Fascinating history. The loom upstairs is rather amazing. The whole thing is made better by the enthusiasm of the volunteers.

Excellent little place with lots to see in a very small area. Funding is by donation and the volunteers are very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. There's a little café with tea and coffee and home made cake. A perfect place on a spring day for an hour or so. It does get very busy and it's a small site so for small children they can lose patience!

Beautiful building with a long, varied history staffed by passionate and enthusiastic volunteers. Faithfully recreated gardens and furnished interiors which give a rare insight into the history of the working people of this region over a number of generations. A real hidden gem set within Coventry's Spon End.

I went for a class on beading. It was a lovely place with I enjoyed the class. It was nice to see such a historical building still being used to teach artisan crafts

We went on a heritage open day. The volunteers were friendly and gave an interesting tour- not that there was much to see! It's really just the interior of a modest grade 2* listed dating back 500 years and a heritage garden at the back- growing only plants and vegetables typical to the time the houses were first used.

A history rich old building. Preserved well. Should visit at least once to know better about the history.

A wonderful visit. The guide was knowledgeable and enthusiastic. We learnt so much. All the little details brilliantly brought the routine of the weaver, his household and his neighbours to life. Absolutely brilliant!
