After my wife and kids left me, I spend most of my time here. It's pretty bad enough that I live in Coventry, but I enjoy it. Wasting my money here is fun, I guess. All my emotions have left me since the divorce, but it seems I still get a high from winning on the 25p slots. The waitresses are nice to me, however, even though they have thrown me out multiple times for 'looking' them. This is the only place I can relax.

They have a few poker tables open usually Friday to Saturday, few roulette tables as well. Usually quite good environment. 1 star rating just because of manager Matt, never met so rude person before, just because of him we left casino tonight and we are not going to be around anytime soon...

Compact game room. Service was haphazard. Forgetting orders. Getting wrong orders. Absent for long periods. Dealers skills vary tremendously. Very little banter with the dealers which is a shame. That often helps to add to the atmosphere. Friendly fellow players who made me feel welcome. Management were professional and welcoming. Food ordered was below that expected at Genting. When mentioning the food discrepancy with waiting staff I was disappointed with a shrug as a response. I will be back because I like to play in the Genting poker tournaments but a very mixed first visit. Toilets were well presented and clean. Reception staff alert and friendly.

I haven't been here, although Google tells me that I have. However, as a place to walk past in the rain on a dreary Coventry Wednesday afternoon it takes some beating. I wouldn't recommend going out on a Wednesday in the rain JUST to walk past it, I'd be more inclined to stay in in the warm and dry. But if you so happen to be on Medieval Spon Street on a Wednesday in the rain then you'll be pleasantly surprised by the fact that you're walking past it and genuinely surprised that your phone is telling you that you'd just visited it. If that happens, You'll probably say to yourself that this review is absolutely bang on.

Judged us before we’d even spoken to any member of staff, turned us away before we’d said a word. Weird that I’ve got status at Resorts World but not even allowed into Coventry. Think there’s something a bit dodgy going on there. Think management should look into the practices of the door staff. £400+ in my wallet but before I’ve even opened my mouth I’m turned away.

Great service in bar area. Many tvs for sports and relaxing area to take a break from casino floor. Quick turnaround time on food ordering as well. Pictures don’t do justice my food was very tasty and at a pretty decent price compared to local food options. Definitely will be back

I'm no expert with casinos but this is small and not exactly luxurious. However, if you are looking to waste or maybe win a few pound then visit away.
