As
I
explained
in
my
feedback
form,
it
was
not
explained
to
us
at
check
in,
or
in
fact
at
any
other
time,
that
if
we
had
any
problems
there
was
a
number
we
could
call.
If
we
had
known
this
we
would
have
called.
The
only
other
option
we
had
was
to
get
dressed
and
go
to
reception
to
report
it
at
2am
in
the
morning
We
did
try
to
report
it
in
the
morning
but
this
was
not
possible
as
there
was
no
one
at
the
reception
desk
and
we
had
somewhere
we
needed
to
be
for
the
day.
When
we
did
speak
to
the
lady
on
reception
she
said
to
us
...
"When
you
checked
in,
did
you
see
the
big
lorry
in
the
car
park?
This
is
the
man
in
the
room
above
you,
he
gets
up
early
and
has
to
get
ready
for
work,
hence
the
noise!"
To
be
honest
she
was
laughing
whilst
saying
it
and
we
were
quite
shocked
as
it
was
not
at
all
funny
for
us
to
have
to
do
a
full
days
work
on
2
hours
sleep...
We
have
stayed
in
many
Premier
Inns
and
this
one
in
Coventry
several
times,
due
to
our
work.
We
are
both
very
disappointed
with
the
way
this
has
been
dealt
with
and
with
Premier
Inn,
as
we
have
never
had
any
problems
before.
You
openly
say
on
your
website
that
if
you
cannot
report
to
reception
then
we
have
7
days
to
report
it.
We
have
always
used
Premier
Inn
as
we
know
that
we
always
got
good
service
and
have
never
had
a
problem
before.
You
advertise
that
you
offer
the
good
night
sleep
guarantee
but
the
first
time
we
have
needed
to
use
this
after
many
years
of
using
you,
we
are
refused?
We
shall
never
use
you
again,
my
place
of
work
use
premier
inns
all
over
the
country,
i
am
in
the
process
of
cancelling
all
premier
inn
rooms
that
my
company
use,
which
equates
to
400+
rooms
per
year!
This
is
a
matter
of
principal
now.
I
shall
also
advice
contract
companies
that
we
use
to
boycott
premier
inn.
