The team here are all really friendly nothing is too much. Easy access to and from the M6 with a good selection of amenities within walking distance.

Room and service was great. Neighbors in the next room kept us awake most of the night shouting. Complained but could not be moved rooms. The whole point of the the stay was for a good sleep on our break from journey which unfortunately did not happen.

Perfect stay with excellent eateries within walking distance. Reception staff (Lesley) was very helpful, friendly and professional.

This has got to be the worst premier inn I've stayed in unfortunately. The most basic room ever for a Premier inn. The heating wasn't working it was freezing -1. Emailed but no response as yet.

It was a toss up between 3 or 4 stars. The bed was great (as expected from a premier inn) but the whole place was dated. The bath panel was hanging on for dear life, the tv was more like a computer monitor and the soundproofing isn’t the best as you can hear everything when in your room. The staff were really nice and helpful, better than in most premier inns I’ve stayed in. The parking is free which it should be anyway and the location is brilliant. It’s not as good as the newer and modern premier inns but it still managed to scrape 4*

Currently stop here now and so far not slept well as all I've had is boy racers driving round the carpark outside and a bright light shining into my room! I came here to sleep to break up my travel absolutely regret it now!

As I explained in my feedback form, it was not explained to us at check in, or in fact at any other time, that if we had any problems there was a number we could call. If we had known this we would have called. The only other option we had was to get dressed and go to reception to report it at 2am in the morning We did try to report it in the morning but this was not possible as there was no one at the reception desk and we had somewhere we needed to be for the day. When we did speak to the lady on reception she said to us ... "When you checked in, did you see the big lorry in the car park? This is the man in the room above you, he gets up early and has to get ready for work, hence the noise!" To be honest she was laughing whilst saying it and we were quite shocked as it was not at all funny for us to have to do a full days work on 2 hours sleep... We have stayed in many Premier Inns and this one in Coventry several times, due to our work. We are both very disappointed with the way this has been dealt with and with Premier Inn, as we have never had any problems before. You openly say on your website that if you cannot report to reception then we have 7 days to report it. We have always used Premier Inn as we know that we always got good service and have never had a problem before. You advertise that you offer the good night sleep guarantee but the first time we have needed to use this after many years of using you, we are refused? We shall never use you again, my place of work use premier inns all over the country, i am in the process of cancelling all premier inn rooms that my company use, which equates to 400+ rooms per year! This is a matter of principal now. I shall also advice contract companies that we use to boycott premier inn.

Really great location with everything around you, including Tesco Extra, 14 screen cinema, KFC, and Pizza Hut. Staff were very friendly at Premier Inn and at the Brewers Fayre next door. Will definitely be staying here again when next in the area.

I stupidly left my phone on the breakfast table and did not realise until travelling elsewhere in Coventry. Once I knew my phone was missing I called reception. On reception was Gillian, who asked where I had last seen the phone which I thought was in the room. Gillian was very sympathetic and asked if I was happy to wait on the line while she went and turned my room over looking for the handset, I was. Gillian did not find it because it was not there. I suggested I may have lost it in the restaurant next door and gave as best but vague directions as to where I was sitting. SHE ONLY WENT AND FOUND IT! Can't recommend this place highly enough, the staff were wonderful. Another member of staff was also quite lovely explaining door keys (again) when I had had a long day. Love this place because of the people. X

Great location for M6. Good friendly service. Rooms are comfortable but sparse compared to visits pre pandemic. TV reception intermittent in both rooms used in two weeks. Overall still good value

Very convenient location, 30min walk to university hospital, good breakfast and local amenities available. Reception staff friendly and helpful Cinema and Nando’s 30seconds away.

One the worst premier inns I’ve stopped in. Don’t get me wrong not a terrible experience as there are good and poor premier inns but the room was dated. A few dirty marks here and there, the finish in the bathroom wasn’t great and the tv was the smallest tv I’ve seen in about 30 years

Stayed in hotel with meal deal and drink , although hotel side had ups and downs as the card had its own mind and work at random to the point i was issued replacement which was temperamental. What was rather mixed feeling was the multi rule restaurant located right next to it which had as it seems different rules depending on the day . Once i picked meal with cider and it was okay with massive but to serving desert as i was forgotten until questioned to the point they forget my order all together moving on to next day which i got Rozina and she somehow followed rules to the letter and previously ordered cider this time round was at additional cost i didn't expect and she didn't want to hear of matching previous selection to which prompted me even more to get back with writing this review. Now as im seating waiting for my food must not forget breakfast bar on which could not say bad word as ir was served promptly and cooked perfectly to my liking. Word of advise is definitely ask for what is in meal deal as some staff treat their position to different rules if there any . Topping all up there are more options around as this location has more to offer than just their next door restaurant. Lots of other food available nearby. P.S as i was served with my main followed by desert i was reminded at each visit the fact i complained about being forgotten day before which made me kind of pressured by the very same member of staff attempting to fix previous day which in fact just ruined it all together. Overall my score is only 4 out of 10 this time round

First time stopping at this location, hotel was nice although needing a little updating with TV'S. The room was comfy and a little smaller than the usual large rooms at some other locations but not too small.

