Stayed here a couple of weeks ago, staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely, fresh and staff very attentive. No issues with car parking. Found the pub across the road, the ‘Cocked Hat’ better value than the TGIs attached. Peaceful nights sleep, would definitely stay again.

I would suggest people avoid this hotel for it's location. I was there for a 2 night stay and my car was stolen, despite there being a receptionist with a clear view of the car park who did not notice a car arrive at 00:20 and leave 10 minutes later with another car even though noone came in. Afterwards i found out that premier inns in the area were being targetted yet noone warned me of this on check-in so i could put my car somewhere safer nor did premier inn increase their security. In their defense once the car was stolen the staff were helpful in working with the police and my insurer to provide the evidence they could. The unfortunate part is that the rooms were reasonable for a premier inn although the noise from the work on the A road next to it was annoying and went all night. But i would never suggest staying here and actively avoid it for future trips.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff who quickly sorted out our booking ( I had mistakenly booked the room for the next weekend). Ended up with a double disabled room which was very nice. Room was lovely and quiet. Breakfast staff were also very friendly

it was the first premier inn experience out of way too many that i wont be rating 1 star. i swore i would never book PI again in my life, but this one was the closest to our event, so I caved. I'm glad I did. staff was nice, room perfect and clean, pretty comfy, too. considering the location, incredibly quiet.

Safe to say I've never been as boiling hot in my entire life. Air conditioning doesn't work and stand up fans made no difference to a poor night's sleep

The staff here are incredible, I've never been to a premier Inn where the staff are so friendly and do anything for you at anytime. Definitely would stay again

I stayed at Coventry east on Saturday 13th May. I booked a single room for my friend and myself by mistake, unfortunately the hotel was full and there were no small beds of put up beds available. The receptionist Antoinette personally got me a pile of Duvets and Pillows carried them up to the room and gave them to me. Despite having g to sleep on floor I slept well. Many thanks for excellent service Antoinette. Peter Veal

The receptionist Caroline was professional and very welcoming, this made a good first impression with all of our team. The adjoining restaurant is a TGI's and although a bit expensive the staff and food was good, we'd happily stay here again.

Great nights sleep after a long drive from newhaven, was a stop over as couldn't be bothered driving all the way home in one go, breakfast was freshly cooked, and staff are great

Premier inn is a Premier Inn I guess. This place ticked the boxes... The breakfast was served on site and not in a pub which was different to usual. It was really nice and the chef was so full of beans, she lifted you as soon as you arrived there regardless of how you felt that morning. The cost was crazy though!!

The doors were not shutting down properly in bath room, water in the sink and bath tub was blocking, flush was not working properly. Overall we just managed to stay there for couple of days. Such things should be taken care by hotel management. Usually we use to enjoy premier Inn but this location people has not taken care of basic amenities properly .

The staff are really friendly and welcoming, the breakfast room staff are so lovely. The rooms are a little run down, needing a new paint and maybe a more enthusiastic shower head. Apart from that the rooms are comfortable and clean.

OK - a bit noisy with Coventry's Eastern bypass, though extra secondary glazing helped a lot. Nice breakfast with eggs cooked to order, friendly staff; no evening meals on hotel site. Not really any pedestrian access to hotel, not even to nearby retail park.

Location is fine, the rooms could really use some upkeep, heating wasn't working, bathroom door was getting stuck, the toilet flush was stuck, the extractor fan wasn't doing it's job, the room was too humid and had to open the window!

Probably one of the most uncomfortable stays we have had. Hotel is nice room was clean and tidy but the temperature in the room was ridiculous. We had the window open and the fan on full and it was still 27° in the room

You kind of get what it says on the tin at premier inn usually. It is warm and comfortable although a little tired and in need of some refreshing. But you get what you pay for.

Nice Premier Inn, fairly easy to find, usual comfy bed, TV, air con, extra pillows. Parking spaces tricky arriving mid-evening, though load available when we left. Small omission, only one bath towel for two people, but reception sorted that. Breakfast available, nice little cafe for that, but we didn't bother.

The reception staff helpful. The lady who makes breakfast is an absolute star, so friendly, helpful and loves her job. Stayed there before covid and she made our stay. So nice to see her again this year and makes you want to go back. Assisted by the other helpful staff at breakfast who are so happy to help. Convenient location for crufts. Thank you for our third pleasant stay with you.

When I come to Coventry I would use this location. British Airways really screwed hundreds of people's just before Christmas and cancelled flights from the USA to UK. I booked a super saver having confidence I would get there. I informed this company of the situation. They still charged full reservation price for the two bookings I had. Like British Airways and this corporation, I will never spend another penny with them, hopefully both do it often and repeatedly, and go the way of the Dodo. Merry Christmas!

The hotel itself is rather knackered when compared to some of other Premier Inns that I've stayed in however the staff are were gems - from the reception staff (checking in, out, and my late night alternative milk requests), to the chef and the ladies serving breakfast - thank you for a very pleasant stay.

If you want an outdated hotel, with intermittent working key cards, a 10" inch TV in your room with limited staff then look no further. This page is a dump! Only saving grace is Zoran on the front desk! Very helpful and polite.

My colleagues parked their work vans under the tree away from sight of the cameras at the hotel. Their vans were broken into and had a lot of valuable items stolen from their vans. Make sure you either take valuable items into the hotel or park underneath cameras. When the police were called they didn't seem that bothered. Weren't really prepared to come along to view the camera footage. I loved the hotel itself, just the experience let us down. We were only there for 1 night. Tragic circumstances!

Lovely friendly staff in the dinning room. The young lady that was on reception on Friday eveng July 22nd around 9 30pm was a star. Thank you for helping us find out car. You know who you are. 😂

Another travelodge sweat box. Family room cramped, 2 mugs and coffee. Bathroom was a sauna ,fan was rubbish . 28 degrees at 10 pm and 8am. Stay somewhere else. Tried customer service, alas high volume of calls. Prisoners probably had a better night's sleep than us.!

Clean unit with a large free carpark. No aircon. There is a restaurant area that serves breakfast only. Attached to the unit is a TGI Friday and a Morrisons just down the road. Considering its location it is a quiet unit.

It's not a fancy 'inn' by any stretch, but it's well located with shopping handily nearby, and the service was friendly. Room was a bit rough around the edges, but overall a solid road side hotel. Would use again if on business in the area.

Good as usual, normal high standard. Very helpful friendly staff especially lady running breakfast, who had a very happy demeanor and was efficient, just what you need to get your day started with a smile.

Enjoyed our stay here. The place is clean and comfortable. The location is super, an array of food on the doorstep. Would recommend for a quick convenient stay.

Good location. Friendly staff. Nice clean rooms. Would be nice to have air conditioning but there was a fan in the room if you get too warm.

Ticks all the right boxes really. Pleased with the service the girls are friendly at reception. Fans in room, thank goodness. There is a TGI Friday restaurant in the same area and a Costa. The only thing I don't like is no phone in the room just incase there was any problems and for an added bit of security.
