to top it off the food was disgusting. Definitely not fresh. It explains why they've been on Groupon for years. We weren't the only table complaining or had something to say.

Extremely poor service. Prebooked table but still waited over 2 hours for mains. It wasn't even that busy and we're constantly told the chef is doing yours 'fresh'. Waitresses were unable to count number of plates we needed and had to ask for more. By then other dinners had also left due to poor service, lack of food and constant lies. To top it all our small party were asked if complimentary tea would be acceptable for the delay. No chance and not to say how long that would have taken to bring out. Sorry will not be going back again 😠

Ordered via Uber Eats. Fish pakoras were too oily. Chilli Chicken Curry was not nice at all so had to throw it away. Chicken Tikka Masala was ok but nothing special. Muttar Paneer was too sweet and watery. Nan breads were ok. Considering the prices they charge for the food I would not recommend.

Eaten food from this restaurant on two occasions. First time we ate at the restaurant itself, a small party of us had booked a table beforehand. The food took 2 hours long to come, which when asked the waitress claimed they were "busy". Not ideal if you have young and hungry children. There was also a mistake with the food and when I had proceeded to tell the waitress on duty she was extremely rude and tried to tell me I had ordered something I did not. Nevertheless, she later apologised once realising she was wrong. On a second occasion we decided to opt for their delivery service. I was told on the phone my food would take between 30-45 minutes to come, I generously waited ONE HOUR and then chased up the order, only to again be rudely spoken to and told that the order will take 1h 30mins. Very poor service and rude staff, definitely advise anyone NOT to eat here. Additionally, the food is overpriced for the portion size I received in my delivery, so not good value for money either.

We’ve had a couple of takeaways from here so we thought we’d try a sit in meal for a change. Although it is a ‘bar & grill’ we found the people using the bar to be loud and using a lot of bad language. One customer in the bar even shouted to the manageress whilst she was taking an order “ let’s have some f*****g service here”. He was obviously joking but it’s not what we wanted to hear while eating our meal. Nevertheless, the food was great and the guy serving us was very pleasant and polite. Would go back again but feel the bar area should be partitioned off.

Great service. Friendly atmosphere. Ordered from here a few times. Only ordered a couple of curry sauces and nan bread for takeaway last night and it's probably the best curry sauce I've ordered! Amazing value for such quality too!

The best Indian restaurant in Coventry! Fantastic curries, tasty sizzlers, fluffy naans and the best chilli chips I have ever had (and I've had a lot!). The restaurant is family friendly, but they also deliver, so I get my curry fix whenever I want!

    - Great food (if you know what to order) - Ok ambience - Varied service (depending on the day) Overall some of the best Indian food in Coventry. If you go, make sure to order the paneer pilli pilli sizzler, it's an off menu item that's really worth trying. Go for the food, not the experience.