In an accessible room sheets and pillow cases were grey could have done with a decent wash.

The person on the front desk was very helpful and in my opinion went beyond her duties to help us.

Just a bit tired, room clean and service good. Bit of a comedy for breakfast in brewers fayre next door all you can eat however half the ingredients unavailable, no black pudding, limits on bacon, no beans which they charge 9.50 for. Tesco is across the road why is customer service not more important than supply chain policy? Not entirely the hotels fault so no impact on rating just go to the trailers near Tesco for breakfast @half the price.

Nice enough hotel, parking is right outside and you insert your reg at reception. There is a Starbucks and Tesco very near and loads of other shops!!! Very good location indeed!

First time in a Premier Inn. Have to say staff very friendly and welcoming. Room was exactly like the rooms shown on the Web site. Great value and lovely bed.

I must have booked a double instead of a twin and Lesley was absolutely lovely, she bent over backwards to assist us and moved us to another room, which my son was very grateful for! Thanks Lesley.

Premier Inn is as Premier Inn does. It's a no frills environment that delivers exactly what it says on the tin and there is nothing wrong with that. Never had a problem with them. Only two things that slightly irked me about this one is the fixed shower that couldn't be removed to help wash your nether regions and the sheeted toilet paper to make going the loo an uncomfortable experience. Antoinette, the receptionist, was both helpful and lovely.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Room was immaculate and with a super comfortable bed. Very convenient location just off the motorway but not so close that you get a lot of noise from cars. Also very close to a variety of restaurants. 10/10 would recommend

Tricky to find, but worth it. The man who welcomed us, was very helpful. The room was larger that you normally get at PI. It was also showing a bit of tiredness. It has not been caught by the latest round of updates. I'm sure it's turn will come. Nevertheless, quiet and comfortable, and a sound night's sleep was had by all. Staff in the Brewers fayre were also great, and they are one of the few PI venues that know how to cook black pudding. Very happy!

Rip off! Over charged me £64 for the night when it was advertised at £51 and this didn't include breakfast, which i was led to believe. Receptionist was lacking in customer service skills and was very abrupt. I was very embarrassed when I went for breakfast to be informed it hadn't been part of the price! Complete scam, would never use a premiere Inn again.

Well located and the staff are really great and helpful. Standard Premier Inn offering in terms of room. The beds are always fantastic and this one has AC, will is always lovely. The Pub is next door, Nandos and other restaurants on the doorstep and a Tesco just across the way. What more could you want? Thanks for a great stay!!

I stay in a lot of Premier Inn properties. This one is to date by far the best. Such a friendly welcome from clearly staff that love their job. The beds are so comfortable I wanted to move in. Breakfast very good too with brilliant restaurant staff. Highly recommended.

This was such a pleasant experience to stay here. The staff were so friendly and helpful and were very patient with our 3 children. The eatery next door is fantastically run and was excellent with our allergies. Definitely recommend and will stay again.

Very friendly staff and the room was clean and tidy. Would be higher But - The security door into the hotel takes about 10 attempts to get in unless you have the knack - please fix it! They also don't have toothpaste if you forget yours. Only really a pain on a bank holoiday as they have a Tesco Extra 5 mins walk away. The brewers fayre also closed early, however we manmaged to get a decent bottle of wine and ice cream from the Cinemena next door whcih solved that. Also if not a bank holiday you can always get something from Tesco. Quite a few facilties for an out of town hotel - just please fix that door. Oh you just have to aks for an Ironing board and Iron - and it was super good. Oh woudl bring your own toiletiries as they are are basic - or buy from, you guessed it Tesco!

Great little place to stop. It's premier inn so you know what to expect. The service was decent and they were kind enough to give us a courtesy call a few days before we arrived.

As premier inns go this is a decent one never had a problem when I’ve stayed here. Looks a bit rough with car park at the back but this is nothing to do with the hotel Cheers HHT
